For the second time, this location was severely understaffed when we came in. Although the waiter was trying to keep up, the service was suffering because he was working with only a table busser in the dining room. They now have a robot that delivers food to your table, but that only works if you have a waiter to take the plates off and put them in front of the customers. I think this was an attempt to have fewer employees in the store, but that just seems like a Band-Aid to me. Typically, I really like the breakfast here, but I'm just not willing to come back and have another experience like I had today. I was really surprised. I have been in numerous times. This place was getting dated and worn last time I was in. Now it is updated and fresher looking. I loved our server. She cracked me up the whole time. The food was decent. I liked the hash browns with a nice crisp on top. I had the moons over my hammy sandwich. I went with the additional jalapeños. Not worth it. Great Dennys location. Came on a Sunday so it was very busy since there are soccer fields across the street and families come in after their games. They wait was only about 10 minutes. Server was on point even for him being so busy. Was able to get our order in fairly quick. And the kitchen pumped it out fast as well. I've been to the spot many times I love this thing. The staff is always friendly. They recently redid the whole restaurant. All the seats are really nice. The pizzas are great. The atmosphere is fantastic. The store as well lit. I get the Santa Fe skillet eggs over easy when I get my skillet it's sizzling. My eggs are always cooked right and the chorizo is delicious. I usually get a plate of nachos to share with whoever I'm at breakfast with and they're always good too. The waitresses are always checking in on me. The manager always is walking around, making sure that everything's good and that all the customers are happy. The steak was overcooked, well done when I asked for medium, and the burger was missing ingredients. This location has always been good in the past. However, today I had a completely different experience. Please note that I called the establishment before posting this review. My initial thought was to provide this feedback to a human being rather than leaving a review; however, no one answered the phone. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got home, I opened the box, and it was smeared with something red. I could not determine what it was, but it didn't look like it came from the food in the box. The tab that holds the box shut had a sticky piece of something bloody that had dried up. The burger inside the box was covered in foil, so I assumed that it was okay. As I started eating the burger, I noticed a small piece of hard white plastic (which seemed to be a small pull-tab or a part of a plastic container). As I proceeded to remove this plastic piece, another piece became visible (this one appeared to be a soft thin wrapper of some sort that had softened from heat). I pulled it from the burger; it was stringy and long (about 2 inches). I didn't eat the burger. I had never experienced anything like it; that burger was an absolute mess, and I don't even know what to think about it. My advice is to check your food. I'm not sure I trust this place after this experience; I honestly don't know what to think about this entire ordeal. read more

Food is always when we go my mom usually likes her pancakes well done and always achieve which she's always happy with. But most times we go in the afternoons or evening, late night. But once we went in the evening and had a server that almost never checked our table with only a couple families there. But most recently around Dec. 19 we had went amazing service our service was so nice and attentive making sure we had all our food and when a item was missing he was more than happy to bring it to our table. But Jan. 2 my sister and mom went in caused we wanted brunch while waiting we were talking with a women who just finished eating telling us her waiter gave her regular coffee instead of decaf and she needed to get up go to the kitchen to ask for napkins. When she informed the manager he only looked at her with no concern and kind of dismissing her. Once the was free he had decided to seat a young couple that were behind us mind you there were various tables to fit 4 people. Once we were seated we waited about 10 min or more waiting for our service even though we had made eye contact with our server which by the way was the same server who dismissed us before. My family love this areas to go eat but at this point we prefer to go in the evening or late nights to have the nice and attentive service even thought when it's busy.
