Watch out for this tow company. They use predatory tow techniques and tow cars off private property without authorized consent. On top of that, they are wreckless when hooking up vehicles, yanking them if they cant pull them out straight. Not only that, they are breaking Califotnia Vehicle Codes and witholding personal property. The "manager" Stefanie was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other lady working thete even threw my own key at me. They are awful, please people, read your rights before dealing with this tow company, because I know I am not the only one this has happened to. From the start, the service was extremely rude. My car was towed this morning, so I contacted the towing company to retrieve it. The woman who answered was unhelpful and insisted, "we didn't tow your car," even saying, "someone probably stole your car, call the police, BYE BYE BYE," before hanging up on me. I reported the situation to the police, who then called the towing company to check if they had my truck, and it turned out they did. I called them when the office was open to find out the cost to retrieve my car, so I headed over around 8:30 thinking someone would be inside since the door was propped open. As I walked in, an older woman approached and rudely shouted, "You're in my way, I can't get through." I stepped aside for her, but as I followed her in, she passive-aggressively remarked, "How do you expect me to help you if I can't get through?" It was almost 9, and they were supposed to be open at 8 plus the door was open so how would anyone assume she was the one that was going to be assisting at the front desk. She took her time assisting me, and when I tried to pay in cash, she claimed they didn't have change. Since they charge extra for credit card payments, I figured they should have some cash on hand, but they didn't. At that point, I just wanted my car back, so I let them keep the six bucks. When I retrieved my car, I found my handicap placard tossed on the floor instead of hanging from the mirror, the middle storage compartment was rummaged through and left open, and one of my prescription bottles that was in there was lying on the ground with the sticker torn off of it. While I accept responsibility for parking on the street and do not harbor anger over my car being towed, I found the behavior of the staff to be consistently rude and unprofessional. They not only misled me about the status of my vehicle but also abruptly ended the call, making the entire experience and their poor customer service truly astonishing. read more

First I wish I could give negative stars for reviews because my gosh this company is horrible. The people at the front desk are truly bitter from within, i can't think of any other reason to treat another human as they do. The owners are apparently the office assistants as well so if you need assistance or want to talk to the manager well you can't because she is the manager. Just a tip to the company: hire someone that has actual education in management. Creating invoices and calling dispatches for two drivers isn't the same as running the a company. read more

This place is awful & straight money hungry! They towed my daughter's car on Friday, and they are closed on weekends and holidays, yet somehow, they also do roadside service and say they are open 24hrs. I called several times to try and get my daughters car out, they try and keep the cars hostage or for the maximum amount of time, so you have no choice but to pay the full amount. When they finally call back the man that called back was so short and rude. I get it you are hired to tow but you don't have to be rude and treat people in a disrespectful manner. How do you sleep at night knowing you are a thief, so sickening! read more

Customer service is horrible I asked questions and she couldn't help me, it was Friday and she told me they're closed (it was 2pm they close at 5pm) and to call back Monday even though their hours of operation is Monday through Friday?? The towed my car and treated it like a hostage negotiation. I don't know how Company like this can stay in business. If they tow your Car on a Friday after 5 PM - they won't allow you to pay to get your car out because they're office isn't open until Monday. This same company is open 24 hours a day for road side assistance and towing services - however they're not available for you to get your Car out. The longer they hold your car hostage the more money they make. The cruelty of such policies is beyond description. I would never use this company - their modus operandi is to scam the unfortunate consumer who's car they're salivating to hold for hostage. read more

I expected a machine. The driver showed up as scheduled Monday morning. Will was just as kind, professional, and helpful (and funny). He loaded up my car and took care of business promptly. They must only treat the customers fairly that call them for help, because unfortunately our car got towed away by the city, we went to get it and the blonde chic, was rude asf, our skin color must've bothered her, she was not pleasant at all and made us wait 15 mins for HER tow truck to come pull the car out (additional fees I'm sure) but I had my own tow truck waiting, but she still insisted I wait for HERs to come, smh I will NEVER suggest this tow place EVER!! These guys are awesome! Seriously! They were quick to respond and friendly. It's 24 hrs and they give you really good discounts. The first time I got locked out of my car they came in 10 min AND gave me a discount because I was close to them! The second time it happened it was only $35. Way better than AAA and super cheap! This place is great. I called a bunch of tow places and they were the best price. Half the price of any of the other places I called. Customer service on the phone was excellent. I came with cash in hand today for a car that was there and they holding it for a lady in the office till Monday who does that ! Although it's never fun waiting for a tow truck, the experience was made tolerable by the great service provided by Delta Valley Towing, especially Will, the driver.
