Went in here last week to get my dress cleaned and pressed for this Thursday. Came home to try it on and there were two stains? Went back in this morning to see what happened and if it could be done by Thursday morning. She raised her voice at me and couldn't seem to have a reasonable explanation of why it wasn't fixed and when addressing my time frame she said she didn't have the cleaning machine tile tomorrow and when I said I'm going to see if I can take it somewhere else she said that if I bring it any later today it won't be ready. I've been coming to this dry cleaners for years and I've been meaning to write a review. What I really like about them is that they will tag areas of your clothes and soak them. They also do a great job on alterations as I recently had them turn a dress into a skirt for my wife and it came out great. I've tried a lot of dry cleaners all the way up to Rancho Santa Fe to try and get my good pieces taken care of and this is an excellent dry cleaner that I'd recommend. read more

Bad business!!! Scamming customer on prices. I dropped off two jackets to dry clean plus hem on one. I asked for the price & I was told it's 15 per dry clean & 15 for hem. When it's time for me to pick up I WAS CHARGED $80.40!!! They're charging me $50 to hem (length-above my knuckle) a simple Jacket to hem for $50! Absurd! I asked to put the price on my receipt to be transparent but they it's ok it's in their copy showing the price. It's weird that their receipt copy shows the price but not the customer receipt. They do alterations here too. A bit pricey, but the job was well done. $38 for raising the hem on 2 jeans. For 3 large shirts I think I paid $18. I like this place because I have vons on the right and a post office on the left. Very convenient. read more

Never experienced any of the pricing issues, and the owners have always been very friendly with both my wife and I. Found a coupon that came in the mail, said 30% off for first time customers. Great deal! Go in, drop my clothes off like normal. Go in to pick up my clothes with my coupon and the lady says "no coupon". I ask why and she says u had to present it on arrival. I'm custom to presenting a coupon when I pay...I ask her 3 times, you really can't honor this coupon it says no where on here that I need to show you this when I drop off and I am a 1st time customer, I'm a honest person, I wouldn't lie. Never ever, ever, ever, ever use this business. Unless of course you love getting ripped off. I decided to use them based on a 30% off coupon. I brought in $75 worth of clothes and handed over the coupon.I asked her if the 30% off would be applied to the total order and she reassured me it would with a smile. I come in today to pick up the order and she didn't honor the coupon and said it didn't apply to the laundered shirts which cost me an overpriced $2.50 each. She didn't care, and practically snatched the $80 out of my hand. This greedy small business owner lost a potential $50 a month customer over failing to honor her own coupon. I took in curtain panels (4) - sheers to be pressed only. I was not told a price and when I went to pick them up yesterday the lady told me $12.95 (which would have been an ok price). I gave her $100 bill and she gave me change of $48 and change. They charged me $12.95 for each panel which is such a rip!!!!! They are sheers for god sake. Plus no laundry - just pressing. I invest in nice dress shirts and I won't risk taking them to a cheap dry cleaner that will ruin them just so I can save $0.75.
