Really nice people here and their food is actually good. But they advertise as 24hr and are not truly 24hr. So they should update the hours. Went at 2am and was offered salads and fruit cup. Maybe it was a one time thing? Maybe not I don't know. The whole place is very clean though and I do enjoy going here. read more

Came for a late breakfast brunch with my mini. There was a 15-20 minute wait which was fine. I did notice a lot of tables open but not that many servers. We sat and waited for our order to be taken. Took about a quick 5 minutes and our server took our order and brought out or drinks. I ordered the choconana pancake breakfast along with my daughters Anniversary pancakes and side banana. So far I'm liking this location better than others. They give the "deals" menu without asking for it and they give you all the options without starting with... "Right now we are out of..." lol It's morning so this place is pretty quiet filled with older seniors. Had we live closer this would definitely be our go to Dennys. read more

The Food was made with High Quality Ingredients &' Love. The Service was impeccable. The Waiter &' Waitress Donovan &' Glenda were outstanding &' always attentive. Excellent service as usual I go to this Dennys only no others only because my favorite server Glenda is here for real I won't eat if she's not working! I ordered food on Uber Eats and waited over an hour to receive my food. When I finally got my food everything was cold, I ordered scrambled eggs and my eggs were watery, my chocolate pancakes were burnt, my hash browns were burnt, my crapes didn't have any vanilla cream filling in it and the strawberries were sour. I've eaten at Denny's many times before and this time the food was the worse. I spent over $50 and I barely ate anything and threw eveything away. read more

Kapolei Denny's is so great!! The food is amazing for anyone can go with family, friends, or even by their selves. Love the strawberry french toast here. The servers are awesome with the best attitudes especially a waitress name Vanessa. So bright, welcoming, has one of the best personalities I've met for a server and person. Denny's Kapolei is our favorite go to place in Kapolei! With our busy schedules, Denny's is the spot to go! Food is always on point and exactly how we order it. Even the cheap eats menu (2 4 6 8) does not disappoint. The prices are hard to beat and the portions are plentiful. Thank you for bringing it back! Vanessa has been serving our friends and family for almost (2) decades!. While service was excellent....the french toast was perfectly prepared and served, the coffee was good...the over easy egg's white were partially cooked and ran clear when placed on the fork thus the egg yolk was not appetizing to eat. 5 stars for my server Vanessa, who worked all night by herself, with a good attitude. She's always awesome. She got everyone's order out and every little. Thing she remembered. The manager tonight was horrible with an attitude . Sorry if you're going through something but you work in customer service, I've been working customer service for 15 years. Lose the attitude aunty. You got one server and maybe one cook and you pouting on the side can at least help clear tables. read more

While running errands in Kapolei we had time to kill so stopped in for a quick breakfast. Usually service isn't the best and it's quite a wait, but this time it was exceptionally better! Walked in on 10/20/2025 at 11:00am. I wanted to place a takeout order. Hostess with pink/red hair helped a disabled man in front of me at front check in. I was next in line. She then seated a woman. Then came back and walked right past me without acknowledging I existed. I continued to wait there standing at hostess booth. She then started cleaning tables and doing waitress work. Then another man comes from behind me and she says "Hi". He asked her "How long the wait?" She replies "30 minutes". Then she walks off still not acknowledging I am there. What did I do? I didn't even get to speak to anyone so why was I IGNORED???? No way I could be an ASS-hole because I didn't get to say anything until I told the bus boy to get the manager. I told the manager too- go look at the security cameras for proof of my complaint. This place gone gone DOWNHILL from the great service it USED TO BE. Complete failure!!!! Or is this a racial thing or they think I got no money or what could be the reason they acted like this? Busy?... takes 4 seconds..."Hi, I'll be with you shortly"....not coming back here again read more

Another great meal at Denny's! Vanasa was our sweet & amazing server & the food is great. We ordered from the $2 $4 $6 $8 menu for the second time & it did not disappoint! I tried the grilled cheese & soup combo for $8 & it was far better than most other restaurants. Grilled on sourdough bread with multiple cheeses! And the chicken noodle soup has that good homemade flavor! Highly recommend 10/10 read more

Man, the days of Denny's being somewhat of a bargain are long gone. Options such as an omelette plate run about $17.99. This time, I opted for a burger & opted for onion rings for $.99 extra instead of fries. The server asked if I wanted jalapeños for an extra charge... no thanks. I asked for ranch for the onion rings and that was $1.19 extra... jeez! I should have stuck w/ the fries that come w/ the meal instead of the 5 onion rings for $.99 extra + the $1.19 ranch! I don't mind the up-charge for the onion rings but for ranch? Or for a few jalapeños thrown on the burger if I wanted them? I wonder what else they charge for that one would think would be complimentary. read more

I really wish the effects of the pandemic would end. Worker shortages especially in the restaurant field is very evident. Saw it this morning at Dennys in Kapolei. Went there early on a Sunday, before the pandemic it would have been packed. This morning only a third full. There was a couple ahead of us. The hostess picked menus and place settings in her hand. But she didn't seat them. They sat in seats nearby the front desk. Then she looked at us and said, 'Yes?" Which I thought was weird but ok. We replied table for two. She told us there was a wait of 15 minutes and when we repeated, 15 minutes? She then said 10 to 15 minutes. My partner told her both sides of the dining room was empty. She said they were short staffed. So we waited. And within the ten minutes she sat the first couple and us. (In the mean time a six top, five and four tops came in and waited outside. Waitress came to the table fairly promptly and gave us drinks. After a short wait we got our food. It was normal Dennys food, nothing special. It was ok. But noticed the menu was abbreviated but contained all the regular Denny's staples. So I'm not sure if the menu was,cut backed for the kitchen staff or supply issues. Anyway, it was ok. Nothing awful and nothing terrific. The new normal. Do just have to accept it or will it change? read more

Came to the store to redeem the welcome offer the general manager didn't want to do anything with the code and gave me a phone number to call that didn't even work all he did was keep walking away every time. He said he rather throw away the food instead of giving the food to the customer. He blames us for it not working and wasted our time and gas for going read more

I love eating here. It's something I love to do after hockey. The menu is always straightforward and the food has been consistent. The servers are always polite and make it feel like you're at a relatives place for family dinner. Gavin was our server on Wednesday night and honestly made my mom and I's night, as someone who has worked in food service as well as retail he is the type of employee you want to keep around I promise his positive attitude and humor will keep many customers coming back, myself included. He brings an amazing welcoming ambiance to this Denny's and I hope to have him as my server again. Side note make the everything hasbrowns a regular item again that stuff always hits the spot! read more

I love the Kapolei location. The host was amazing. She was polite, had a good vibe and seated us as soon as she could. Drinks came out quick. Their pineapple smoothie is so yummy!!! Lots to choose from and breakfast is served all day. I love breakfast for dinner sometimes. This time I decided to order off the dinner items. To my surprise the country fried steak was delicious. My daughter had the pot roast and she enjoyed it too. I'll definitely be back The only problem now is deciding if I'm gonna order breakfast or dinner. Lol! read more

So this Denny's location has become our favorite since we've discovered it. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient even on their busier days. I feel that you always get a bang for your buck here, meaning that you get your money's worth. It's really more about quantity than quality though honestly when we come here. On our last visit we came in for breakfast on a Sunday and had a 20 minute wait to be seated. Once we were seated it took some time for our waitress to make it over to our table to take our drink orders. Granted it was rather busy but she kept forgetting things after we asked for them or took a really long time to bring it to the table. For example I asked for pepper and waited at least 10 minutes before I got it. Refills also took a while to make it to the table. Another thing that has bothered me the last couple times we came they were out of different menu items. One time the were out of whipped cream and another time they couldn't make any benedict's or crepes! Even still we will continue to frequent this location for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price and the overall friendly staff. read more

I do have a nut allergy, and sometimes the staff doesn't write the milk choice on the cup, which makes me a bit uneasy. That said, I'll be more verbal about it next time to make sure it's clear. One thing I didn't love was that the ice was stored in what looked like a typical camping cooler. I'm a little skeptical about how well those get cleaned, although it's possible their ice machine was just down that day. Overall, the view is amazing, the coffee is fine, and the food is quite pricey. There are a few menu items I'd splurge on, but with an ABC Store close by offering very similar options, I'd probably be selective about what I order.

On a Saturday brunch morning, my sister and I were undecided where to go. And as we were just to pull out of the Village, I last minute said, how about Kapolei Golf? And she was like, we can do that. There's plenty of parking. And getting out and actually walking up to the entry, I just felt in awe of the glass exterior. Walking in and seeing all the chairs set up for an event later that evening and seeing that gorgeous view, I was awestruck. My sister swears I've been there before. But if my reaction is what it is, then no sis! As we walk into the restaurant, you flag a server, they grab menus and let you pick your seats. We had to wait a bit but a couple finally finished their meal, table was cleaned up and we snatched up that window seat. For brunch, I normally eat light but I told my sister I wanted a warm hearty meal. I didn't realize it until my order arrived that the maguro eggs Benedict was fresh ahi. I was too busy enjoying the view. However, it was really good. Sister enjoyed her chicken curry and the okonomiyake fries was tasty. Staff is super friendly. I'm not a golfer so I can't comment anymore on the greens itself. I'm so glad I live in this community and will be revisiting Kapolei Golf Club Restaurant on the regular.

The food was absolutely delicious -- very flavorful and surprisingly quick to come out considering the size of our group. Our server was amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome and special. She explained all the specials very well, and when a few menu items ran out, she was very apologetic and accommodating. I especially loved the rib eye and all the sides that came with the entrée. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.
