I came in for an impulsive pedicure. There were very few recent reviews so I felt blind going in, but was very pleasantly surprised! Walked in on a Saturday morning and was immediately seated. Masks required for all guests and employees. A chair between each guest, unless they came together. The space is huge and very welcoming. I got the jelly pedicure as a treat yourself kinda thing since I haven't had a pedicure in over year (thanks COVID), and it was SOOOO WORTH IT. I've never had a jelly service before but it was amazing and felt like a warm, beaded slushee bath for my feet. Came with paraffin wax treatment, hot stones, and regular leg/foot massage. Usually the foot/leg massages at other places are brief if at all, but this was a solid 10 minute-ish massage! And I almost forgot, a nice warm neck and shoulder wrap/compress was draped around my shoulders at the start! There were complementary beverages offered as well. I was considering a frozen margarita, but 10am seemed a bit early for that, so I did without. This was probably the best pedicure I've ever had. Quality service. And again very impressed with the COVID regulations being followed, despite the mask and distancing lift. Will definitely make this my regular place! read more

Went in today with my sister and her daughter. I can not drive due to a knee injury. I got a fill and gel, my sister and her daughter got manicures. They say us right away, started on my nails, finished, then started on my sisters and her after over an hr of waiting. Which they did not mention at the time of walking in there was going to be a wait. So my sister was just getting a basic manicure. I was nervous with that bc we were already running late for our lunch plans @ that point. And didn't want her to drive with wet nails, so I asked the tech if she could give my sister gel polish complementary bc of the wait and the fact we will have to leave right after. She told me to hold on and went to ask. Then another girl showed up to finish my sisters gel, while the other one started my sisters 9yr old nails. While both of us were waiting for the little one to finish hers we went and paid, and acted confused about the gel being complementary and said they can't do that, and made her pay. then proceeded to tell me next to call and make an appointment so we didn't have to wait! They never told us there was going to be a wait in the first place!!! Def. Do not recommend! Will not be returning. read more

I walked in and asked if there was a wait, I was told no and I explained I only had 55 minutes and they assured me no problem. I sat down and they started my pedicure right away. I watched as 10 more people walked in and got their services all started while I still had not had any approach me to begin my manicure (even soaking my nails from previous dip). When I asked if someone could begin he said maybe and Don my pedicurist jumped up to step in and help - i said let's just get the dip Powder off and not do a manicure. He was the only person who cared. I then went to check out and the lady tried to charge me for a manicure when I showed her my nails and said I didn't get one - just removal of dip Powder she again said this is the charge. After saying I wouldn't pay $27 for that she walked over to verify with Don (even though looking at my nails it was plain as day I got nothing done). I will never return. read more

The tech rushed through my manicure, seemed annoyed the whole time, forgot the hot towel treatment which is a component of the classic mani, and kept pushing her fingernail underneath mine making it a very painful experience. well it was a bad service, 3 people made an appointment for a pedicure and we had to wait 30 minutes to actually be seated. then i got started at 1:50 when our appointment was at 1:00. there was a lot of low effort put into my pedicure. they spend alot of time filing and the water isn't as warm, and my toes are crookedly painted and not as neat. it was a sloppy job and i do not reccomend for anybody that needs quality nails. if you want trashy nails for 35+ with an expected tip go here! if zero stars was possible i would love to select that. atleast they had pretty chandeliers. read more

When am I going to learn not to trust Yelp? This is my 2nd time trying this salon and my 2nd time leaving disappointed. The salon itself is very nice. It's clean, upscale, and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's the service that is greatly lacking which is what actually matters in a nail shop. I got a classic pedicure for $28. That's pricey in my book as I'm used to getting good pedicures for $20. But I figured it would be spectacular for that price. I was very wrong. It looks like my 4 year old nephew painted my toes. If I'm paying $28, I expect the paint to at least be even. There is nothing more frustrating than paying for a pedicure and your toes still looking crazy afterwards. I will never be coming here again. I only gave it 2 stars because it is very clean, they offer refreshments and the staff is friendly. read more

I'm sad to say that mine was a poor experience. I almost never pay to get my nails done so I am truly disappointed that the time I decided to treat myself, this salon ruined it for me. I never complain but for this, I actually created a yelp account just so that I could create a review. The salon is very nice looking and well-kept. The do have a good system for managing your service requests. They also offer complimentary beverages- alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The man at the desk was pleasant and kept our drinks filled. Unfortunately, my actual mani and pedi were less pleasant. I didn't catch the salon worker's name. She didn't speak much to me or anyone else. I wouldn't normally complain about this because she didn't expect me keep up a conversation but she seemed annoyed with me and in a hurry. She started with my pedi rushing through and causing me pain while trimming my cuticles. When she completed my pedi, she moved to my nails. Once again, she rushed through. She did my nails in the pedi chair which I generally dislike because they are sitting to the side so they don't get your nails straight. This is exactly what happened. I paid extra for both shellacs and French tips so this was particularly frustrating. One hand has longer, uneven, flat-topped nails while the other has shorter, also uneven curve-topped nails. It looks like two different people did my nails. (I added pictures of these if you want to see.) on several of my uneven nails, she didn't even paint all the way across the nail so I have corners that look unfinished and will likely break despite paying for shellacs that should protect the nails. When she finished, she just walked away, never asking if I liked the way they turned out. I would never ask for someone to fix something like this because I don't want to be offensive so I just left. I still tipped her $10 even though I truly disliked her customer service and work because I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but she didn't deserve it. Clean. Lots of space. Free drinks. I've been here a few times. I would highly suggest making an appointment. I normally come on my lunch break. The space is elaborate with chandeliers and fountains on the walls. They have multiple televisions and also offer free drinks, with and without alcohol! I've gone to this place twice since I've moved into the area, and though it's nice to have a close by nail shop, I do believe that it is ordinary compared to the other places I've gone. The people that work there (at least to me) never seem to be happy or try to converse with me, they just seem to be on auto pilot. Pricing is to be expected for the area ($40 for gel with acrylic overlay) but the painting can be a bit messy. I am going to look for other places in the area that do as good if not better of a job, but also make me feel welcome. read more

I've been here twice and was even less impressed than the first time. They work fast which is fine, but I still want a nice manicure and I don't feel like I've gotten one either time. Everyone is pretty friendly and the manicurist I had last time helped me pick out a better gel color. She was right! This was my second trip to this nail salon. I've been on the hunt for a new nail place and my search has ended with this place. I got there today - a Friday - mid afternoon without an appointment. There were quite a few people arriving at the same time as I was. I completely expected to wait but within the time it took to choose my color, I was already in a chair with 2 technicians - one for my mani and one for my pedi. This salon has 22 pedicure chair and plenty of technicians to boot. The decor is beautiful and calming. I choose the deluxe mani and pedi which included either paraffin or hot rock massage. I choose the paraffin for today. This was a great option. The color choice at this salon is extensive with seemingly every shade under the rainbow to choose from. When I first came in, the old man at the front desk was a little short and rude. When I sat in my pedicure chair, the guy working on my nails didn't offer me a drink until halfway through the session. (I would have asked, but I wasn't sure if they were free). On the bright side, they offer wine, soda pops, water, and margaritas. I didn't like that the guy working on my nails didn't talk. AT ALL. He just did his work and went on with the day. Later that evening, at least 3-4 hours later, I went to my boxing class thinking that I should be in the clear. Unfortunately, I wasn't. I was livid. Almost all of my nails on my hands and feet were ruined. I called the salon right away and they advised me to come in the morning to get them fixed. When I came in, they were nice enough. They had the guy that did my manicure fix both my mani' and pedi' and he did an average job. It wasn't great, but at this point, I was too tired to say anything anymore. I had a photo shoot to go to in a couple of hours and just wanted to look decent at the very least. It's been almost three days, and my thumbs and my big toes all have dents in them. I typically like this place but my last visit was really disappointing . My pedicure and my manicure were rushed and actually painful . I usually find my mani pedis to be relaxing but this time I def didn't . I wasn't offered a drink when I arrived like usual. The entire session was awkward as it was obvious that they had no interest in speaking to me or even giving me a decent pedi session. They didnt offer to help me pull my pant legs down and when I bumped my toe and messed up the polish I almost felt as if I were in trouble. Talk about a bad day I actually couldn't wait to leave. Went in to get a pedicure and decided to also add on a manicure. The pedicure was wonderful, and then a different person came to give the manicure. He was with me all of nine minutes... Cutting my cuticles and painting my nails. I didn't say anything and waited until I got up to the front thinking that maybe he thought I was just asking for a polish change. So when they charged me $22 for the manicure alone, I asked what all the manicure was supposed to have and the manager told me ...cuticle cleaning hot towel massage lotion and polish. So I told him well I didn't get the hot towel massage or lotion, and I showed him my hands. He said I'm sorry that guy is new and he doesn't know what a manicure entails. So he told me he would give me a discount. He then goes to give me a $3 discount.... I asked him if he was kidding?? He just looked at me like I was stupid . I typically go to a Deluxe Nail Salon in Flower Mound, I decided to try this spot bc i was at work and it was close by. I went on a Sunday was their first customer but there was a lady behind me. The gentleman at the desk decided to take the lady behind me, neither one of us had an appointment, so I was a little shocked he did that. I get seated and a gentleman proceeds in getting my nails done; he was not very friendly at all!! I was done I paid and I left. Three days later my nails started chipping. I always get the NexGen at the flower mound location and they always last two to three weeks. So you can imagine my horror when they started chipping 3 DAYS after getting them done!!! I love it here. I feel at such bliss when I come here. Now Coppell has many nail salons, and I feel like each salon has their perfect nail techs and then a few who mess up here and there. I have only been here the one time, but the service was awesome. I also went around the time they had first opened, so it was a pretty busy day but we did not have to wait at all, which I love. Price wise it's about the same as any other salon around the Coppell area. I strongly doubt you will leave with any complaints about your nails! read more

The chair trays look like too much solvent had spilled on them; otherwise I'd say Deluxe Nails & Spa was a fancy place to get your mani and pedi done. It's also one of the larger nail spas in Coppell staffed with plenty of technicians, so great for groups. I have to say my French gel mani was done right by a young man who was social and cheery; but my pedi girl looked like she had better things to do than be there that day. Since my feet take more abuse than they should, I let the somewhat sloppy pedi work go. A soda fountain and margarita machine, while both nice to have, were rather annoying in their placement. Depending on where you sit, they obstruct the view of the wall mounted TV panels. I'm not sure the choice of football programming was compatible with the environment either; I would rather have watched anything but sports. Color choices in my preference were very sparse (I tend to steer clear of the traditional red, pink, rose and pearl hues). Overall, Deluxe Nails & Spa is an acceptable nail spa; but I'd rather drive a few more minutes into Grapevine to visit my nail spa of choice. read more

Wow very rude! I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged once. Then when another woman walked in she was greeted immediately. They actually took her ahead of me and never acknowledged my presence. Finally I asked the gentleman working where I should be to check in after standing there for several minutes and he pointed to a stack of clipboards and said yes. I'm coming to get my nails done not the doctors office so I don't want to fill out forms. Also you should make me feel welcomed as this is supposed to be an enjoyable experience! I was so excited to start coming here as it's right around the corner from my new house so it's really a shame. Luckily I found a great little place nearby called Perfect Nails & Spa that were wonderful! I get gel mani pedis every three weeks so they lost out on a good new regular all because they couldn't say hi. read more

Wow, this place is AMAZING!!!! I wish they had salons like this near me. I was visiting a friend and she took me to get a pedicure. She recommended the Aroma Therapy pedicure with Lavender and Mint. This was the best pedicure I've ever had! Walking into the salon, I was impressed at how beautiful it is...wonderful stonework all around, two gorgeous chandeliers, and more pedicure chairs than I've ever seen (maybe things are bigger in Texas!). We chose our services and our complimentary wine (what??!! Such a nice touch!) and they referred to us by our names. They have a million colors to choose from, pretty much anything you could want.
