I have never had bad service or a bad meal at this Denny's everything comes out promptly

I've been to this place plenty of times. Today was terrible. We arrived to be seated and were only like the third family other then two already sitting. The lady attended the front didn't say anything until a guy from the kithen came out to sit us. Once we sat down? It took several minutes to have some drinks offered to us. My mother and walked it to have breakfast and the hostess was going to sit us at a small little table that was half taken over by condiment and cream for coffee. We asked to be seated at a booth and her response was those are for families. So we just sat at the bar and the hostess went back to the front talking about mom and I thinking it's funny. She was just rude to use at that point mom was so upset we asked to speak to the manager and she tried to reconcile but at that point we just left and went to the Dennys that is on Foothill and Rochester. read more

I ordered a quesadilla expecting the same kind of loaded quesadilla like previous times. I was served a sad tortilla and cheese quesadilla like the ones you get at a fast food restaurant. The waitress started to offer to make it better then she decided it would be too expensive. I had to order a completely different meal and pay for both. For the first time ever...had a bad visit with Dennys off of Baseline. Usually food and service are good but had chicken fried steak breakfast and it was not good because the food was completely cold! So cold that the gravy solidified by the time I got it. Hash browns and all...very cold. The server brought the toast at the end of the meal right before the check. He never followed up on us to check if anything was needed. Had to ask the busboy person for napkins because the server never brought any upon request. I usually never get breakfast during lunch so I was sadly disappointed. read more

I give this place a five stars! My boyfriend and I, sometimes family come here often. The staff is great and wonderful. The food is always in stocked. The food is great and comes in a timely manner. Although, I would warn others; if you come here, I wouldn't recommend having a staff name Hassan as a server. He is very rude. His attitude is not genuine. He sounds like he hates his job. He has a habit of staring in a bad manner. The way he takes his order, he sounds how would you say it, cocky? Idk I can't explain it. If I could give no stars I would. Was told the wait would be only 25 to 30 minutes and ended up waiting 40 minutes. Ridiculous. If they would have told me the wait would be this long, I would not have agreed to stay...having 2 hungry kids is not fun. Then, to add insult to injury, they called me up only to tell me it was a different person, made us get up, and told us we STILL had to wait longer... infuriated. Went to dinner and ended up getting dessert there as well. Of course I ordered breakfast (the red, white, and blue slam). The food came in a fairly quick manner and the waitress was very attentive to my table. Always brought refills before the drinks ran out. Either the coming in about 3:30am is a terrible idea, since it seems the waiters hate what they do! My boyfriend asked if they served beer and they came out rolling their eyes so my boyfriend said " sorry they do in the L.A. location" to what the waitress replies "That would be L.A." and leaves. Ok my friend and i let it slide... (literally) until we hear 3 of the waitresses talking about us. Our order eventually arrives and my friends boyfriend noticed his burger didn't have the Sriracha souce, the waiter is right in front of us as he looks into his burger and what does he find a long ass fucking hair. Horrible service, it was empty when we got here and they have let a lot of people before us go. Management here is an embarrassment to this establishment, many people are leaving and there are plenty of empty tables for them to be seated. I do hope Denny's looks into this. read more

I stopped for a quick snack on my way to Vegas and the service here was excellent. The server was attentive and expedient. They give you the feeling that your time is valuable and that your satisfaction with the experience here is equally as important. Our server was Carlos and he was so nice!!! And on top of everything!!! Our drinks were always full and our food came out fast too! Horrible service. I placed an order online for deliver. Because I didn't have my car. So I ordered a hamburger and a salad with extra ranch ( I paid for the extra.) because I don't have any ranch at my house. When I get my order only the salad and the hamburger were in the bag no condiments. I called the restaurant and they said they forgot to put my condiments and that they're sorry and they will give me credit for next visit. Went to Denny's for breakfast today. We ordered over medium eggs they came out wrong literally raw not cooked at all. Our food was all cold. Went to pay the bill they asked how your food was you tell them the truth and they say oh sorry about that. That was it. Not like can i discount your breakfast for the inconvenience. No nothing! denny's is..well, denny's. this is the nearest one to me and i'd come here before any of the other denny's in the area. so far the service has been good and the food was the temperature it was supposed to be. i do think the prices need to come down a bit tho. some of their items aren't worth the cost. read more

I agree with most of the reviews here. The food here is bipolar. Sometimes it's great and other times its disappointing. I go here sometimes since it's right off the 15 freeway. The servers Rosie and Penny are really nice and always smile and remember you. The food is changing to millennial-focused fast casual which is just another word for salty & sweet. It costs them money to make food taste good so the cheapest way to increase profits is to use a lot of salt and sugar. I give them 4 stars for the waitress Rosie and Penny only because they work hard and are really nice. I hope some old fart wins the lotto & leaves them a $3000 tip ;) read more

Disgrace I was so disappointed on management for Christmas, under staffing lead to poor poor service. I waited an 30 minutes to be service and lucky MANAGEMENT came out and asked my family if we have been served and left. Knowing we havent been serviced we still have to wait 30 minutes. I dont mind waiting on a busy day, but nobody seem competent that day AT ALL. ALL of our orders came on separted plates in 10 minute intrevals. I wanted to eat my eggs and bacon and toast all together but i couldnt do that. Everything came separte and late.Our waitress has the order ticket in her pocket the whole time, there was no kinda apology.WHAT. THE HECK. and two wrong orders. We have came here several times and always get great service the Denny's off of valley needs to really look for assistance of how to run a restaurant! Horrible food and service there!! We have had the pleasure of getting Marissa D. The last two times and she is so sweet so efficient and never misses a beat of what we need!!!!! On the 12th of this month my friend and I visited this location. The 1st flag was the table still had particles on the table so we cleaned it with antibacterial wipes. 2nd the waitress went to pour a refill of tea from the pitcher and I let her know it was dropping in my friends plate in which she responded that's ok. 3 rd at check out she stated she couldn't apply the discount from the card without the strip. Asked to speak to manager in which she stated she could Not apply, after going back and forth with her we just asked for her name in which she did Not comply and walked off. She stated the owner was there and I asked to speak with them. She did not ret to let me know anything, so I walked over to her where she was speaking to one of her employees stating the owner didn't want to talk to us. The worst service and the manager was concerned as to "why you want my name I didn't do anything" ! Reported this to corporate and am awaiting a response! read more

It's a Denny's. That said the breakfast's are solid with plenty of healthy options. The waits are never more than 5-15 minutes when the line is out the door. The staff is very friendly. They always treat my 6 year old like a princess. As far as Denny's go this one is a step above! read more

Food is good but the service sucks needs new management this is the second time I have gone and they screw up on my order. Either they are missing something or they give me the wrong order. One time I order an appetizer and my main plate came first and then my appetizer. The server never follow up, up until you call someone else to help you out. read more
