All I needed to do was get my nails removed, and had to wait for over an hour and never get a nail tech. The salon host gave me a bowl of acetone, spent 3 seconds filing, and clipped them over the course of an entire hour. In the meantime other guests were helped, and I was ignored and forgotten. After an hour I just picked up the nail file and started filing myself out of frustration. I refused to pay because I basically was just given a bowl of acetone and had to do everything else myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, when I was seated I was told there was no wait. I could be given a gift card to this salon, and would still never return. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I have been a repeat customer here since they have opened. The majority of time I have a great experience. However, yesterday I came in to have a gel manicure and a pedicure. My manicure looks good but I felt like the guy rushed through it as if he had some where else to be. The girl who did my pedicure took her time but the paint is sloppy. I got some Nexgen nails done with Henry. I'm not a nail salon person, I lean more towards the DIY but I had a gift card and I really wanted to try these type of nails. When I came in I was greeted by a middle age man who appeared to strictly work the desk. You fill out a card with your name and the devices you want, as well as what drink. They have an assortment of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, complimentary. Henry did an excellent job with my nails, and he was sweet and focused 100% on me. No distracting chit chat with the other techs, no getting up to answer the phone. I never really know what to talk about so I kept quiet, and he respected that and asked a few polite but sincere questions about myself. I wish I had the money to come back regularly! I have been consistently coming to this nail salon for about 8 months. I never had a bad experience before until yesterday. I am so disappointed and will never go back. My nail tech picked out my color for me, which normal I do not have an issue with, but after she put the first coat on (only on the first hand), I told her it was too dark and I didn't like it. At that point she said it was too late and she could not take it off. She continued to paint the nails and I did not like the finished outcome. When she got done, I went to the front to pay and reschedule an appointment for the next day to fix my nails as I hated the finished product. At this point the receptionist grabbed my nail tech and she informed me I would have to pay double to fix my nails the next day. I have never heard of having to pay for a service you did not like, especially since I had told her before she got too far in. After she kept fighting me about making me pay, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was also not much help as she told me she would charge me an additional $15 to change the color, or $5 to remove the gel polish. I have never been so let down by a service as I have been a loyal customer. read more

I have been to my fair share on nail salons and this one is by far the very best one I have ever been to! I must give credit where credit is due! We were first greeted by the owner and was informed of the wonderful opening special and he never once tried to "upsale" the package we picked(which is a major plus bc it seems like every place I have ever been has) and we were promptly seated at our pedicure shares and offered a complimentary beverage! All the nail technicians were fabulous(my husband and sister were with me) and we all three were very pleased and impressed with their work!! Great atmosphere and service! I just relocated to Lewisville and I really concerned about finding another person to perform my pedicures. Let me just say that I was very freaking nervous, because these are my babies....and these heels can not be neglected. So I went in an expressed my concerns to Wendy the receptionist, she had me to fill out a car expressing what I wanted and then she led me over to a massage chair that had a lining in the bowl!!!!! Plus#1 the lining in the bowl sanitary and easy clean up. One Henry my Tech came out he barely said 6 words, however he was phenomenal. Plus#2 After my parrifin treatment he did not massage my feet, but applied PERFECT PRESSURE to the pressure points SWEET BABY JESUS. Plus#3 So many colors, so many freaking colors. Plus#4 TVs on Food Network and Football...they missed 1 star because I had to ask for my margarita. read more

If you want your pedi to look like a first grader painted your toe nails, (with apologies to all first graders), ask for Tim, he's your man. If you would like a professional pedi, you will need to go elsewhere, or avoid Tim at all costs. A previous reviewer mentioned fabulous service from Romeo and I would have to agree. However, Romeo is no longer at this location as he was made mgr. at a another location. I don't get a pedicure very often as it is a treat and not a necessity. It is sad that one of the few times that I actually treated myself and I received inferior service from Tim. read more

My most recent visit here was sadly the worst I've had, at any place, in a long time. I got the dip/powder nails and my nail tech, Jennifer, could not have been sloppier. Just a mess. And painful! My nails look terrible and still hurt. I feel sick about spending that money just to have to go someplace else now and get them fixed! This was my first visit. I was in the area and called to check on how long the wait would be and made an appt. this was a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed. I waited 25min even with an appt. not many polish colors to choose from but the staff was nice. My major issue is that they reuse their plastic cups. I asked for a red wine and noticed lipstick stains and many finger prints on the cup. YUCK! read more

this place is great, chandeliers, mood lighting, free wine/drinks and great service. i love how the front desk guy gets your drink order as well as your nail order, then 'orders up' the technician from the back. there's not as much tech's sitting around on their cell phones idle as other places. these guys have it together. i've never had a single issue with a mani or pedi and i've also started getting my brows waxed here and they do a great job. some places i feel like i'm getting rushed through when i get a mani pedi, since they have two tech on you at the same time. but they are very detail oriented and do a great job. it's usually pretty busy, but more often i'm waiting while my feet are soaking and the massage chair is going instead of sitting in a chair by the door. read more

Brought 2 daughters in for Back to school pedi's. they waited about 10 minutes before the older daughter's pedi began. 25 min later my 7 year old was in tears as no one came to do her pedi and women who came in after we're already getting theirs. I went in recently when it first opened in the morning. The manager was very nicely dressed and spent a great deal of time cleaning the tables and making sure everything was spotless. This was my first time here. It is a fairly new, pretty large place with 24 pedi spa chairs and 10 mani stations. Great setup for groups, I thought. There was a good selection of colors on the rack. They have complimentary refreshments. I went early morning so there was only one customer but it became more and more busier and they seemed to have enough staff to cover. The staff didn't chat too much with each other which I liked. They use liners on the spa tubs, didn't notice how they cleaned the instruments but give you the impression they do it right. I had a deluxe pedi with Will and deluxe mani with Julie simultaneously. Julie was brisk. She picked a great color for me and was done in 30 minutes. I didn't like it that she poured the left over mani water into my pedi spa. Didn't like it that she put the skin cut of from mani into my pedi spa either. There was a bit of a lump on my nail which I told her and I thought she had smoothed it out but later on discovered it hadn't been fixed. I asked Will to get her for me but she had moved on to another client so he fixed it up for me instead. Will was more gentle and I think if I just had the pedi it would have been more relaxing. He took his time(it took about an hour and half) and even fixed the temperature of the room for me. Kept checking to see if the paraffin or towel temperature was ok. After he was finished and I waited a little while for the pedi to dry, I saw the pedi had run a little at top. I didn't see Will anywhere and I didn't think it would be a big deal. (I'm a fickler for detail and I am trying not to be so picky) Later at home though, when I examined my pedi in better light, I saw the color job was poorly done. It looked like I had a pedi two weeks ago and the edges were jagged and coming off at both ends. All in all, It wasn't horrendous but a little disappointing. I was hoping to really like this place. I'll give it another try though. Hope it goes better next time. read more

I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself or say hello or anything when she left but Lisa (hilarious) did my NextGen and Kim did my girlfriends pedicure. They saved the night!! We will not be going back, and I warn everyone to be careful of going here as well. My wife went in to get her nails done, and one of the technicians made an error which caused her foot to get infected. After dealing with that issue, we called the store to tell them what happened. The owner said that she could get any service she wants and it would be complimentary. Once her foot healed, she went back in and was informed that it was only a 30% discount on any service she wanted. I paid $150 for my wife and mother in law to get their nails done, and when they screw up they offer us 30% off our next visit? That is poor customer service! I came to this salon yesterday, and when I came the male owner of this nail salon greeted us, I then proceeded to pick out my mani and pedi choice from the piece of paper provided by the staff, I then look up and ask the male owner of this salon " If I get the Delux, can I get gel nails," the male owner started laughing in my face and started talking with a co-worker when I asked him the question. I am in the healthcare field and this was my first time getting a manicure since we can't have long nails at work, he even turned around and laughed some more with his employee and started talking in Vietnamese and the employee giggled, I felt so embarrassed and humiliated, I then sat down and asked my husband did he really just laugh in my face? My husband calmed me down and he said we are here already let's just have the service done. If it wasn't for my husband I would have walked out then and there, I just can't believe the owner of this salon was so unprofessional and would make fun of a customer in their face. My husband, mother in law and myself will no longer be coming to this place, I told my coworkers about this already, and I found out my friend has her own nail shop. read more

Since I moved to Coppell a couple months ago, this has been my go to place to get my nails done. The front desk/hostess girl is super sweet. They have system where you fill out a sheet on the service you would like and then that sheet is given to one of the many nail techs who work there. They then bring out their tray of items based on your selection. I love the fact that they are so organized and minimize any and all language barriers. The nail techs are very patient and always do a great job (especially Tom). The manager is also very friendly and professional since he is always checking in with how you're doing. Also, whenever you call ahead/make an appointment there is never any waiting around. This is my go to place! read more

I went there for the first time to get an aromatherapy manicure without making an appointment and I didnt even have to wait. The decor is really nice..Ashley was my nail technician and she was super nice..she talked me into getting a gel manicure and i could not be more pleased with the result..I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience..the only thing that irked me just a tad bit is that when i was seated, no one asked me for water or drinks..at the time i didnt think mich of it but then when the lady next me was seated, she was offered a drink..but ashley was soo good, i will return just for her.. read more
