By far the slowest service I've ever experienced. When an order is supposed to be ready at 3:21, but you don't get it until 3:27, that's a bit much in my opinion. I recently visited this location & was rudely greeted by a waiter by the name of Tamia. She dragged her feet coming over to seat us while looking very disinterested. When I asked her about the digital QR code for the menu on the table she pointed at the menu on the other end of the table and said very smartly "the menu is right there" like we were expected to know the menu wasn't digital by the big QR code on the table that says view our menu. Me and boyfriend came into Denny's Sunday morning... we had half poor service. Not only that what He ordered He don't believe that it was cooked properly. He ordered a French toast slam. Eggs over easy... bacon... sausage... and a side of grits. As the day went on he started to feel sick to his stomach. That was all He ate for the day. He started sweating and pooping excessively at work and had to leave. A few hours later he started to vomit uncontrollably. It's now Monday morning and he still feels sick to his stomach. Being from Glen Burnie, I've been here plenty of times. It's always fine, but it's a Denny's, so it's nothing special. But they're always friendly, clean, and crowded. I usually come with friends and groups, because you can get breakfast all day so there's plenty of options. The pancake puppies are good, and the flavors change seasonally. Always a great place to come with friends and groups because they automatically charge by seat instead of everyone all mixed up on one check. read more

Good people-watching. I mean, where are you going to go eat at 1am in Glen Burnie? I hadn't been to a Denny's since 1st grade, when I got an amazing red plastic fire truck with my kids' order. While the food is average for a corporate chain, I come in almost every Tuesday night and the two female servers are just the best. They talk to the customers, they remember regulars orders, they make me feel comfortable. Only two star rating from me. I understand that eating at a corporate chain restaurant might not be fine dining but my rating is mainly for the looks of the overall restaurant. It just looks dirty. Floors are old and worn... not fresh at all. The chairs and tables have that feeling of slightly sticky. I'm thinking that the tables are just wiped down with a dirty cold rag and not much elbow grease. The children's booster chairs had this brown/black buildup grease on it. The food is ok... my daughter wanted toast and pancakes for dinner so we decided to get breakfast for dinner. I would go to another Denny's again but just not this one. read more

Service was incredibly slow, I didn't even get half of what I ordered( I ordered a few things separately) I ended up just canceling that part of the order because it just wasn't worth waiting for anymore, I was already finished with what did come. We made reservation at Denny's for Xmas 2015 morning for our entire family of 26 weeks in advance. When we showed up, Denny's said they could not honor our prearranged reservation... Honey Bee just down the road took our whole family in with no reservations within 10 min of arrival.... The wait staff was unbelievable, the food was excellent, and the Xmas mood was abundant!!!! Thank you Honey Bee!!!! My grandparents were so impressed with your staff, the food, and the respect you all showed our family in a time of crisis... Kiss my grits... Denny's!!! Visited this location on 11/12. Won't be eating there again. The Super Bird sandwich was very dry , thank goodness for ketchup. The bacon avocado cheeseburger was missing a key ingredient--the avocado!! Dessert wasn't any better. We ordered a banana split, the waiter brings the bowl, says they are out of bananas, and says he won't charge us if we dont want it. I said well it's not a banana split so you will not charge us for a bowl of ice cream with toppings. I felt sorry for the table behind us. One of their meals was wrong. The cooks apparently chose to ignore the modifications to the one meal. The waitstaff needs to be trained to let customers know when something is not available so we can change our order or make substitutions. Bringing out food then saying you are out of a key ingredient is a waste of time and money. This is not the only location where we have had issues. Dennys used to be a place to go for consistently decent food and service. Too bad they have gone downhill. read more

Our waitress, Shelly, was exceptional. She seated my friend and I promptly as we walked into the lobby. Our drinks were poured immediately and refilled throughout the meal. The food was timely and hot. The quality of food was superb and worth the less than twenty dollar tab. Restrooms were clean. Shelly checked and rechecked our comfort needs frequently. But my last to visit were horrible and i will not be going back 2 weeks agobi went and my eggs r messed okay that find remake them and ill be happy but my friend order the same thing i did and there was an hair cooked into her egg so they chnaged it and the my wife got a club sandwich and the turkey was bad so they order something difftent the waitresses was rude and got mad every time we said something so asked for a manger and she was rude as well. So we left and call and asked when the gm was going to be on they told he was out for 3 months and there was no one else so i tryed again 3 to 4 days latwr ans talked to the manger who just replaced the other one and talked and i told her what happen she was every upset and told me i had 2 free drink and meals. So we tryed it again so we went back just last thruday and we ended up with the same waitresses who was really nice at frist and then rude. We order the sampler and 2 salads and a banana split and there was hair in my chips and sour cream the waitress drew us off so i ask the manger who on shift to come to our table and she said sorry and replaced it ans then went to look at the video and as we were checking out asked us to sit down and wait so we did and when she fot done dealing with everyone else and looks at us and said just be real lady u put that hair in your food and u guys just want real food and i was dumbfounded and i looked at her and was like that hair was black and curly and i have short purple hair and my wide has brown long stright hair and my friend had blonde straight hair so it was from us but my waitress had black curly hair so yeah. When i left i was so mad and i will not be going back and i told everyone else not to go back and im still waiting for a call from head office. And if i could do no stars i would. This place has Decent food, but the reason I gave them 2 stars was 1, Eating in is VERY NOISY! There is no wall between the dining room and kitchen, so you hear banning of pots and pans, etc. making it very difficult to enjoy yourself or talk to your family. When ordering Carry out, they never answer the phone, and you have to call multiple times. When you go to pick it up, it takes forever. I came 15 minutes after I placed the order, and waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries! The only thing they have going for them is their good prices. If you are going to get a burger and fries, go to Five Guys up the road, much better service and quieter. read more

I placed an order for pickup, the website stated it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 31 minutes to pick it up for them to tell me my food was in the back and they didn't know how long it would be. I asked to then speak to a manager due to the false advertisement, for the manager just to be rude to me! I asked simply for a refund because I didn't even receive my food. She stated she didn't have a computer.. yet there were 2 in front of her. She said she would do it eventually. But that seems completely unprofessional, I would like my refund upfront. She complied with an attitude and then asked me to not return to this Denny's. I was understanding of the situation, but the manager was simply out of line, disrespectful, and unethical to tell a customer not to return to that location just because they couldn't do their job properly.
