Very VERY slow service no matter what time you stop in. I've been here 3pm, 8pm, 4am, 11am. Four times here, never giving it another shot. Once, we were the ONLY table. It still took a half an hour to get three people's food out. Also, the service is terrible. I've never had a friendly server, and on my last (and final forever) stop in, the waitress kept forgetting things: syrup for my buddy, ranch for me that was SUPPOSED TO COME with the food, and we actually had to get up and go find her just to get some refills. Absolutely terrible. On a final note, the people that own this, as another person said, have owned other 'businesses' in the past that have had health code violations. read more

We have given this Denny's 1 last chance. We were seated at 7:05, order not taken until 7:33 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2017. A total of +5 waitstaff + a manager We listened to all waitstaff around complaining about how slow it was for a Saturday night. My coffee cup was empty before our order was taken, two empty cups sitting at edge of table when order was taken. Meal served & waitress promised to return with the pot......my meal was Spicy Skillet. Finally waitress showed up w/empty pot to advise she was going to make a fresh pot as she just gave the last cup to customer one table over. I then requested a glass of water. 5 minutes later waitress showed up with coffee & water. As a foodservice person I have never left an establishment w/out tipping. Have to say until now. We will NEVER return to this Dennys. 3 of us dined with a $38+ tab.The manager walked by our table several times as did all wait staff on duty. No offer for refills. Table not pre bussed. Two other tables in entire restaurant. Inexcusable. If this store is to stay in business they need an entire crew change. read more

Lots of choices for the kids, and omelettes are pretty good for the adults too. Our waitress was friendly but busy and we didn't see her after the food came and then when she brought the bill. Not really a problem but would have liked a refill of pop at one point. They didn't seem very busy as not a lot of tables but i don't know the situation of the kitchen and maybe they needed her. They can't seem to get the orders correct. We really like Denny's but this particular one is not that great. When I asked for extra crispy I got almost raw, no tomatoes should be easy but sandwich came loaded with tomatoes. I'm still waiting for my beverage refill too. I can understand an occasional oops but it seems that they just do whatever they please. read more

Waiter was nice. However my order was not correct. My skillet did not have brocolli. When i asked about the broccoli not being in my dish the waiter said they were out of broccoli and that was all. Nothing before my food came was told to me about this. And then i had to ask about it before anything was said. NOT OK. Then i asked for a kids chicken strip meal. He provided a chicken strip meal and charged me 11 dollars for a adult meal. Not what i requested. And a waist of food for a child. Not the first time I've experienced problems here. I think the service is great and the build your own meals are worth coming for. The prices are reasonable for all the food you get. I like the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Other people may have mixed reviews but I think now that its on roll the service will keep getting better. read more

A Denny's with a bar! Yes it exists, come here for an awesome cheap breakfast and a Jack and Coke at almost any hour (Seriously). The Place used to be a green mill so it looks more upscale then most other Denny's... This is the only one I'd go too. I've always had good service and food here, too. read more

Started out awesome. We have a little one and it was past his dinner time. The server put in our sons order right away and we had it within 7 minutes. That goes a long way with a hungry little one. I ordered the Slamburger and that was very tasty. My wife ordered the Chicken Philly Melt and that was fantastic. Service was great and store was clean. This was the first Denny's I've been to that has a bar in it. Although I didn't partake in it, it was cool to see. Very impressed and would definitely stop here again! read more

I would give them no stars if it were possible. I understand that this is Dennys and you shouldn't expect much. This Dennys is the worst one I've been to. We were staying in town to register our daughter for college and decided to make a quick stop at Dennys for dinner. That was our biggest mistake. We were seated immediately, our drink orders were done right away. Then came time to order. Our waitress seemed to know what she was doing. Or so we thought. How hard can it be to get the correct food when you order a lumber jack slam, a cheeseburger meal and another breakfast slam? She asked me which side I would like, either SAUSAGE or BACON. I ordered sausage and received HAM. That wasn't even one of the choices. We were also asked which type of toast we wanted with our slams, we both ordered sourdough. When she brought out the food she forgot the toast. When we asked her for it she looked bewildered. My husband's eggs were just about RAW (not over easy). The waitress had a BIG attitude problem. Our food was cold by the time she brought the toast. Next time we go to Perkins. Which was right next to our hotel. Where we should have gone in the first place. Food from this Dennys is more often than not, a sizzling reminder of times long past. I have not had a problem with the food itself, minus an instant when I was given the wrong order. The issue was quickly fixed without the help of management. But unfortunately that's where the praise must stop. Multiple visits to this establishment has shown me that the service, while friendly, is just slow. The servers rarely come back to check on you. You more or less have to go to them, if you can find them that is. Management seems to favor tables of college girls over regular patrons. I base that off of the fact I waited 15 minutes to actually get acknowledged by the manager, after I hunted him down. All I wanted was a to go order placed and a refill for my sister. Ten minutes later she gets the refill and he has to ask me what I ordered again. But not before he could bring his table full of college girls refills and a complimentary appetizer. So don't expect good service here, but you can expect some good traditional American food read more

Stopped on the way to the twin cities....food was not great ....but kind the level you expect at Denny's...my eggs were too runny but my server....fantastic....she did a great job...took care of our table and had a great attitude and smile...get Kasey as a server if you stop...wonderful! I'm seeing lots of negative reviews and I'm assuming that the majority of them are based on experiences with past employees. I've never had a bad experience (at least not in regard to the service) at this Denny's and I've been there dozens of times. Servers are friendly and the management is quick to take care of you if there's ever a mistake. The menu isn't based on location, but I will say that I really like what they've done with the menu over the past few years. Lots of options to satisfy any craving and I've yet to order something that I didn't care for in the end. The only negative thing I have to say about this location is the placement of the front counter is a little wonky. If there isn't someone there when you come in or are ready to leave, it sometimes takes flagging someone down because they just can't see you, which is rarely the staff's fault. Only negative experience I've had there was having to wait about five minutes for someone to come up front to take care of the bill (Ended up calling the location and telling them I was up front), but it was 3 a.m. and I think there was only one person there and sometimes you've got to do what you've got to do. Every other aspect of that visit was perfect. Never thought I'd say this, but I prefer this Denny's over Perkins. read more

Ordered french toast and received it burnt on one side and completely undercooked on the other. Asked for it to be reordered and basically received toast with powdered sugar on it. Didn't want to pay for food that was unsatisfactory and that I didn't eat but the waitress insisted that she couldn't do anything about it. The manager was also conveniently not present. Let me just start by saying if i could give them no stars i would. Me and 2 friends went to dennys about 2 weeks ago. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Which is crazy because we went at 1AM on a tuesday whick isnt busy in fact there was only 2 other couples there. We sit down and order drinks and the waiter totally forgets our drinks. Then comes back 10 minutes later and says hes sorry. No big deal just a drink. Then we order our food. About 30 minutes go buy and he tells 2 of my friends they dont have the ingredients to cook our food but mine was on the way. He brings me the appetizer mozzerella sticks that are so burned theres no cheese in them and says these are the last order they have. About 10 minutes later he says that they dont have the right ingredients for mine either. Kind of frustrated at this point due to the fact that weve been there for almost 2 hours and only have had a burned appetizer. Now, the thing that really ticka me off is being there for almost 2 hours and he still hasnt refilled my drink! I even put the drink on the end of the table and asked him once... so we all end up ordering cheeseburgers. They were very undercooked. So we get up to go pay for our food. Some lady in a hoody and pajama pants and no name tag comes up and just about tries to snatch my credit card out of my hand. So i ask who she is and tell her i want someone in uniform to take my card so she goes back and gets the waiter. I ask him if they can kick some money off the bill because the service wasnt very good. The lady then proceeds to tell me to get the F*** out of her store or she will contact the police and if we dont pay full price she will have us arrested. What a joke.. ive called corporate 3 times now and they keep saying the owner will reach out to me. He never did now they say the district manager will reach out to me. Nothing. This place is a fucking joke stay away. Go to perkins right across the street much better food and service. read more

My mom and I went on a Sunday around 12:30pm, it was busy and we waited for about 5 mins to be seated. That wasn't a big deal since it was quite busy. Fast forward to when we are seated. The waitress, Melissa, came and got our drink orders, my mom Diet Coke and water for myself. About 10 mins later a different man comes out and brings us or drink and tells us he's sorry for the wait. Again, we understand it was kinda hectic so we let it go. We waited about 15 mins again and then she came around and asked if we were ready to order. We first ordered the nachos as our appetizer, then continued on to our meals. We finish ordering and within 10 mins got our nachos, but then we didn't get our meals until about 20 mins later. (30-40 mins all together) At that time both my mom and I were out of drink. So came and quickly gave us our food, looked at the glasses we had at the edge of the table, left for about 30 seconds and returned with our bill, and didn't mind to ask if we wanted more to drink, I feel like she just ignored it. Keep in mind it's almost 1:15-1:30 (about) and other tables have been served and left with very good costumer service. It was not at all busy by this time. We had to ask another server to help us. We didn't see her for another 15 mins after that when all of our food was already gone. We then wanted dessert, but she was never around the take our order and was so quick to give us our bill before we even started eating. So the manager came out because multiple people around us that she was serving got frustrated and were complaining. He then took our order for dessert and was very nice about it. We order lava cake and got it almost right away after. She checked on us once after that, and that was to give us a final bill. I love that location, and this was the first time I've ever been poorly treated there, so it was a surprise. Bottom line is Melissa was a poor waitress and others seemed to be having to pick up from her slack. read more
