If you follow me, you might know I'm a chain restaurant guy! The (usual) predictably suits my simple palate. This Dennys was one of the best I've been to in awhile. I was seated promptly and the server was very friendly. I get the LumberJack slam- this meal is my "happy place!" The eggs were cooked to order with the melted cheddar. Hashbrowns were grisly and the bacon/jam/sausage were very good. The pancakes with blueberries inside topped off the meal! So buttery and delicious! If you haven't been to a Lenny's....DENNY'S in awhile I recommend this one! read more

This has always been one of my favorite Dennys and more since they've remodeled it. The aesthetics of the place are very inviting. This establishment always looks very clean and feels clean. The service is always such amazing quality. Since the minute that you come in through the door, they acknowledged you. Even when they're very busy. Our waiter this time around was very attentive and brought our drinks out right away her name was Ale. The quality of the food was up to par in presentation and in taste. Waiters barely speak english. we were waiting for an item we ordered and we told the man exactly what we wanted one of our meals came and the other did not we asked the man about it and he says that he didn't hear us clearly tell him that we wanted our second meal. overall he wasn't a good or attentive waiter. read more

Sitting here at Denny's now and it's an absolutely horrible experience. For 1, how does a restaurant only have a choice of 1 type of hot tea, Orange, which is absolutely disgusting and only 1 choice of soup, vegetable, which has more salt than a salt shaker!? Then the grilled cheese isn't even melted and I didn't receive the tomato slices on the side. My mom's order is to have mustard on her sandwich, instead of mayo and there's nothing on it. I ask to have it sent back to have the grilled cheese melted, but the waitress leaves it on the edge of the table because she had to talk to her manager. Finally, after asking if I was going to get my sandwich with the cheese melted, I get it, again without the tomatoes again. I asked for water, still waiting on that too. This location either needs new employees or needs to get it together! read more

Food is always when we go my mom usually likes her pancakes well done and always achieve which she's always happy with. But most times we go in the afternoons or evening, late night. But once we went in the evening and had a server that almost never checked our table with only a couple families there. But most recently around Dec. 19 we had went amazing service our service was so nice and attentive making sure we had all our food and when a item was missing he was more than happy to bring it to our table. But Jan. 2 my sister and mom went in caused we wanted brunch while waiting we were talking with a women who just finished eating telling us her waiter gave her regular coffee instead of decaf and she needed to get up go to the kitchen to ask for napkins. When she informed the manager he only looked at her with no concern and kind of dismissing her. Once the was free he had decided to seat a young couple that were behind us mind you there were various tables to fit 4 people. Once we were seated we waited about 10 min or more waiting for our service even though we had made eye contact with our server which by the way was the same server who dismissed us before. My family love this areas to go eat but at this point we prefer to go in the evening or late nights to have the nice and attentive service even thought when it's busy. Since at times when it's empty the servers chat with us when taking our orders and when the come and check up on us. read more

Our waitress Cecelia, was not very polite at all. She wouldn't change my sides although each time i've ate here I know they can edit your sides, and she also just threw the check on the table all whilst giving a boring crappy attitude the entire time AND she didn't even ask if we were done yet. We wanted to order more, but we didn't because we didn't even wanna deal with it anymore. Also there was customers waiting at the front for a good few minutes while nobody was attending to them, they sat down in the waiting area (reasonably), then another set of customers came in and she immediately attended to them so the first set left because they were not attended to properly. My family and I went out for breakfast at our favorite place, Denny's and I was very pleased with the service from Blanca. she made my family and I feel very at home. Came in for my wife's birthday called ahead and asked if we needed anything for her to get her birthday breakfast. Was told no Just dine in and have ID .. came in and was seated .. Our server came to the table and my wife showed her the id and she said you need the app ? WHY ? She then asked the manager who then sent her back to the table and said no we need the app ? You are kidding right ? As a store manager of a business I would never let a customer walk over something.. especially a table of people ordering food .. unfortunately we all walked at the poor decision the manager made and didn't even come to the table himself to talk to us .. WILD you would let a group of people walk over a few dollars Real bummer . Guess IHOP or blueberry hill are looking nicer every time read more

Waiting to hear back from a manager about my experience. I went to this location on Sunday around 2PM. No wait time. Definitely wasn't busy for a Sunday. My boyfriend ordered breakfast and I ordered the new Brisket Melt. (No onions, it comes with a folded egg) The robot brings it to the table and another server says WOW THIS LOOKS SO GOOD. It was literally so black and so charred. I've had burnt brisket but you couldn't even chew it. And it had an over easy egg on it. So I sent it back for the right egg and thinking they'd remake the meat. I see not even two minutes later someone bringing out another sandwich she almost gets to the table and says oh no and turns around and goes back. Comes back in another two minutes and doesn't apologize. All she says is took awhile but we finally got it right. And runs away. I look and they obviously took the runny egg off. Put the scrambled folded egg. There was still yolk all over the meat. And there were still onions. Our original waitress came over and said they made it wrong again so they had to make it again so glad they got it right. I tried to eat some of the fries but they didn't remake them so they were cold. I asked for ranch three times. No one ever brought it. We asked for refills three times. We were brought it as we were getting up to leave. She asked if I wanted a box for my sandwich and I said no it's still not right and they STILL charged me $17 dollars for a sandwich I could not eat and three fries. I'm not saying I expected a world class service from a Dennys but I basically say there watched my boyfriend eat. Couldn't eat his sausage because it was still raw. Then I waited and waited and waited and didn't get an apology. The correct order. Or my ticket discounted for their mistake. Won't be going back here for awhile. Do yourself a favor and don't try this new item. :( read more

Came for breakfast. Food was decent what you expect from any Denny's which is a good breakfast! No complaints there. Our hostess and server was also wonderful! Was turned off by the level of cleanliness though. Very dirty carpet, which our baby dropped his bottle on a few times. The high chairs all needed a deep cleaning (ours was bad) and I saw the others stacked up and they too where very dirty. The restrooms where really filthy, dirty diaper left out in the bathroom, wet counter, dirty toilets, no toilet covers, no hand soap in one of the dispensers, waste bin had no bag. My husband went to use the restroom and turned around and said never mind I'll wait till we go home. They need to close down for a few days and just really clean this place. Lots of elderly people like eating here for breakfast they need to be careful with health codes. I won't be shocked if they end up on an episode of #dirtydining Because If the dining area and the bathrooms are this messy, I can only hope the kitchen area is better?! read more

Service was very slow. Never was able to get refills on drinks. Barely saw our server. Appetizer ordered was never given to us. We have gone to other dennys in the area and kids eat free every night after 4pm. Apparently this location does their own thing and it's only Tuesday night. Would have been nice to know before we took our kids out to dinner. Their kids meals are super expensive as well. read more
