All I want is a to go box so I can pay and leave place and kid's got a 9am game tomorrow but this waiter just keeps passing us by. Been sitting here right next to the counter for going on 15 minutes 20 minutes now and been ready to get up and pay but still just waiting for a to go box. This was my childhood and go to Denny's when I was in my teens. We usually stop here after a show at Sleep train on our way home. This evenings stop was unacceptable. I finished my cold "food" before my husbands even got to the table. Plus having transianets walking two and from the bathroom smelling like pee. And hanging out, most definitely in our personal space. I think the staff talked to them more than they did us. My food was gross but whatever, so I ordered an apple crisp and it never came. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip? No way. Plus the whole place smells like old sewer farts. Also, eggs should never be brown. Thanks for ruining my dreams. No I don't want a box to take home my soggy waffle in. Train your staff and don't talk about you're vacation time loud enough so the whole restaurant can hear you. read more

Well we keep coming to this Denny's never seem to amaze at the hit it cold service you get here. Went this morning about 2am, two other people in the restaurant. Our server was too preoccupied with an issue with a customers bill prior to us getting there. We had to ask her to please bring our salads BEFORE our meals. The food normal everyday Denny's. Then to top it off our same server was our cashier. When we go up to pay. She is with the other server working and a friend to busy at the claw machine to bother to ring us up. It's ok, waiters are kind. They get 3 for being too slow. I've ordered to go twice and both times have taken forever. I've also eaten in and it's not a very big restaurant. They have more tables than booths and I'm a booth kind of person, especially with 2 little ones. read more

Walked through the door and there was a piece if brown mushed something on the floor. Got it on my shoe. Had to tell them twice before they come to clean it up. Only wiped it with a rag. No mop or disinfectant. I can't confirm 100% it was feces, but this nurse knows poop. read more

Always hits the spot, anything on the menu is practically good. The food is really good, made to order, hot and fresh, only thing they didn't have Cholula, had to substitute for Tabasco Sauce, ewwww, there is no substitution for Cholula Hot Sauce. The server was slow in refilling our drinks and I had to flag her down just for service. The food was okay. Service was bad. She even added something to my bill without consulting me first. When I told the manager about the added item he still charged me for it. Just didn't seem right. If you're hungry after midnight and you can drive I would say this is the place to go. They will serve you breakfast anytime. I usually go with a server named Eric and his customer service is 10/10. I just want to say this is one of the best Dennys we have been to in a long time. Service by our server Danny was spot on and the food was amazing. My brother has special needs and our server Danny took a few minutes out of his time to talk to him and make him feel at home. I appreciate that type of good service from good people. read more

I only put a one star because I had to in order to write a review. This place has absolutely horrible service. We were told by a man, Marcos Sandoval, which by the way had a horrible tone ! Tends to be a bit crowded which makes service slow although the servers themselves are very friendly. Food is OK. Prices are average to slightly above average for what you're getting. It would be my definition of what a 3 star restaurant is. They also offer a 10% military discount. read more

The one star is just because I have to. Walked in to this dennys waited about 2 minutes before a girl at the counter decided to ask "how many" not even a greeting. After that waited about another 2 minutes before she took us to a booth and have us our menus. Reason for this review is mainly because we sat there for over 10 minutes still waiting for a waiter to come up to us .. nothing, no one acknowledged that we were sitting there. We decided get up and walk out. Only to see a young guy in a yellow shirt I assume it to be the manager chatting it up by the front counter. Arrived at 515PM, not busy at all. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. Ordered meal and when I finally received it (which wasn't complete) asked for ranch dressing and they said the couldn't find it! How could you not have it when dinner service just started! French fries were cold, ordered a hamburger and did not receive until at least 35 minutes later and they say "I think somebody stole your hamburger." No apologies. Okay so I'll list two experiences: once my friend came in and ordered a t bone steak and we were served a white colored meat slab, i think the meat was freezer burned. Second time we waited for a waiter to notice us at the front for at least 7 mins. This place cooks awfully. You're better off going to the Denny's on sweet water road, or going to the otay location. Great customer service. I am rating this a 5 because I placed an online order the day before for a turkey dinner. When my wife and I arrived to the denny's they ran our of turkey and so we got chicken instead. Then it turned out they gave us a single order. When I went back in the restaurant the manager was gracious enough to refund the order for the family meal and gave us a free meal. It's a great way to keep customer coming back. First upon arrival, I noticed it is a small location, we got seated fairly quick, BUT with no Menu! Then we had to wait 10-15 mins to receive a High chair for my daughter with the menus. We ordered drinks and we had to wait Another 10-15 mins for those! It seems like there is always only ONE server working the whole "restaurant". To top it off the food and drink refills took about 45 Mins more!! Food was not great, definitely had better experiences in other locations.
