I've traveled around the country and have eaten at many Denny's restaurants. I've never had a bad experience. The food is always good. The restaurants are always clean. The service is always good. Recently, I ate at Denny's in Leominster, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Midwestern Sandwich, made of prime rib and French fries sandwiched into a cheddar bulkie roll. It was delicious, and the accompanying mashed potatoes and gravy were also outstanding. Service was very good. It was lunch time, and about one fourth of the tables and booths were occupied. I was seated immediately, and the hostess/waitress brought my coffee within two minutes. I ordered my sandwich at that time, and it was placed before me 12 minutes later. I didn't like the coffee, so when the sandwich was served, I asked for a glass of water. I had it within one minute. She checked back with me two more times to make sure all was okay. It was. I am a satisfied customer, and I will gladly return to this restaurant. It is located on the outskirts of the Mall at Whitney Field near exit 32 off Route 2. It's next to the Motel 6 and across the street from Wendy's and Papa Gino's. read more

The only good thing about my visit tonight was my awesome waitress. She was completely nice the whole time. While everything I ordered was screwed up. I ordered the cheese fries app and they were okay, except the fact that we paid 6 dollars for a tiny plate. Then I Ordered hush puppies which were completely raw in the middle. I also got a apple pie milkshake that tasted like it was just a glass of spoiled milk. The sad thing about this, is the fact that the store manager was the one working the grill. He should be the main person who can get everything right. And we were the only people in the lobby. read more

It took a lot for me to give this restaurant 2 stars. But that's only because admittedly the food and prices were decent. If only the restaurant wasn't so disgusting. I averted my eyes during my entire meal just to avoid looking at the dirty tables, gross looking floors, dirty counters....it helped...until I received a cup of hot water. I took photos because it was simply unbelievable. There was dried food stuck to the inside of the handle and the cup looked like someone used it to scoop garbage. My friend joked that it looked like the same cup they've had since the 60s. I couldn't help but wonder how my food was prepared with so much filth around. Our waitress was OK. I dealt with everything but now that I know what to expect I will NEVER eat there again. Hey Denny's clean your dirty restaurant. Went here with my family of 9 on the day before Thanksgiving. All the staff were very nice and the food was great!

I don't know what was going on today but this was the worst experience I've ever had at this Denny's. For starters it took them forever to even sit us and even acknowledge us since they were more concerned with talking among themselves. I ordered pancakes and they were left to sit out while the staff talked and talked and by the time I got them they were cold and had bits of burnt stuff on them. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich; same story. My mother ordered a skillet, when she received it there was no bacon and no cheese, we were told there was no cheese in the kitchen. If that was the case why were we not informed of this ahead of time? When the no bacon thing was brought up the server went back to the kitchen and came back with a plate of cold bacon and just dumped it onto her food right in front of her face. Now I've never complained in a store before but I felt like I had to today and I was met with complete apathy from the staff. I've had some bad experiences with Denny's in the past but I let them slide but today's visit was unacceptable and my family will not be returning read more

Dennys isnt known to be the best in the first place but this is the worst one ive been too, everything took forever, was burnt, and they tried to hide that it was burnt, never again. read more

So I am staying at the great wolf lounge my lady and I both went to find somewhere too fine out and grab breakfast for the kiddos in the morning being extremely late we had a good night we found dennys my only complaint that night before we got their roads were the curvy omg so curvy other than that we arrived they have a hotel next to it so instantly lock my doors to my car I get in there with my lady we are sat down and we order both ham and cheese omelettes and then we ordered our kids meals for the morning ok now pause here's where the kicker is now on top of hearing the cool fucking cry over how busy it is meaning my order and who orders wheat bread mind you he burnt them all I ordered wheat and kept fucking up and running his dam mouth he was an arrogant asshole and my waitress apologized and said their manager walked out mind you I am a general manager and this operation was dam poor that night too my knowledge the only one that did the dam job was my waitress she was nice polite while the other waitress seems to be mouthy little ..... anyway regardless this place is a god dam joke and my waitress Abby should have been the manager and that the cook last night before this review date should be fired and I'm not sure how the operation during the day is but if it is anything like this then this place is not worth going to and I almost would much rather go to Mc fucking Donald's. read more

well i went there second time,, same food it was awful i sent pancakes back they were sour ,, they told me i couldn/t have anymore so i told them i wasn/t eating,, they had nerve to charge me for pancakes, i refused to pay for them,, they deducted it from my check,, instead of saying they were sorry they actually got upset with me,,the manager never came over to see whats wrong she just sat at counter drinking her dunkin donuts ice coffee good show manger ,hated it read more

We stopped in around 1:30AM last Friday night because we needed some coffee to stay awake on our drive from NH to Worcester. We sat at the counter and decided to order food as well. Our server Paul was awesome, always refilling our coffee. We needed more time to look over the menu and he came right over when we were ready. I've never seen anyone so alert and cheerful at 1:30 in the morning. The food was very good, but it was our server's friendliness and positive attitude that made it worth 5-stars. read more

I was eating here today with my wife and daughter. I usually go to the Denny's in Nashua which I will say is a much better choice. The host I am 99.9 % positive was an addict as he could not focus and was scratching himself a lot which was not pleasing. After 10 mins we were finally sat. I placed my extremely expensive purse on an empty chair and pushed the chair in as I never put my bags on the floor. The first thing I noticed was that the table and my daughters high chair were extremely dirty. I let it go as we were at a Denny's not afternoon tea. We ordered our drinks and our waitress comes back to tell us that there was no ice coffee as she is staring this she drops a tray of drinks all over my expensive purse. She takes my purse and wipes it off with a dirty cloth gross. I ask for a manager and explain that it is a 1600 dollar bag and that it is ruined because it can not be cleaned . She told me she has insurance and they will take care of it. Before we left she took pictures of my bag after they had cleaned it off how convenient . They can't show pictures of how the bag smells. Let's hope the insurance covers it. Lets just say if your going to this Denny's don't bring anything nice with you. read more

Used to go here all the time back in high school. What else has munchies at 2am? As an adult though... man what a terrible experience. Prepare to be waited on by people who apparently couldn't care less if they were employed or not. Loudly carrying on about being so drunk the night before they can't remember things, ignoring patrons who are obviously waiting for you (and looking over during their conversation a few times), not having any idea what ingredients were in the meals (told me there wasn't any cranberry in the new sandwich they have, I'm allergic, had to get him to bring a menu to show him), never coming back to check on food, forgetting things we asked for like napkins or gravy that comes with the meal. We watched our waiter play with his phone while our food sat there waiting for him to bring it to us too. Had to literally walk to and start opening the door to leave to get our check. Worst. I was just there for dessert takeout ... I was looking over the menu and was hoping to find something allergy friendly for my 7 year old. We were disappointed to see there was nothing at all , but what's worse was the cashiers, ALEXIS and ELIZABETH showed no emotion or feedback. It would of been nice if they at least said sorry about that or anything at all. Even bringing that up can better your business . But what do they care ? Both cashiers that attended me said nothing to me but stood there waiting for me to order. A smile, can make a big difference. The customer service in this restaurant is just terrible. The things that I get are the things that I like...so I think that they are perfectly good. The servers are top-notch, and sometimes ya just want a good, honest meal that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I find this Denny's to be completely serviceable in that regard. So I went to Denny's yesterday7/27/2018 after they renovated, will never ever step foot in their again horrible service, only two servers slow as hell, mind you their was only about 2-3 tables with people, we waited for about 30-40 just to order , we ordered to go I told her I would be back she said okay ten minutes, get their waited about 20 more min for the horrible food they gave us I mean horrible, and for the prize almost 50$ NOT WORTH IT. Milk shake it was just milk no flavor, cheese and queso quesadilla it was an embarrassment hard and no queso, I felt like going back but it was already like 330 in the morning..... food nasty. They should've just left it how it was. Sorry but should've done Macdonalds instead. NEVER AGAIN will you catch me in Denny's very disappointed. Wish I didn't have to even give them one star but it won't let me post without it...... no stars not even half of one. read more
