Just go a little further North or South and you'll be happier with your dining experience. Tried this Dennys 3 times had issues every time. They appear to have issues keeping a full staff. I hate having to constantly ask for silverware, napkins or correct the order. Last time we just ate what they brought out, all three orders were wrong, and left. Hope they get it figured out, this spot has had issues staying in business in the past. read more

I showed up 45 minutes before closing and the door was locked with people inside the restaurant (fire hazard?) so I knocked... a waitress reluctantly came to the door and opened it to tell me they were closed. So I asked about their sign saying they were open and the door was promptly closed in my face. Way to go Denny's. read more

The food is good and always consistent. The coffee on the other hand is bad. And cold.. And your lucky to get a refill ever. They need more staff or something. Tables are dirty. We went this past Sunday We usually visit the lewisville location...Place was not busy, took them 10 min to seat us when there was seating available then another 10 minutes at table no waiter or waitress I then went to front and asked for manager I believe she said her name was Michelle I then told her my experience and instead of fixing the problem ASAP, I old he I would be leaving a google review we were leaving did not want to spend our money there she simply said ok. I LOVE this Denny's! The staff is super friendly and professional! Every time we come in, we are greeted by several employees, and can always identify who the manager is! The food is good (sometimes takes a while), but is always good! Good portions, and good prices! We love this location, and the manager and her assistants always know how to take care of any issues we might happen upon!! Definitely an improved version compared to last year! I called in my order to pick up at the restaurant. First, they did not get the order right. The omelette was awful. It was tasteless and didn't have all the ingredients I ordered. It was watery. Gross. I only got an omelette and 4 strips of bacon and it was over $13 and it wasn't even good! I told them I was on keto and did not want the sides and they still put hash browns! I didn't even want the temptation of them but they wouldn't just take them out! Next time I go to IHOP!! read more

Slow service. Waited on the food for close to 45 mins. No refills on drinks. When food came it was missing celery that is stated clearly it came with then the waiter Said well we don't have any and you have to ask for it. Missing salad on one meal. Waiter stated he had only been there two weeks. Then when we asked for manager she acted like we were a problem. It was not busy. Only two tables occupied when we came in. She made the waiter take care of our problem while she stayed busy shaking her head. We did get some money off but we had to force the issue. Arrived at 2:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day. Most of the tables were empty but there was a lobby full of people waiting for tables. Horrible service from Tammy, the waitress. The cups came out dirty, the silverware was dirty, it took 45 min to get out food and when it came out one plate was was served burnt, there was whipped cream when we asked for none, another order was completely wrong and it was like they forgot an order all together, and when we tried to voice our complaints Tammy was disgustingly rude. I am absolutely appalled. We did not tip and we will not be back. You should never speak to someone in that manner, and I will be calling the manager tomorrow. I was charged twice on my card, they ignored me when I ask is my order ready (while it was sat on the corner behind them), and made me wait 10 mins before giving me my food. It's the first time this has happened to me which is crazy because usually their service is great. read more

Not sure what is going on with this company, but in recent visits with my family to Denny's in Corinth Texas... we have had poor experiences (45- 1 hour, no servers or a pissed off cook who wears sunglasses while cooking). On 01/24/2019 @ 06:10am I walked into the diner and noticed that there was only two customers inside, thinking I would get some quick service, wrong the server just walks out (quits) and leaves me waiting. I go to the only lady in the back and ask her if there is anyone's home can take my order? She replies;" I have no cook.. and waitress they both just quit" (same cook who wears sunglasses). This spot is utterly embarrassing. First the waitress refused to substitute hasbrowns for sausage because it was "extra work and didn't like the cook" then my teammate found a hair the size of Texas in his pancakes and we were not reimbursed just offered more hairy pancakes. This is after waiting 30 minutes for 4 grand slams. The manager showed no compassion or urgency on fixing our solutions. Honestly the worst experience I've had at any restaurant and I'm aware of Denny's already "glamorous" reputation but that's no excuse for terrible customer service and no hairnets or gloves during a pandemic. First time ever this Denny's has the worst customer service. Our waiter did not come by but twice and that was for our drinks and to bring us our food. When I asked the waiter for napkins he never came back, when I was ready to go I had to ask another waiter to bring me my tab, and to top everything off when I was trying to pay (I think the guy was the manager) the guy kept walking away and talking to other people. Came in for breakfast 521 at 9 o'clock and restaurant was packed we set down a couple sit down before us three elderly people came in after us the elderly people were served first the couple that came in before it was served after them and then we were so blessed my food was cold my fiance's food was cold they brought her two plates of French toast when she only needed one pancakes for cold and my plate went back they brought me another one my pancakes were still cold and very poor service manager did not do anything about the service just gave me $3 off my bill it was 23 but charged me 18 I will never come back here when this place is crowded or maybe never come back at all read more

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever. If their service is this bad, I really question the food handling practices. Horrible service and completely ineffective management. Manager seated us after a short wait, but no one came to help us. Asked one manager for help after 15 minutes, and she snipped that someone was on their way. 10 minutes later still no one. Flagged a different manager from across the room and finally someone shows up but then takes another 10 minutes to bring drinks, and then she forgets what food we ordered so she had never turned it in. More wasted time. Meanwhile this whole time we were sitting next to two large tables that had not been bussed, complete with a stack of cash still sitting on the table the whole hour we waited for service, floor littered with food and trash. No team work, bad food presentation (burned, cold and missing items), no coffee refills or visits from server or manager to see how we were doing. Took 35 minutes to get drink service, 55 minutes to get food, and we got charged full rate. Apathy like this is so uncommon. read more

Very bad service. Our waitress didn't greet us at all just said what do yall want. We got our food and then needed a refill on our drinks and she never came by our table. We saw her standing in front of the kitchen eating. This was a Sunday at lunch time and it wasn't even very busy. We kept looking over at her to get her attention, but didn't so we told another waitress that was walking by that we needed refills and our bill. We never got the refill and our original waitress came and laid the bill on the table and never said a word !!! I couldn't believe how rude she was !! Seriously disappointed in this location. The first time we went I had a ball of fuzz cooked into my eggs. Yes. Fuzz... they have messed up our order every single time we've been there. We used to go in San Angelo all the time and it was amazing every time. I understand theyre new but come on... it cant be that hard. I went there last night for a late dinner, and order the eggs over my hammy and cheddar mashed potatoes. Everything was fine until I went to put pepper on my mashed potatoes and a small black spider fell out, and I almost ate it. . I then reported it to my waitress, who was very sweet and she told the manager. The manager then came over and told me she didn't see a spider, and that it was hard for her to believe and acted like I was lying. Why would I lie about something disgusting like that? My meal was only $10, and she was acting like I was doing it to get a free meal. The night manager on 4/2/16, she is a Hispanic slim lady, and I will not be going back due to her. The prices arnt bad and service is pretty decent. The first time going here my food was not bad I ended up getting a egg burrito. The coffee is always hot but the second time I had gone the food was cold and the hash browns seemed as though they were not cooked at all or sat out for a hour or more. They offered to replace it and brought back. Same hash browns placed in the microwave it seemed. Tasted horrible. More then likely wont be going back. I would rather just go to old west or hit up crackle barrel. read more

You guys are supposed to be 24 hour right ? I called up there to make sure. They let me ring for 2 minutes straight. I hung up and called again but then it said the line was busy. You guys are honestly the laziest "restaurant" I've ever dealt with. I drove all th way up there just to get some good food in my stomach after I got off work at 2:45 am. They gave me these soggy pancakes and the sprite literally tasted like water. The waiter looked as if he was on some type of drugs and no one even realized I walked in until I had to shout hello. Took about an hour to get a to-go meal. I literally saw several people come in and then leave because they were never seated or even greeted. It was like they had 2 people working in the restaurant. WORST PLACE EVER. Came in Easter evening with my parents and service was terrible. Server was rude and inattentive. Never once asked us how our meal was. Didn't give us silverware, never refilled drinks, every time we asked for something so small, it took forever to get it to us. I finally had to get up and ask for everything we needed myself and mind you, it's not busy at all. So as she comes back to the table with my sons toast that I asked for 15 min prior, and I tell her we didn't need it and we'd take the check please, she turns around as I'm trying to tell her how we split the checks. She has her back turned to me and is I'm sure rolling her eyes.. she still keeps her back turned to me. So I said it would be nice if you turned your back the other way and would look at your customer and she walked off. I understand it's Easter, but I worked a 9 hour shift today too, but I sure as hell didn't act like a ignorant asshole to my customers. I'd NEVER recommend this place to a single person. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I'd rather eat a stale hot dog, outside at a gas station than eat here ever again. I ordered an omelette with extra cheese, "go crazy on the cheese. I like it gooey.." Of course it arrived with barely any cheese at all. So instead of making a fuss, I decided to keep it , take it home and add more cheese. I was SUPER nice to the waitress and ask that she not charge me for the extra cheese that I clearly didn't get. Do you know the manager came over with an attitude and REFUSED to take off the additional charge. She said "well you had cheese." And when I said I didn't want to trouble anyone by sending it back, instead of apologizing for the order being wrong and insisting on making it right, she said "Well, you shoulda sent it back!" This is the worst display of leadership I've ever seen. I almost don't blame the waitress if this is the leadership example she is expected to follow. Theeeeeen this so-called manager says "I'll make an exception this time," LIKE SHE'S DOING ME A FAVOR!!! I rarely go out to eat because of the pandemic, but we decided to enjoy a breakfast outside of the home for once. It was completely ruined over $2. She corrected me and said "It's $4 dollars." Wow. And I was trying to be so accommodating by not making a fuss over the WRONG order, but couldn't get it corrected off my bill AND received all of this treatment and I'M STILL HUNGRY!!! I paid for an omelette I didn't eat, that was wrong and then was made to feel like it was my fault for not sending it back and not wanting to pay for the extra that I never received. Denny's, that's the LAST dollar you will EVER receive from me or anyone that knows me. Going forward, I will support local, small, family owned businesses that appreciate their customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure they have a beautiful experience. They need to hire more people or a hostess because every time we go in there, no one acknowledges us. We have to sit there for several minutes before anyone looks at us.
