I ordered the one crepe breakfast and their cold brew. The crepe dish had two plates to it. One plate had the crepe with lots of strawberries on it, and the other plate had 2 eggs, hash browns, a piece of bacon and a small sausage. I was happy with this order. But the cold brew was disappointing. The thick cream settled in the bottom and had to be stirred. They should have served this with a stirrer/spoon. I just used my knife to stir it up. I thought the cold brew tasted terrible, and it brought down my rating. Service was good. I would order the crepe dish again, though! read more

Located off S Las Vegas Bl. In Las Vegas. Good amount of parking. Came here to redeem the free Everyday Value Slam from T-Mobile Tuesdays. Got the pancakes, eggs and bacon. Our server TY was great even knew what to do with the redemption. He was on top of it. Overall I don't usually eat at Denny's often but since it was free lol. Everything I had was delicious and made me full and I still had some leftovers to take home. The other dishes my group had was delish as well, no complaints except for the fact that one person's pancakes came out 10-15 mins later. He wanted to eat it together with the grand slam. Also has several tv screens to watch the games. Was not busy when we went, Friday night. Why such a low rating for this establishment? I'm not saying the food is 5 star dining, but I've been happy with most of my visits. With two toddlers, there are days where I'm just not in the mood to cook anything. I just place my order online for curb-side pick up and it's ready in about 15 minutes. A friendly employee brings it to my car with all the utensils and condiments all sealed up and ready for us to enjoy. My kids love their breakfast and they actually finish it all. Mom win for me!! There was only once where I had a terrible experience. I pull up as usual and give them a call saying that I had arrived. An employee said they would be out shorty. 13 minutes later and still no one had brought out my food. I tried calling them again, but this time I couldn't get through to anyone. So I had to bring my kids inside (which defeats the whole point of curb side pickup) to get my food. They were about to hand me a bag that was just sitting on the counter and was probably cold but I asked them to remake it. I was upset that no one noticed my car parked in the pickup spot for over 10 minutes and never bothered to check. I was given the "we were busy" excuse but they didn't look busy to me. At that moment I swore I was done with Denny's because I was so angry with their lack of customer service, but they redeemed themselves by comping our next meal. So overall, I still be back because their breakfasts are solid. I can't say anything for the rest of the menu though. But I'll definitely be back for more Jr. Grand Slams. read more

Denny's is not a gourmet food joint but the food is decent for what you pay for. It's a typical Americana breakfast. So if you're looking for a fancy gourmet brunch, this is probably not your place. Our server was friendly, made some suggestions for the kiddos and the food came out quick and correct. Eggs were not overcooked and they made our hashbrowns extra crispy which I appreciate. My wife and I have been to this location many times and have had great service. We have visited so any times some of the wait staff would recognize us and would not only be happy to see us, but get us taken care of right away. We waited over 20 minutes on March 5 at our table, never got any service and walked out. Only one waitress and it appeared the manager on duty was the cook and delivering food to the tables. Disappointing. It will be a while before we return to this location as there seems to have been a reduction in staff and no urgency in getting customers taken care of in a timely fashion. read more

I feel so sorry for the staff who has to deal with customer's complaints because the Manager doesn't know how to manage a schedule... the manager's appearance is not presentable. Let me be 100% honest we where here for two hours. This place is understaffed. Dennys should take more appreciation in there workers and make sure they are staffed better !! The only reason I gave this place 5/5 is because our server was amazing. Her name is was VERONICA and you will be lucky to have her sever you. Honestly I don't know why she even works there because she belongs in a upscale restaurant. Anyway she was extremely busy and the only server to 10 tables and she still made sure our order was right and made she we had a great experience. She was so kind and friendly. Unfortunately I don't have much to say about the manager because she was so busy trying to keep everything going. But the small interaction I did have with her, she was also amazing and you can tell she was extremely stressed but still kept the customer service great. So you go girl !! We came for breakfast twice when we were visiting the SouthPoint. It was one of the nicest Denny's I've been to. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very, very clean. They had beer, wine and a few mixed drink options. We didn't imbibe, but the coffee was awesome! My first visit I had the strawberry crepes with bacon. Crepes were fantastic! I think the bacon may be the microwave type, but was still good. My mom ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and loved them. On our next visit my mom ordered the regular pancakes, and said they were great. My husband had the "build your own grandslam" option and had bacon, eggs, sausage and hash browns. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. They were pretty good. Could have used a little more pepper in the gravy, but were very filling. They have a nice selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Dennys at 8000 W Sahara is the ONLY one I recommend. The Chefs make a real good breakfast which is the only meal I usually dine out at. I'll most always try and sit in ANNAS section because if I'm gonna go out, I want the Best and she is. All others are good but I have my preference. Conner or Didi would be my next choice. This is conveniently located across the street from Southpoint casino on Silverado Ranch and Las Vegas Blvd. I've been to this location a few times and have had great service and delicious food but today was a visit that will probably make me not come back. 3 of us arrived and were sat immediately but we did not get any service for about 10minutes. We placed orders and received our food about 20 minutes later, when my order arrived it was not what I order. I informed the waitress that I did not order a chorizo skillet she said " well I put in an order for a supreme" but In front of me I had a chorizo skillet. She hesitated when removing it from the table acting like I was crazy. Fairly new location with ample parking, and across the street from the Southpoint hotel. As with ALL DENNY's, ask for the $2,$4,6,$8 VALUE MENU!!! I got the $4 Breakfast with 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and 2 large pancakes! The Food was very tasty but the service by the server Norma was better. This was 7/21/23 at 2:40AM This is the second time coming here for a late night dinning and both times they have been understaffed and food took forever. We sat down took about 15min to get an order in. A couple walks in 15min later and gets an order in and receives their food before us and we been here sitting patiently for close to 45min. Felt bad for the server it wasn't really his fault but whatever happen in the kitchen and the tickets they had. Never going here again. I rather starve than give my money to them.
