Came in at 1245am with my husband. The host/manager sat us down right away and was very friendly. The place was not crowded. He told us our waitress Sandra (with resting B face) would be right with us. 10 min later Sandra never bothered to stop by or acknowledge us. At this point my husband and I were done waiting and thought our food at home sounded way better so we walked out. . Some Communication would've been nice or at least some eye contact. The manager was not there as we walked out but the whole staff including stank face Sandra decided to just stare at us as we walked out. Talk about bad service. This is the nearest Denny's to me and I have come in here plenty of times. Every time we come in it always seem to be the manager Tracy. She has absolutely no customer service for anyone that is not Caucasian. They take forever to seat you, ask you what you'd like to drink, take your order, and bring you your food. It seems like at this Denny's you are waiting a long time for everything. The one thing you never have to wait a long time for is the check. Imagine that? Super slow service. Food was okay. Do not come here unless you have a good 1 1/2 to kill. This last visit the manager Tracy saw my husband and I walking up to the register to pay and instead of waiting for us she decided to walk away and seat a family, and bus tables. She left us at the register for a good 7 minutes. I probably would've been waiting longer if I didn't wave my receipt at her prompting her that I wanted to pay. When she finally returned to the register she had not one word to say, didn't ask us how our food was or anything. Not even a Thank you. Very rude lady, horrible customer service. The host (man with long curly hair) was the only great thing since he was helpful and had great energy even if it's late which you don't see that often. Came in to have dinner at 5pm on a Friday night. It took forever to be seated yet the restaurant was not very busy. Finally got a booth about 10 minutes after we walked in. Waitstaff was not very friendly and hardly said anything at all to us the whole time we where there. The food came out and was lukewarm. Chicken bacon classic sandwich was so salty it was not edible, sausage was cold and seemed like they microwave it. The kids spaghetti the noodles where over cooked and the sauce had no flavor at all. We were greeted by a hostess that looks like she just threw on her Denny's T shirt after a long night at the club. Got seated within 5 minutes which I thought was great until we got to our table right next to the bathroom area where it smelled SO horrible. Even my 6 year old made a comment. I asked politely to be moved to another seat and was not impressed by the hostess attitude. Waited 15 minutes until I decided it's time to go. Looks like the waitress forgot about us. She took everyone else's orders but us (note that we were seated way before them) I tried to flag a waitress to give them a cue but the server just ignored me like she didn't see me. NEVER AGAIN! The wife and I were seated right away as it was noon on a Friday and not very busy. She ordered an omelette of sorts while I opted for country fried steak platter with a side of French toast. The best part was that my steak was really hot and tasted great. Just the right amount of country gravy too. When I walk into this location most of the time they are busy which is a good thing but for the first time they seated me with no wait. I had the best service out of all my visits . They have amazing breakfast and bring the plates freshly made . I ordered a fried chicken with a side of egg and tasted very delicious . I love Dennys. I eat at different ones all the time. This one had exceptionally terrible service. Went here for breakfast after a meeting with my coworkers and somehow they messed up ALL of our orders. Forgot sausage for my friend. Forgot my ranch/bbq sauce. Forgot pancakes for my other coworkers. Most of all they brought 3 glasses of water when 6 of us asked for it. I've worked food before and I try to give servers the benefit of the doubt but this guy was horrible and it was very empty. We stopped in last Sunday after a concert to have some dessert. I was a bit hesitant after reading all the poor reviews but we took a chance and it turned out just fine. The staff was attentive and the restaurant was clean. Our desserts came out in a reasonable time and both were fresh and tasty. I had the apple crisp and my girlfriend had the peanut butter pie.
