We took advantage of their private room and booked ahead to host a family gathering of 26 adults and 5 children for breakfast, and everyone was very pleased with their handling of our large group. Their main restaurant was full on a Saturday morning, and yet we had great service as well. The orders came out in waves but all were made to order and hot. Birthday pancakes from the kids' menu were a big hit, as were the grand slam breakfasts. My make your own omelet was delicious, and numerous pancakes were enjoyed by all. The room has one long table plus numerous booths with plenty of room, and a great wall mural making the room bright and cheery.

Whole place is decked out for the holidays. So festive!

Have to update this review. Continue to be so impressed by how festive this Denny's is. Again I'm not a big Denny's fan but I'm a big fan of this one. Service was again top-notch. I love how nice they are to their co-workers and all their customers. Maybe I'm just coming in at the right time of day because I don't see any problems with service. Loved the Rudolph pancake. Had to get one, even though it looked totally goofy. They ran out of the big chocolate chip. Prices are great. You get solid food and unlimited cups of coffee for a great value. You guys are doing an amazing job. Big kudos to everyone.

Delicious omelette with cheddar, caramelized onions, tomatoes, and avocado. Perfect hash browns again! I seriously love this place.

We loved it so much the other day we came back. Wanted to post a pic of my perfect beautiful omelette but forgot got to take a picture until i had already eaten half of it haha. It was seriously so delicious though. Daughter and husband loved their food as well. The staff here are so nice too! Having food allergies sometimes makes you feel like you are on the outside of everything, i actually felt normal here. Thanks guys!

We were seated quickly with menus and place settings. Then we waited...waited...waited until the three servers behind the counter had their conversation interrupted by another staff member to cue them that we were looking at them ready to order. It is Dennys, so can't be too surprised, although I would expect this after midnight, not at 12p. The soup was good. My spouse really enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich. The side salad was just that. The coffee was a bit weak. The restaurant appeared clean.

Shout out to JACOB and the tall guy with curly hair. They served us and another party effortlessly and efficiently. Normally I get sketched out to eat after 11pm but we felt so safe here with their presence. The food was aaamaaazing. Shout out to the cook as well.

YES to everything!…read more The food was excellent. We started with the crab cakes, and although they lacked a bit of structural integrity, they were absolutely divine! The aioli they came with was a perfect pairing. The chili was great! Lots of meat in it & I ate it my favorite way, which was loaded onto some buttered up cornbread! My entree was the chicken pot pie, and wow, wow, wow! What a treat. The crust was perfect, and the pot pie is packed with chicken, veggies, and that delicious signature pot pie creaminess! We were lucky enough to meet the new owners who have committed to maintaining the traditions of the original community stronghold that has been "Billy Reed's". There were lots of conversations around us about the new owners and how these people have been coming here for decades; and I completely understand why. This is comfort food excellence! The service? Incredible. We were served by Jackie. She was an absolute delight. From recommendations to just being downright pleasant and providing excellent service, she was perfect 10/10! The restaurant feels historic! I love the ambiance & everything it offers as an experience as a whole. Can't wait to visit again JUST to have Billy Reed's!

Paul greeted us himself when we arrived and gave us a realistic idea of the wait, which we really appreciated. It felt less like being processed through a host stand and more like being welcomed in. While we waited, one of the servers came over to see if we wanted to start with drinks. Naturally, we said yes. Once we were seated, everyone at the table had the same reaction to the portions: pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Steak Frites, and my steak was cooked exactly how I asked for it. One friend had the rack of lamb, while another ordered the clams, which came in a generous bowl with toasted bread for soaking up the broth. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices felt pretty reasonable for Palm Springs. Then there were the cocktails. We ordered a round. Then another. At some point, all of us quietly abandoned the idea that we were only having one or two drinks. They were that good. Paul came by later to check on us, and somehow we ended up hearing stories from his Studio 54 days. His sense of humor is sharp, and he has a way of making conversation feel effortless. Dinner basically turned into story time, and none of us wanted him to leave. He even checked in with us again after dinner. We seriously could have listened to him all night. That was what made the evening for me. The food was excellent, the cocktails were good enough to convince us into a few extra rounds, and the room has plenty of personality on its own. Paul's warmth and humor made the whole experience feel personal in a way you don't come across very often. My friend may have been the one campaigning to come here, but by the end of dinner, he had successfully converted the entire table. We're definitely coming back!

Paul Bar is a fabulous experience, I've been here many times and the food as well as the service are always excellent! One of the many really interesting parts is there is a line to get in that starts well before the place opens up at 4 pm and it's like that most of the night HOWEVER the line moves quickly and once you get inside....OMG, you are transported into a really cool, dimly lit, swanky NY supper club with leather booths, tall bar tables plus there's seating at the bar (with many colorful locals that you'll probably end up making friends with) and the selection of food & drinks are so diverse, everything that my friends and I have ordered have been outstanding! Paul the owner who is very sweet is always there and oversees everything in his own quiet way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that his guests are happy, Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is the place to go for really great food, a fun time and an immersive experience and I promise you'll come back

Also Sunday brunch can never go wrong. Right in the heart of town along the main strip of downtown. Perfect for people watching while dining on the patio. Be advised, it does get hot but they do have both the main covered patio and street covered patio. Both with mister working the whole time. If you prefer ac, they have indoor dining as well. We like to enjoy the sun and people watching which patio is alway a good option for us. Of course we make friends with the waiter as they alway take care of us. Everyone here from the staff, waiter and waitress, and the owners are all very sweet and friendly. Menu is alway great. You have both the breakfast and brunch menu. We tend to come for them mainly but have never tried dinner here. Of course the bubbly is always a good start. A bottle with three juice options and fresh fruit for adornment. Strawberries and blueberries for the bougie bubbly effect. And for the price, it's worth it. Food wise, we went with the chicken sandwich with salad and the burger with fruit. A side of fries is definitely a must even if it comes with it. Portion for the sandwich was massive. Nice thick piece of grilled and marinaded chicken breast filled with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and avocados on toasted bread. It's massive even when they sliced it in halves. And the burger, two nice patties with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion and bacon. A classic and it was delicious. I'm not a burger person but every now and then a bite is worth it. The food has alway been excellent. Crowd is alway nice and bubbly. It's cute chit chatting with the other guest nearby. Also we found out that they close for about two months in July and August as that's their holiday time. Glad we made it before it happened. It's a nice place for brunch as it's alway our go to whenever we can't figure out something.

The lady at the door told us inside would probably be loud because there were two bigger tables in there. It was hot outside, so we decided to sit inside anyway. We almost immediately regretted that and wished we'd sat outside. This place is not made for being busy on the inside. It's just too loud. But, cute in there. Our server, who we later learned was the bartender and not a usual server, took our drink orders. A few of us ordered the Hugo spritz, one gal got a beer, and a few other cocktails were ordered. We got our drinks and they were enjoyable. The problem began when we were ordering food. One girl in our group is Celiac and literally can not eat gluten. She ordered the salmon and asked to be sure the potato salad was gluten free. If things are fried or prepared in the same place as gluten objects, she is incredibly ill for weeks afterwards. She has to be super careful. His response was, "I think so." She told him she was celiac and had a true gluten allergy, and she needed him to be sure. Meanwhile, the menu boasts about how they proudly serve gluten free options right on the bottom. He then said, "yeah, I'm pretty sure it is." He genuinely did not seem concerned. She ended up ordering it but felt uncomfortable about whether or not it was really safe for her. Another girl at the end of the table asked him to please double check, as it was really a serious allergy. He said, "Yeah I am going to ask the chef. I wasn't going to just ignore it and make all you girls mad." He had the snarkiest tone when he said it, and it was incredibly, incredibly rude. That right there gave us a bad taste in our mouths. He came back out and said he checked with the chef, and it was indeed gluten free. Food came out and all tasted good. But when a restaurant prides itself on gluten free options, and then makes it so hard to order, it's not a good look. We wouldn't be back.

Obviously, this is a management issue. I got the Bay Scallop Ceviche, which was good, but not sure I'd re-order. The Braised Pork Shoulder was definitely worth it and such a fun excursion. We arrived just after 1pm which it was pretty quiet. It's a big space so if there's not a good amount of people, it does look sparse. But about 20 minutes or so after we arrived, people did start to arrive and it did get pretty lively. Checked in with the hostess which we were given option on where we wanted to be seated. Hi top, low top, booth or the bar. Option is alway a good thing. We went with the booth seating as it was quite roomy and had a nice back cushion. Of course our waiter David was the sweetest. He remembered us from way back but something else was there that I couldn't put my finger on. Asked him if he worked somewhere else which he did and the funny thing was, he took care of us there about a month and half ago. Guess the desert restaurant experience, you'll run into the same people. Very sweet there and the exact same here. Made the dining situation great. Brunch menu does offer a good amount of items. A mixture of breakfast items, egg dishes, sandwiches and salads as well as miscellaneous items. Plus they have the mimosas deal. You can either go straight with champagne with 2 refills for 12.00 or mimosas with 2 refill for 14.00. Not bad and alway a must for brunch. Food wise, I'm not a burger person but something about the "Gregor" looked interesting. 1/2 pound of fresh ground angus beef, Kobe short rib, beer cheese sauce, romaine lettuce, tomato onion jam, dill pickles in a brioche bun. Also had it with an over easy egg. It's massive and a little messy picking everything up. Not a burger lover but this item was quite tasty. The meats were juicy and there was enough of it. It was worth having a burger. That was served with fries which was more like shaved potatoes. Also the Rolys Cubano sandwich. Pressed under iron skillet roasted pork, Virginia ham, Gruyère cheese, dill pickles and sour cherry Dijon. It wasn't the same as I've had at Cubans restaurants in Miami and others but it was tasty. A little different from what I'm used to but it was good. Also comes with a side which we went with onion rings for an additional fee. They were quite tasty and big. Cooked well and nice and crunchy. Refills of mimosas were always on time whenever the glass was empty. Service was excellent. Everyone working was major dolls. David was excellent and made sure that we were taken cared of with anything we needed. Water was always refilled when it was emptied. The place did picked up during our meal and after we left. They do have patio seating but no one wants to be out when it's triple digit. We enjoyed and had a great time for brunch. Until next time.
