This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

Left me with a written quote on a business form. Called me the following week to follow up. I told him I wasn't decided yet and I'd call by expiration of quote. When I called him I had to tell him unfortunately I can't do the project right yet, hopefully after taxes. But I'll definitely call Jeff at Krasiva back when I can. He was understanding. I need to add this, because it tells how professional Jeff was by comparing with two others. I had two other companies come to give estimates. One guy it took a week to get me estimate, other I had to email and ask, but he hadn't completed. I replied to both to ask a question. Neither ever got back to me. From first part of December to now. I deleted their info. Jeff had left me with quote, called to follow up and I appreciate his time and his professionalism. Jeff explained how construction would be done. That project would need permits from city. I'd need to put a light fixture outside the door and have pavers or other solid surface outside door to step onto. He didn't waver on need for permits from city and the light. He said it's their business to do things right. I got a confident feeling they wouldn't cut corners. The other two guys, oh you don't need permit or light. Although Krasiva would be a little higher than I'd expected to spend I'd rather go with an up and up company that follows the rules than with one where reps say oh don't need and then also don't communicate. Jeff told me Krasiva means Beautiful in Russian. (Which seems meant to be since I have Russian in laws) He and the company are beautiful. When I get my door installed I'll follow up with review on work. I'm sure it will be beautiful too.

Emergency board-up service on a Sunday night !!!?…read more These guys did it....fast. They quoted a flat price over the phone that was reasonable, (we texted him a photo). About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.
