The evening started off strong, as we stopped by during Hoppy Hour (around 9ish). There wasn't a wait, and it wasn't too busy, so we were seated right away. The front staff was nice and polite. She gave us the option of either a tall round table or a shorter rectangular table. We of course, opted for the slightly shorter (height-wise) rectangular table. Once we were seated, we were given the menu, and the waitress told us that we would be right with us. She stopped by to ask about drinks, and we opted for water. She dropped off water and came back with perfect timing because by then we were ready to order. I also love the simplicity of the menu. There really aren't too many options where you feel overwhelmed, but there are still enough choices to pick from. Shout out to the pastrami quesadilla, I didn't realize it had been swapped for a new menu item until I asked about it this time around, but I'll be waiting for its comeback! We ordered a few items: the mac and cheese balls, the Wagyu bone marrow burger with truffle fries, and a double smash burger with ribbed finger potatoes. We had to get the mac and cheese balls since it was Hoppy Hour! I also didn't realize that on Wednesdays, the double smash burgers are half off. I'll definitely remember that for next time. After we ordered, the food came out quicker than I expected. It was a nice surprise. I think the first item came out about 10 minutes after our initial order. The mac and cheese balls came out hot, which was great. The breading made them super crispy and gave a nice crunch that balanced really well with the softer, chewier mac and cheese inside. I was glad the inside wasn't too runny since that would have made it like lava! I didn't see a cheese pull this time, but next time I'll try again to see if I can catch one. It was a great start to the meal. The burgers came out shortly after we finished the mac and cheese balls. I totally forgot that the truffle fries came with sauce. I should have asked for the sauce on the side, but it wasn't a problem that it was added on top of the fries. It just made them get soggy a bit faster, but that's no problem; it just means I've got to work faster! The burger was good and came out super juicy. I asked for it medium, and it looked about medium, so no complaints here! I never realized before, but the bread was so fluffy... it was a super pillowy bun with a nice bounce to it. It definitely helped balance out the meatiness of the patty. The hint of tomato gave it a nice, refreshing bite and really helped cut through the richness of the meat. The onions also added a nice sweetness to the burger, which was appreciated. I also snuck a bite of the ribbed potatoes, and they were good as well. They were a bit crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, with just a touch of saltiness. I also stole a pickle from the double smash and realized I probably should have asked for pickles on my burger, but I'll remember that for my next visit!

My family recently had a deeply disturbing experience at Eureka. Rather than de-escalating the situation, they appeared to take it personally and treated her with a level of hostility that was completely inappropriate for a hospitality establishment. What was especially concerning was that staff reportedly began asking her friend personal questions about her, including where she worked and what she did for a living. These questions felt invasive, irrelevant to the situation at hand, and only added to the uncomfortable and hostile nature of the interaction. To be fair, my family member did not respond perfectly and became upset during the exchange. However, her reaction came after being subjected to what she felt were false accusations, personal attacks, and unprofessional treatment. Staff members, particularly those in management positions, are expected to handle difficult situations professionally and respectfully, not escalate them further. What is also concerning is that I have heard negative feedback about this bartender from others in the past, suggesting this may not be an isolated incident. For that reason, I strongly encourage Eureka's HR department and leadership team to thoroughly review what occurred. This experience was not only disappointing it was deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism and customer service that patrons should expect. No customer should feel singled out, personally scrutinized, or subjected to questioning that extends beyond the matter at hand.

My husband enjoyed his kabob platter everything cooked to perfection the meat was tender and there was not a grain of rice left on his plate. My daughter had the filet mignon ordered rare she requested "mooing" half jokingly and she substituted for fries which she enjoyed the fries,but sadly the filet was sliced so thin it was cooked all the way through with very little pink at all, she still enjoyed the flavor of the reduction and taste altogether. We ordered hummus for the table and although the pita bread took a while to come out Kennith did warn us about it ahead of time and we said it would be worth the wait because I had seen them coming out to another table and they looked fresh and delicious, I was completely correct on that it was worth it 100%. I also ordered tomato crostinis and a side of saffron couscous that Jazmin(so helpful and on top of things) brought to our table both full of flavor and done so well they are now something I'm going to be coming back for!
