We are regulars who have enjoyed this location for decades. Today, our server excused herself from the floor- our drinks sat empty for over 10 mins and no one covered for Gaby. The Mgr., was on her phone, and then slouched over the counter talking to someone- never once checked the floor, or on customers. The food is ok. The service left a lot to be desired. There was no greeting upon entering the restaurant. After 7 minutes of standing at the, " wait to be seated," sign, there was still no welcome greeting. I was asked how many for seating, while there were only 4 parties seated at tables already and my party of 3, were the only patrons to walk in in that time span. The summary: the vibe/atmosphere is horrible, our waiter was mediocre, the food was edible but nothing special. I will not be back to this location. read more

Terrible from the moment we walked through the door. Hostess had a horrible attitude and the server was 10 times worse. She brought out drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We asked for a few minutes and she never came back. She looked towards our direction several times but never came back to our table. After 15 minutes my husband and I got fed up and left! I called back to speak to a manager who claimed she saw us complaining at the hostess stand BUT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! An apology doesn't make your employees behavior okay! My family and I have eaten at this Denny's for years. Today we dined and after my son nearly finished his breakfast sandwich he pulled something out of his mouth thinking it was a hardened bit of cheese however, upon examination it was a piece of paper presumably from the meat or cheese in his sandwich. I alerted our waitress who took the plate containing the paper back to the kitchen. She later came back with the bill and advised that she told the manager who never came over to our table to apologize. No acknowledgement, no bill adjustment, completely unacceptable. My family has always enjoyed Denny's and eat there not only in LV but seek them out when we are traveling because it can usually accommodate everyone's taste in our large family. Very disappointed and honestly do not think I will return to this location. The manager 100 percent should have come over to our table. Just a failure. read more

I used to live in the area 25 years ago and decided to come in as i was driving by. Was at the host stand for a decent amount of time. There was one server working the whole floor and I noticed there was a table of 10 in the dining room. Made eye contact with the chef who looked defeated and seemed to be manning the kitchen by himself. Didnt see a manager on the floor. Lets hope they were not in the office just hanging out. Hate to leave a two star review due to no fault of the line staff. Just ended up leaving to another dennys and didn't have a chance to try the food. read more

My wife had an appointment near by and when she asked me to go I knew immediately I needed to hit up my local Denny's for a classic Slam Breakfast! It did not disappoint! So glad to see the cleanliness of the location was top notch and Rachel's attentiveness was perfect. Food came out quickly and hot with no complaints. I know not to have high standards at a Denny's in the first place but this was pretty bad. It took 15 minutes for anyone to take out drink order. It wasnt busy. A waiter walked past us several times and didnt even say just a minute or be right with you. Nothing. He was rolling silverware and talking to a co worker. After he finally took our order he never once came back. I had to go to the counter and ask for a refill. No one asked if we wanted more coffee. We ordered an appetizer and it finally showed up 20 minutes later with our food. I'm no Gordon Ramsey but I think appetizers should come out first. Once we finally got our order a new server was taking care of us and she acted like she was doing us a favor. Three of us ordered pancakes and they didnt bring us syrup. No one came to check if we needed anything. They even brought us the wrong ticket. It took an hour and a half to eat here. If they were busy I would totally understand but they werent and there were several of them just standing around talking. The service was bad. The food was slow but hey, they actually got our order right so they get an extra star for that. read more

This was our first visit here. There was eight of us. We were seated in a section on our own. I had a waitress who is a typical diner waitress with the deep throaty voice. She was friendly but didn't refill our waters. Our biggest problem with our visit was my husband's double cheeseburger was not brought to us until everyone else was nearly finished eating their food. My mother's egg white bacon omelette had burnt bits of bacon and she didn't want to complain or send it back for fear of food sabotage. Overall it was OK but our location was in the sun we had a good view of the kitchen. read more

Horrible service i wanna start off to thank the lady that cleans up tables she gave me and my family better service than the actual server. I usually go to Dennys in Lake mead and Tenya with my Server but we were nearby Craig and Rainbow and we went by because it was there and we been there multiple times in the past and had no problems. When we got sat down by the host and our Server Emelia looked like she didn't want to work and honestly being rude to me and my family, we order stuffed strawberry french toast and i asked my eggs over medium and she wrote over easy and didn't go over to make sure the order is right. When they food came my husband asked for creamer because she didn't ask for any flavor or anything and some napkins she simply ignored us and she brought the napkins and slammed it on our table and didn't say here you go, and we try asking for her to change the eggs because my daughter didn't want it over-easy she wanted them over-medium. The lady that cleans up tables and makes sure everything is clean her name is Flor, she came to us because she knew we were wanting help and she did help us and gave us the creamer and change the eggs and we gave her a 10$ Tip for her help. When we were eating, my daughter noticed that Emelia was asking other customers if everything is okay, and to her second table and she looked at us gave me daughter and me a dirty look and left and didn't ask if we were okay, and if we needed anything. If you come to this Denny's DO NOT be seated with her she's a horrible server and doesn't know how to do her job correctly, i recommend going to the one in Tenya and Lake-mead, the service there is wonderful as a local that goes there. I cannot believe a Cleanup person gave us better service than an ACTUAL Server. Do better doing your own Job Emelia! read more

The location at 7071 W. Craig, Suite 101 needs a new night hostess. She was an older lady; very rude and dismissive to certain couples but all smiles and conversation with others. The incident experienced the other night will be reported to corporate and the word will be spread on social media NOT to dine there. The waitress was great, but the hostess was clearly racist and tried to make small talk at the end. Too late. DO NOT DINE THERE. The dreaded toast substitution strikes Craig Road Denny's! Denny's, why isn't it possible to order to order eggs, sausage and toast? It cannot be done at your restaurants. I can order the Every Day Value Slam with eggs, sausage and choice of pancakes, FRENCH TOAST or biscuits and gravy, but no substitutions for regular toast. For years, your restaurants have realized this was crazy and permitted customers to order toast. Slowly, it was no longer permitted. My family and I drive past other Denny's to come to this location because we have not been hassled about getting toast with our meal. Today, it happened here too from Juana. Like a typical Denny's - over the top slow and disappointing service. I only came here because my kids like the menu and my in laws come to this location often. The waitress we had who is normally competent was "just there" doing the bare minimum. I understand it's a busy Saturday morning but we were here for 2 hours and it took forever to even get our drink order. We were just a group of 4. Two other groups got their food long before us and my egg was absolutely raw when I asked for over medium. I couldn't wait to leave. Never again. read more

While out running errands, I had a craving for some moons over my hammy and stopped at the first Dennys. Finding this location on my way home was just the ticket. I liked the convenience of freeway access accessible parking lot. The restaurant was pretty busy but I was seating and helped quickly, the wait staff was very attentive!!!!! This was the worst Denny's experience I've ever had. It started out with the hostess not even acknowledging us when we walked in but just motioned to a table. When our order arrived, it was missing the 2 orders of pancakes. When I reminded the girl that our order included pancakes, we were told that they were coming. We continued to wait while observing others that had come in after us getting their pancakes. We asked again and we're told that they were coming up. Again, we noticed pancakes going around. We were then told they were backed up on pancakes. We continued to wait. At this point we were lied to three times by different servers. Finally, we were told that they were coming and continued to wait. At this point the restaurant was half empty and the servers were standing around. We continued to wait for a little while. Then decided to leave because for some reason it did not appear that we were going to get the rest of our order. Here's the rub, we were lied to four times by multiple people. If they just forgot, that would have been fine, but the level of "I don't give a sh*t" that we received was beyond unacceptable. Even we we went to pay for the order and the cashier asked how it went, we responded that it didn't go well at all. No apology or anything. I had to remind her to remove the pancakes off the bill. As we were standing there the server finally brought the pancakes out and asked if we wanted them to go. Who wants to take home pancakes to reheat? Bottom line is that we felt so unwelcome at this restaurant and were treated like we were just a nuisance. This visit was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in and I will never go back. read more

I Wanted to experience this place to see if the reviews were accurate. I got a cheesesteak omelette. Wife got Cali club sandwich. The food was good. The store was clean. It has nice lighting and everything else. We had low expectations but it exceeded. The staff was nice. Only problem here which can be a deal breaker for people is the smell inside. It's subtle but obvious. It smells like sewage. I can't say I can blame them for this, as there are many places around Vegas that smell like this. It's particularly more inside the restaurant. I got used to it after a few minutes. Takeout orders at Denny's is usually much worse than Dine-in, and much better quality food. If the idea of sewage smell kills it for you, then I can understand why people may not want to eat here. But I did enjoy the food. read more
