They have absolutely no customer service, no matter what day or time of day you go it appears to just be the norm for this location. I work in customer service and anyone who does knows that when a customer walks in you greet them. Say Hi, we will be right w you, grab a seat, something! Our group of friends goes to Denny's at least twice a month for celebratory purposes and we've never experienced service this poor before. No one led us to our table like usual. We walked in and it was very busy. We got seated quickly but in getting seated we ended up being rerouted because another table had moved spots. So when we got to our table we sat down and I immediately noticed a sewer smell that would've been impossible to eat while in the presence of. It must have been why the other table decided to move. So we get up and go to the hostess table to ask to be seated somewhere closer to the front since it had a sewer smell, we were fine waiting for this table. But after about 10 minutes of waiting another table gets seated before we do. It seemed as tho the hostess seating us was personally offended we wanted to move away from a sewer smell. Ah, lots of good memories here. Great place to sober up after a night of shenanigans! We always come here after a night out since it's right on the way home. Sometimes it takes a while for the food to arrive when too many drunk individuals gather here at the same time, but the waitresses are always friendly when they do get around to serve us. I dropped in with my kids for a lunch today. I don't remember Denny's ever being this bad. The food was horrible and the service sucked. We were going to be sat by the host but then the phone rang, he answered it. He left us standing there for almost 5 minutes before I asked someone else to seat us. It took another several minutes to get menus. Our server was no where to be found. No one came by to get a drink order for over 7 mins, then she (Sara) finally walked quickly by and as she breezed by she said she'd be right back..... Which never happened. I watched her as she served other tables and chatted with her fellow servers. I finally had to get up and go GET SOMEONE MYSELF. I asked to have my order taken. Eventually a different server (Eric) came over to get our order. He said he was on break and didn't know we were sitting there. The yogart for my 2yr old came without the fruit. When I asked Eric for the fruit he said they don't serve it like that anymore, even though it is pictured like that on their menu. I ordered the kids pizza, which came out raw... And wasn't brought out until the rest of us were half done. I'm wondering why it took so long for it to come out raw? My food was ehhhh . I asked for the check, paid and left. I stopped at Dennys for dinner after driving from Arizona since my hotel was right next door. First problem, the waiter took really really long just to get to my table. The restaurant didnt seem busy so i found it odd but stayed to give him a chance. Once the waiter came to the table he seemed nice and friendly i asked for 2 iced teas because i was really really thirsty so i knew i would drink the first one fast. He took our drink orders and my kids orders since kids eat first because theyre little and hungry. He took a really long time to come back yet again which is odd because the drink station was literally right across from me, no seriously i could prob reach my arm out and get the drink myself (at this point we were just about to leave). When he did come back he only had 1 of my iced teas and no kid food. I even made a joke right infront of the guy that i was going to down that drink and need the second one right away, he took my husbands order and mind and he walked away. i assumed to get my drink and maybe the kids food if it was done soon, but no he just went to other tables. The next time i saw him was not until he came back with ALL the orders. If i put in my kids orders first wouldnt they be done waaaay before mine? i suppose the waiter didnt put in the kids orders at all. So what happened to my second iced tea you ask? i never saw it i had to drink my husbands soda because he never even asked if i needed a refill. I asked someone else for the check since i didnt see the waiter at all. We paid and left the wait time and service was a joke. The shining star of this Denny's was our waitress, Skye. Very attentive and eager to please. However, the downside is that this Denny's is starting to skimp on some of their dishes. We ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. On the menu (and all our past visits), it shows several slices of avocado and a generous helping of chicken but what we received was 2 little slices of avocado and just a little over half the amount of chicken we usually would get. I for one would rather have them raises their prices than to skimp on quality/quantity. This Denny's has not been the same since the change in managers. So sad to see this happen. read more

They said that they weren't responsible that it was grubhub. My husband picked up the order in which was the order that has been sitting there for 2 hours. If I take time out of my life to write a review obviously i was extremely dissatisfied. Apparently this place doesn't allow service dogs. (Way to open yourself up for a nice little law suit) I don't know who trains the managers but when I worked at a restaurant we were taught to always ask if it's a service dog FIRST! Her service vest was on, but I was holding her so maybe they didn't see it, but you should always ask. Instead of kicking someone out. Not to mention I was only picking up food not even staying. (And it took 30 minutes) I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't ever come here again. I was not impressed at all with their customer service. I mean, a manager should be a role model to his or her staff and step up to the plate. It doesn't matter of it's late or whatever, that's no excuse. So apparently our server was the manager and my friends got to Denny's a little earlier than me and my other friend and they already had bad service from him. He came to give us our drinks and take our order and that was the last thing he did. Not once did he check back to see of we needed anything. We got our food and the other waiter gave it to us. I got a skillet and the waiter said someone was going to bring out our utensils. I probably waited almost 10 minutes just to get someone's attention. I even had my hand raised like a kid. I would understand if there were a lot of people and everyone was busy, but the manager was just standing up front chilling until customers came in maybe. We finally got a hold of a waiter and his name was Erik. Honestly, he was the reason for that extra star. He wasn't our waiter but he was willing to help us out. He even came back to our table and gave extra cups of water without us asking. So good job Erik. Your manager needs some lessons about customer service from you. To top off the night, nobody came over with our receipt, so after waiting for so long, even after we asked for it, we just went up to the front and paid whatever we had. Guess who was helping us...Erik. I'm all about customer service and my job involves that as well, so I was very disappointed. We pretty much were isolated at the back corner of Denny's with no one to assist us until Erik did. He even had other tables and customers to attend to but he took the time to help us out.
