We ate here on a Monday for lunch around noon and it was super busy. We had to move tables because they sat a group of 12 people next to us and the teenagers were sitting right next to us and were loud. We got seated right away and I had to keep asking for the manager/waiter to take our order. I ordered the veggie omelette with fruit and toast. My friend had the strawberry crepes. They were short staffed and it showed. The manager was basically doing several things including having to finish putting the dishes together. When we left, I had to get the manager's attention to pay because all 3 workers were busy trying to get food out. If the service was better, I would have returned here, but we got here before the rush and it took a while to eat. We had to keep asking to order, for the bill, & to pay.

I am actually impressed with the size of these crepes, it's almost like they had a bet on how small they could make them and still charge the 12-13 (or more) bucks price for it... I've had an insanely large crepe for cheaper and it came with an actually pretty good presentation on top of it at fast food centered dining. Unless i'm confused and this place is actually a 5 Star Michelin restaurant and this is the first course Edit after 2 mins: It gets better! The crepes are super hard almost as if they were left out, 0/10

We usually don't come to Denny's on a Sunday but decided to try it out. It was busy but we were greeted and seated quickly. The restaurant has lots of seating for small and large groups. It was almost full when we got there around 11 am. The young man who sat us down took our drink order. Our waiter, Landon, was very attentive and made sure to check on us, and he kept our drinks refilled. They now have the 5 slams menu starting at $5. The food came out of the kitchen so quickly. Food was hot and tasted fresh. We both got the Super Slam and their pancakes just hit every time. Our over easy eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection. Pancakes are so fluffy and always delicious. I just wished they had thicker bacon cause they are paper thin. Overall, everything was amazing! Sorry, no photos this time cause we were too hungry.

Sitting at the bar allows you to get a full view of what's going on in the kitchen and staff. While I was waiting for my coffee, it's rather frustrating to see the staff gossiping and talking about non work related issues. I could hear customers complaining about the slow service while employees are just huddled around acting busy but not. They take a whole minute to add a scoop of butter to the pancakes, a little extra minutes standing at the kitchen counter computer trying to read all the orders that have timers on them to hurry up and serve. I had to interrupt the hostess Haley and another employee who was working the to go orders if someone could provide cream and sugar. They were just huddled and talking - not work related- and not working- just standing. Once they acknowledged, service turned for the better. Our food came out nice and hot- mind you, it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a good 8 minutes while the other plates were piling up under the heat lamp. I had to mentioned to our server, I think our food is ready. And she turned and started grabbing our plates. From the looks of it, the cooks are happy with their music on and cooking up some delicious food in a few minutes while it's the servers who move slower and unhappy than other places. Now the food, get the waffle! It's delicious! It's hot and crispy outer edges along with a pile of sweetened fruit. I omitted the caramel sauce and it still came out sweet and tasty! The fresh cracked eggs were just right and hubbys steak and eggs were pretty good too. I would say the pile of premade made bacon isn't the greatest. It comes to you rubbery and not as good as fresh made bacon. Otherwise, food is good, just the service was slow,

Talk about great service! Jazmin and the whole crew were attentive and caring through our time here. I've been to other diners late at night and have been met with staff who did not want us there. I went in around midnight and placed a pickup order for an apple crisp. After I paid, I was told the oven was being cleaned until 2 AM and they wouldn't be able to make it. I asked for a refund, but was told only the manager could process refunds--and she wouldn't be in until 7 AM. I asked if I could get something else instead, but was told everything required baking. I then asked if they could issue a gift card for the amount I paid, but the employee said she didn't know how to do that either. I also asked for a receipt as proof of purchase, but wasn't given that either. At this point, I was uncomfortable--something felt off, and it seemed like the staff were under the influence. I left my name and number and asked for the employee's name so the manager would know who I dealt with. She hesitated and didn't have a name tag on. It looked like she was trying to come up with a made-up name, and after a while, she finally said her name was Alyssa and that the manager, Vanessa, would contact me. I never got a call, so I followed up around 3 PM. When I asked to speak with the manager and began explaining the situation, the call was suddenly disconnected. I called back three more times--no answer. When they finally picked up, I was told I had ended the call, which wasn't true. The employee then said she'd contact the manager and call me back either way--but I still haven't received a call, a refund, or even a receipt. read more

I came into Denny's expecting pancakes... and instead got a full-blown masterclass in customer service from Jenn. Jenn didn't just serve our table--she orchestrated the entire breakfast experience like a five-star brunch conductor. Coffee refills appeared before the cup even realized it was empty. Our food arrived hot, fast, and somehow exactly the way we wanted it, even though half our table ordered like we were solving a puzzle on a game show. At one point I'm pretty sure Jenn telepathically knew we needed more syrup. I didn't see her bring it. It just... appeared. If Denny's ever launches a superhero franchise, Jenn is clearly the origin story. Friendly, hilarious, efficient, and somehow running the whole section like a breakfast-serving ninja. If you're lucky enough to get Jenn as your waitress, just know you're about to have the VIP Denny's experience. 10/10 service. Would come back for the pancakes, but mostly for Jenn. read more

Came here on 3/25/18 with my family to have breakfast. I've had pretty good experiences with Denny's but this location isn't one of them. Ordered coffee with vanilla creamer, was told they are out of vanilla creamer! I ordered a cake batter shake which came out very dark. I thought at first it was a cookies n cream shake. We were never asked about refills the entire time we were there. We ordered the new "Craft Dulce De Leche Crunch Pancakes" or as I call them DISAPPOINTMENT PANCAKES. We thought we got served the wrong pancakes that's how bad they were. I have attached a picture for your amusement. Pancakes are not crunchy but are just pancakes that someone sprinkled cinnamon on! Oh yeah and you get a little cup of caramel too. Please stay away from this location. read more

Our service here has always been a good and amazing atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses have always had an amazing attitude with them. The food is oh so good and delicious. I personally will always recommend the moons over my hammy breakfast sandwich!! The thing that sticks out to me the most is our waitress Jazmin, she is so amazing with always willing to help us and cater to our needs! Whether it be more napkins or a refill or just to talk to. As a final statement I definitely will say this Dennys is a 10/10 for me. read more

Was here a couple weeks ago and my mom loved it so much she woke up this morning said was craving it and you know we came back. We got the same menu this time. There was more of a crowd this time and we met the owner who is so kind and nice. The service as always was incredible, the food was HOT and we got it fast. Please don't sleep on Denny's if you're looking for a place to bring the family definitely consider coming here. read more

I went Denny's today with my family and the service was spectacular, the manager Alyssa and the servers Camryn and Avery insured that my family was satisfied. They continually checked on us and always had a great attitude. Not to mention the Avocado chicken caeser salad was delish and my kids loved the junior frosty pancakes! Although I encountered a minor issue with my coupon, the manager promptly resolved the problem. Our server, a friendly and efficient young man, provided exceptional service. If I could give zero stars I would. The new management needs a lot of help high chair was super sticky so I washed myself. But then it took 52 mins before we got our food I ordered the t bone steak and it was boiled not grilled not fried but boiled. I had to give the bus boy our dishes because it was taking up too much room. The waitress that served us was nice and was trying her best but it was an awful experience. read more

i Dont do reviews but i came to this location on the Sunday 11th and it was a very busy day. my server Melanie was super professional, super knowledgeable in the menu and fast! she was patient with my family on deciding what eat, my kids spilled a few sodas and considering how busy it was she showed no signs of being annoyed and actually shared her way of preventing the cups from spilling. read more

Me and my husband love this Dennys and the service. The food is always good and hot when served. This Dennys is always clean the waiters are always cleaning the tables. We are always very happy with the service at this Denny's. When we have an issue with the quality of the food, Roxanne (gen mgr) always takes care of it. Their staff is very accommodating, Mayra, Juana and the rest of the servers staff are always nice and pleasant. Way to go with having three different coffee creamers! The food is always consistent, and we go at all times of the day and night. However, what impresses me is the servers. Even when they are understaffed, they never take it out on the customers. The food is dependably good, the servers are nice, and I get this whenever I go in. What could be better/ And Kudos to Ryan, an especially polite server. read more

Came here for breakfast we had great service from Yarley, food was delicious! The hostess Alyssa was also very sweet, very inviting & kept coming to our table to make sure we were ok. Have been going here for years, but lately our server has been soledad and it's been amazing. She is so patient, friendly, and makes sure we are well taken care of every time. My waitress Mayra was so nice and friendly. She made sure our breakfast experience was excellent. She had our condiments at the table before our order was even placed and Once our food was out it was fresh and hot. She made sure to offer us dessert and even beverages to go! Been here one hour and if it wasn't for the kids I would have left this very very incompetent place a while ago. Thing more than just a Dennys, so quality of food being average is expected. But service..... I GOTTA SAY SUCKS ASS. You want to come eat here order your food when you leave home, if lucky you'll still wait another 20. read more
