Service was really bad. We were seated right away but the waitress passed us 4 times without saying a word. I patiently waited. When she came she asked if we wanted anything to drink we were ready to order. I ordered nachos and asked for sour cream on side due to allergies. And asked for turkey bacon on burger. The nachos has sour cream and she said they put the sour cream on anyway I told her I could not eat it and she asked if I wanted her to scrape it off for me. Then my Burger was brought with pork bacon. The burger was taken back and returned with no sauce and dead lettuce. This is why I hate to send anything back. I asked for a refill on drink and had to keep asking. They could have made two fresh pots of coffee by the time I finally received my refill. I come here often and never received service like this. Came here in the evening. Was initially worried it would be a long wait because there was only one person servicing all the tables. We were seated within minutes and everything came out really fast! Our server Denise checked on us multiple times, kept our glasses full, and provided amazing and quick service! I reserved the private room for my toy drive months in advance and when I drove up, ready to set up for my event, another group was in the room. We had hosted other events here at this location and never had a problem with overbooking. I always enjoyed coming to this location because it's close to where I live, however I just know I will never plan an event at this location. They tried to fix it with free food, however it was embarrassing for my guests to see us shoved off in the middle of the restaurant after telling everyone we would be in a private area. read more

This is the best Denny's in the tri-state area. Our waitress Denise was really nice, checked up on us often, and asked us about certain sides/add-ons for the food that I didn't even know were an option. My family greatly enjoyed their meals, although the eggs were over cooked with a crust edge, not my favorite but it's fine. Despite the Denny's being quite busy, we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to get seated for 5 people which was nice. Overall, it's a great place and I hope they continue to prosper read more

The Dennys at 10136 Rosecrans service was terrible. We had to wait 10 minutes before we were acknowledged at our table. I had to stop a waitress to ask for a refill. My wife ordered a burger with turkey bacon and they put pork bacon on it. She sent it back and they returned with turkey bacon but it was dry with no sauce. We should have gotten the hint from the table across from us when he complained to his wife that the service was slow. To be fair, I ordered an oven baked lasagna and it was delicious. I ordered a side salad but they forgot it. I had to request it midway through eating my lasagna. Needless to say the service was poor. Our receipt said Raven as our waitress. Upon arrival, my mom, son, and I was surprised to see the claw machine with Mario characters! My son has been so obsessed with the movie and it's been hard to find the stuffed plushies anywhere! The food was amazing, as well as our server. The ambiance was very calm and relaxing, staff was super friendly, and the place was immaculate! My mom wanted to come to the grand opening but wasn't able to make it. She knew about the free mugs you were able to win on the first day. She asked our server if there was any more left and she said there wasn't. To our surprise, the manager comes up to us with two Dennys mugs! This was very thoughtful and made my mom so happy.
