Ordered food to be delivered online ordering was easy. Got a message shortly after it would be delivered by door dash also fine. Lady came dropped the stuff and left. We were missing a drink pancakes and a side of fries, no utensils or syrup or napkins provided. We called the store .25 mile from us and she insisted the driver left with everything then asked if we just want a refund. Tried explaining we are in a hotel this is our dinner for the night and we would just like the items we paid for. She insisted again the items all left I asked her to ask the driver what happened during the 5 minute drive then because they didn't reach here. After a 5 minute hold she said "oh there was another bag and I guess the other driver took it.." mind you this is a drink and two boxes, how those were placed in a separate bag makes no sense at all. I asked if they could just deliver the items to us, she said oh okay yah I'll tell her to bring them. Staff was accusatory and unconcerned with their mistake. This is by far the best Denny's Ive ever been to in my LIFE! Dont get me wrong, im no fan of Denny's and I only eat at this chain if im extremely desperate or it's convenient. But this Denny's had GREAT food and excelent customer service. I had Pancakes, Spicy Chicken sausage patty, baccon and a fruit cup bowl. Everything was GREAT, except the fruit bowl...but who cares I was already full anyway. My beau had the Lumber jack slam....finally enough food to fill him up! Our waiter Flavino was really cool, and ontop of his game! We ate here saturday morning, and thought lets eat here on sunday before we head back to the Bay. Passed by this place before the long trip home. As we walked in not one employee showed up and assisted us. After getting the attention of a waitress she said just take a seat anywhere. After a 10 minute wait no one had brought over our menus. Once our menus finally made it to our table it took another 20 min before I had to ask for assistance. The manager said someone will be there with you soon. Keep in mind that it wasn't very busy maybe just 8 tables being serviced. After waiting another 10 min we decided to leave and made sure the manager knew how disappointing was the service here. Best late-night dining in the area for a town that closes down so early. Also - if you want to hear military linguist students debate which Magic: The Gathering card is best, this is your place to people watch. I went in there tonight as a nostalgic trip back to when I was here as a student at DLI in the past. The place looks nice and clean, and the wait staff was excellent. In fact, my waitress, Christina M, kept the glasses full without having to be asked for refills. It's a little thing, but something a lot of wait staff forgets to do. When we arrived there were several open tables and two separate other parties waiting. There was no host/ess at the front entrance counter. Several servers 'waiting' at the kitchen counter, but none of them bothered welcoming the customers, or acknowledgin our existence, much less seating us. After several minutes, a group of other customers arrived. When we finally left, not one person had been helped. We got sat at a table covered in syrup. The food was almost as terrible as the service. It's July 14, 2019, we came in for dinner about 9pm. The food we actually received was all disgustingly salty, and our server, she was busy hugging and chatting with people that came in that she apparently knew. Our meals fries came out more than 30 min after the main items, only after we got the night manager... and insisted he bring us the rest of our meal and drink refills that we had waited even longer for. Not sure how this guy is the manager, when we showed him that our grilled chicken was hard as stone and the gravy was literally brown JELLO... he said "yeah, not much that tastes good comes from in there" while pointing to the kitchen. The only things we could agree on was how horrible the food was, and how slow and incompetent the service was.... We were very close to getting up and leaving mid meal, but it was late and we needed to get SOME food into our children's bellies. Quite simply the best Denny's I've ever been to! This smaller than normal Denny's delivered in a big way! I got here early (06:30), and didn't have any problems with seating or service. The food was the best I've ever had at a Denny's! With the great food and service... I can see this place being super busy later in the day! Get here early! And enjoy! read more

After seating waiting at the front door for awhile we decided to seat ourselves and waited to see if anyone would help us. After 15 minutes I walked to the manager and asked how long we had to wait if someone was going to help us. After we got the managers attention, everything got better. Our food was hot and delicious. We've been to many Denny's because my husband is a fan and this place gave us the most food I have ever seen. The hash browns and fries were covering the plates. My coffee did get sent back though because it tasted burnt but overall after getting help the food was good and our waitress was sweet. read more

A typical Denny's. Open all night and good prices. Sunday midnight dinner after a wedding. Yes, we were still hungry! The server brought out the wrong dressing for one dish and didn't check to see if indeed the bacon was not not on the cheese fries. It took a good 10 minutes before another cheese fries came out...too long. I had the grand slam breakfast of: eggs cooked over-well, 2 sausages, 2 buttermilk pancakes, and has browns. I am only giving 3 stars to the lovely waitress who reminds me of my grandmother if she worked at Denny's. The Tilapia Ranchero dish and $8 steak dish came with their own surprises. Who knew that the mash potatoes are added after the tilapia cooks with unmelted cheese, and that the steak is actually just a large flat mashd up hamburger patty? It took two cashiers and ultimately the manager 9 minutes to input our order for a grand slamwich, blue berry pancake breakfast and a milk shake. 20 minites after the order was placed the front desk/cashier was confused by my request for a "status" update on our take out order. Her response was "what about your order." Nobody, the manager, included seemed to be very familair with the menu. Also none of the take out bags were labeled, so our food sat cooling while nobody did anything. Even after i asked if our food, which was sitting on the counter, was ready, they couldn't find it until the manager pointed it out to wait staff. I ordered from the senior 55+menu (starter), the portions are so small that you actually need to place two orders to get full, not stuffed but to where your no longer hungry. I would give them no stars. The place was unorganized and no one was in. When we walked in was told to have a seat they would be right with us. The restaurant was almost completely empty so we thought it would be quick. Watched as they seated another person and never said a word to us. After approx 15 minutes I ask whose the manager and it was the lady who was cleaning the tables. I approached her and just ask why we hadn't been seated and she said "oh I was just coming to get you". I ask her what was the hold up because they seated the people who came in after us and she was like I was just cleaning your table.
