I ordered online early this morning and just got done eating with my family at home. Today is mothers day and the Dennys was looking pretty busy by the time that I was able to get my food and leave. My order was a little late, 15 minutes, but I wasn't worried about it at all. I just hope that the managers and workers see this and know that I appreciate the hard work that you guys are doing. Denny's is consistently an extremely average dining experience - neither good nor bad. Regardless of that, this specific Denny's location is slightly better than the others in town for one reason. If you like cars, you can sit outside right at Winchester and watch whatever the Temecula car scene has to offer cruise by as you enjoy your meal. It looks like whoever Claudia is, she's amazing - but I did not have her. I was disappointed by this location, it wasn't as clean as it could be for a newer location. The food and service was average. Overall just a "yuck" experience. I've eaten at many Dennys restaurants over many decades, and I enjoy eating there - this is one I literally won't ever return to. They better hold on to Claudia as she seems to be the seams holding it all together. read more

Walked into the building with no greeting from the staff even though there was 10+ servers in the front just standing around. After standing for a minute a busser say us at our table and told us a server would be right with us. After 15 minutes a waiter finally came to take our drink and food order. One our food was served a young waiter brought our plates which were missing the au ju sauce with it. The waiter said the sauce is coming then never returned with the sauce. We had to walk up to the counter and ask for the sauce again which by the time our food was already cooled. Our waiter changed at least 5 times. Staff is slow and unorganized. Overall poor service. The only helpful people there was the busser that sat us and a tall black haired waitress who had just clocked in. read more

The place is new so I went there to have lunch. The host was nice and the place looks very nice. The waitress have a very bad attitude like she was doing me a favor taking my order. The place was empty only 3 tables were occupied. A couple arrived and she was nice to them, took their order and served their drink right away. I was still waiting for my drink... I looked at her when she walked by and I gave her a few minutes. She forgot about me. I did not feel comfortable so I told the manager that I was leaving. I do not think I will come back. I went to this location with my family and ordered two build your own grand slams breakfast, two bacons, two sausages, extra two pancakes for my husband, and the kids confetti pancake meal for my daughter. As soon as we ate the pancakes it had a funny after taste, we wasn't sure if it was the syrup that was expired or the batter of the pancakes. We had Sergio who was "in charge" at the time remake the pancakes and we had the same problem. My daughters pancakes was overloaded with I'm guessing is the whipped cream, where she couldn't eat her pancakes either. We wanted to voice this with Sergio again, but he was no where to be found. I had to stop a lady that was cleaning, if she can find him for us. We waited and he still hasn't came to us, so we decided to leave overall, I told him about his customer service and about the food. And how we shouldn't pay, we only took a bite to try it and insisted us to pay for everything. There was no manager on duty and the food was terrible. I would appreciate a full refund, we will also not be returning either. Left upset and still hungry read more

The general manager I believe her name is Xochil is super sweet and I love how she's always helping out the staff and making sure the restaurant is clean. I've been coming to this location since they first opened. In the beginning many people were upset with the restaurant,but that's how it is when a restaurant first opens. I mostly come at night here to satisfy my cravings. But, my visit is always 100% because of my favorite server Jesus E ! Disappointing birthday breakfast. Eggs were super crispy. Kept mine sent husband's back with his semi raw bacon and sausage. Came back when I was finished with my meal and his eggs were almost raw. I went to this location for the first time last night. We met Jesse our waiter and he was awesome. We asked for extra whip cream and lemme tell ya he delivered. The staff was so nice throughout our entire experience and everything was very clean. The food was delicious. We had such a great experience we decided to go back tonight. We came in today, Sunday,for lunch and immediately found 2 seats at the counter (our favorite place). Jesse, a waiter, came right over, layed down two menus, and asked if he could bring us beverages. We said yes, and very quickly they appeared. The place was quite busy, post-church time, and all employees were hustling. The store is very new, and clean, neat, with a pleasant ambience. The location is excellent, close to both Temecula and Murrieta, and minutes from French Valley Airport. We both ordered and our food arrived in an acceptable time. Presentation was very good, great portions, and hot. Jesse is an outstanding waiter, very personable, neat, who fulfilled every need. Kudos to Crystyn (sp), as she is super efficient and pleasant also. The General Manager, Tamer, was very busy monitoring/helping expediting at the food window. But, he found time to turn, ask how everything was, and thanked us for coming in. I actually came back in today with my two grandsons; the experience was much the same. Well done,crew! read more

Went to Denny's for a quick, celebratory dinner and dessert with my family. We had the very fortunate opportunity to have Amy as our waitress. Amy was extremely attentive ensuring we had constant drink refills and that the food was good.. When my granddaughter tasted the mac n cheeses, she did not like it. A quick tradeoff was provided and brought to the table by the sweet manager, Courtney (I can not remember her name sorry). They were both so sweet and kind with her desire to accommodate my grandchildren. Amy created solutions for picking a dessert they would like. My grandchildren wanted to be certain she received a "big tip because she is so nice". The two both made us all feel so welcome with their kindness and hospitality! Thank you. Never would have expected to have such a pleasant experience for a 5 minute visit to Denny's for a take out order. CRYSTIN G. was fantastic! So refreshing to be able to place an order over the phone without having to repeat everything and to come in to have the order ready to go without any mistakes. While other places seem to forget to place napkins, utensils, sauces, etc., she had all the extras we would need all ready to go! Once there, I was greeted with a positive attitude, professionalism and someone who obviously takes pride in her work. Thank you!
