After going back and forth, she eventually increased the discount to 50%, but still refused to remove the meal from the bill, even though we barely touched it because it was inedible. We weren't looking for a free meal--we just expected food that matched the quality a restaurant should serve and customer service that takes legitimate concerns seriously.
