Went with my family for brunch yesterday. I was not really happy with my food, the potatoes in the scrambler were cooked too long and were hard and dry. But to be honest it was not what I really wanted anyway, I took too long to decide and just settled on anything. My husband had a Philly cheese steak omelette that did not look like the photo on the menu but he liked it and would get it again. My father in law and son got a bourbon chicken dish with veggies and it was absolutely delicious. I am going back just to get the dish they ordered but to go, highly recommend it. It was very crowded, of course, it was a Sunday and the restaurant is very small. I do not like how the tables are laid out, the way the seating is we pretty much shared a table with a large family and of course, the family had babies that were crying loudly. It's Denny's, you know what to expect, but I feel the prices are reasonable, the food did not take too long to come out, and the waitresses are nice, not overly nice which can seem fake but they were nice. read more

This place was okay. Service was good. I ordered a skillet that looked nothing like the picture, and even looked like I got a kids portion instead a full skillet. I will admit that the best part of this whole meal was the strawberry milkshake. Holy sweet Jesus I was surprised beyond surprised at how good it tasted. Prices are good, food is always tasty and I've never had food brought to my table cold. A friendly staff who is kind to regulars (and will remember your orders!). Always clean with a casual (very casual - you can wear your pajamas) vibe; comfortably lit, with lots of booths. Highly recommend any of the milkshakes (especially the Oreo!), mozzarella sticks, seasoned fries, or pancakes. Fun seasonal menus (the holiday menu is my favorite) with great regular items. Only complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to get your food - I've experienced this at every location I've been to. I don't mind it too much since they're open 24 hours, AND you can order ahead of time. We go here any time we want a solid meal to fill us up, with a friendly staff experience and comfortable environment. read more

I really like the food here. The tilapia is delicious and you can choose 2 sides. The chicken soup is one of the best I tasted. This Denny's also has nice servers. I always get waited on quickly and the food service is fast. read more

Me and my parents had decided to got to Denny's for breakfast instead of out usual restaurants, that was a big mistake our waitress was horrid taking forever to do simple tasks like bringing milk with my fathers breakfast and didn't even bring me a clean set of silverware when I discovered that my current set were dirty we needed to ask an entirely different waitress to get a new set and by the time our food actually got to us (which took an hour and a half might I add) it was cold and it took another ten minutes to receive the extra syrup we needed and then we discovered that they had messed up my mother's order by not including the spinach that she ordered with her omelette all and all it was a horrible experience and I would give one star but I like to think that it was either a bad day for them or the waitress was new but still we won't be going there again read more

Went here to have a late night meal. The mac & cheese was okay. The hash brown's were warm almost cold. My dad said his meal was cold. The toast was burnt sent it back and it was sent back to me barely toasted dripping in way to much butter. The meal was overall okay definitely not going back to this one. read more

I was never much of a Denny's fan, but this location in particular has won my devotion! The staff is excellent! They are friendly, quick, funny and great people. I enjoy the whole experience when I'm there. Who would have thought you'd get all this at a Denny's? Today I drove past another local Denny's to get to this one. How dumb are some people to say they are in the management business to not realize a restaurant has to be close for cleaning at times. I wouldn't want to eat at a place that don't clean the kitchen. I come here all the time at night and the people here are great. When u have your head far up your ass, you really think anybody wants to deal with you. If you were mad for going when Denny's was closed why did you go the next day? It's because you wanted to pick a fight with the servers I bet and to see if u can get shit for free I bet. To J.E who is upset about a child going to work with a parent, shame on you and your husband for not having no empathy over a mother who seems like she brought her child for a reason. We came here for breakfast and the eggs were greasy. IHOP has better food on Higgins and Barrington Road. We won't be back.

Terrible customer service today 9/30/17, I went to order food at 8:40 AM and was greeted by an unpleasant dry grumpy look by this Mexican server and there were 3 other people that was in front of me on the line and 3 others behind me. I thought it was gonna be a normal day, but then when it was my turn to take my orders, the Mexican lady skipped me and decided to go to people behind me and then the other 2 behind me. This made me lose my appetite and made me go nuts. Does it make sense for her to help the people behind me first when I have been waiting patiently behind 2 other people??? So I decided to call the number after I leave and was hung up 5 times before I can finally talk to someone. I asked for the manager and the girl said she's the manager but she's in the back washing dishes because her bus boys did not come so she can't help because she's busy. This Dennys is the worst dennys EVER. I hope that someone with a higher position would see this and fire those 2 people because what they did was unjust in any way you look at it, I was there first and was patiently waiting. Restaurants are supposed to be appetizing but this restaurant made me think about how filthy their behavior is. Please please, fire them. You guys will lose a lot of customers that just wants to eat there for having these types of people as your employees. Terrible terrible people. What is it with waitress or service here? Yes, we were seated but it took longer than 10 minutes for the waitress to come back with taking our order. My sister and I walked into this Denny's today craving some pancakes and country fried steak..we were greeted and sat served our drinks..and that was that! Their sirloin steak is the best! I've had New York strip steaks that were not as good as this. If I want steak I definitely go to Denny's.

My family and I went to dinner this past Friday night. We were Sat down right away. The waitress asked if we wanted our drinks and we said yes. After our order was delivered, it went down hill from there. My T-Bone steak wasn't cooked right and the cook said really loud what she want it raw!! The second steak came back still not right and I told my husband I was done with this place. It wasn't that busy and other staff members were just talking and standing around while other side work could have been done. The manager named Dawn was not friendly at all when I made my point across to her. All of these people need to be re trained in customer service. Remember Denny's word of mouth begins with me and I will speak to all about this experience. I am never going back to this location or any of them. No wonder I like going big at their competition because they know how to treat their customers as well as cook their food to their liking. Cheap is not always better. U get what u pay for. I went to this dennys with my husband for brunch, sat for 10 mins before someone asked for our drinks, there were no silverware on the table. another 15 mins gone by before someone came to take our order I ordered the moons over my hammy omelette EASY with hash brown well done and extra butter on english muffin . Waitress came back with hash brown that was TOTALLY opposite of well done, my english muffin was missing and my omelette looked like it's older than my grandmother. I requested her to take back my NOT well done hash brown and I proceeded to eat my omelette despite of my incontent. I then realized that it was salty as hell and the ham and cheese was on the outside of the egg. I was eating egg with ham and cheese bc it was nothing like an omelette where the filling should be INSIDE of the egg. Waitress finally came back with my well done hash brown only for me to discover a damn piece of spinach underneath it. Not once did she came and fill our water.
