I had gained and lost some weight so I got a larger size and the way it fit was just not working plus the layers of fabric made me sweat I went to this seamstress after seeing the reviews online. I worked with Rosa. There was a little bit of a language barrier, and I wouldn't say she's the most jovial person b/c of the communication barrier, but she is extremely skilled at what she does so I was able to explain what I needed done, and she worked wonders. She removed layers of fabric making it lighter, but also more breathable. With one fitting she tailored it perfectly to my body. I almost couldn't believe it. I ended up taking it home and then realizing that I needed a little more security around the bust area. I brought it back, she did it and didn't charge me. She also adjusted the slit because it was a little too high for me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend going here. She's professional and extremely skilled, and that is what matters most.

Then I tried to pick up the dress two different times when he said he was open but he was not. Finally intercepted the shop when it was open. I was reviewing my clothes to ensure they were adequately cleaned. My blazer looked a little discolored (it may have just been the low ambient light), so I asked nicely if it was dry-cleaned also. Instead of just answering the question politely (like "yes" or "of course"), out of nowhere he got defensive and angry and shouted at me: Smell it! Smell it! He also got defensive, saying in an angry tone that I inspected clothes like looking at a dead body. Aside from a dumb analogy, it's any customer's right to view clothes to ensure they're adequately clean before paying. Very basic and simple. He's also not usually there before 3p, and requested that I pick up my clothes between 4 - 6:45p. Not very convenient compared to other cleaners. He said he waited too long for me, which makes ZERO sense because I arrived at ~ 6p, within the time frame that he requested. He also charges more than other dry cleaners on average, especially for jackets and blazers. This guy is either a miserable, unhappy person or has a mental illness. I will NEVER come back here again. No one deserves to be treated this way.
