Worst service ever .... I ordered food in the morning 9 am to be delivered and they sent the wrong pie. Told me I was supposed to get a call and someone was supposed to tell me they didn't have the correct pie. They also forgot all our drinks. I called to get refunded the amount for the drinks and pie, they said they were to busy. Hopefully they would get to it later. Called at 7 pm and spoke to Golak the manager and he was very RUDE, told me he didn't care that they messed up on the order and I will be refunded tomorrow, due to them being to busy. What kind of manager is this, it shouldn't matter how busy you are and you don't talk to customers like this. HORRIBLE SERVICE. That manager needs to be fired for the way he spoke to me. read more

I came here at around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the members were ready to assist me immediately. They allowed me to sit anywhere inside the restaurant and kindly waited for me to explore the menu. The manager, Elena, took my order and constantly refilled my water and assured me when needed. In terms of the work environment, the workers were concentrated with cooking and attending the numerous guest that came every couple minute. I ordered a sirloin steak with veggies and mash potatoes, and I was not disappointed. My favorite drink was the Oreo milkshake, which also came with extra inside a tin cup. we usually love this Denny's but tonight changed it. I wish I took a picture but my bf ordered the sizzling chicken plate and as he was eating his food, he bit into something that was not edible. It looked like a black ball of fur/hair mixed with lint. We were super polite with the sever and called her over, but tbh I was a little disappointed that without even and apology she looks at us and goes "I guess I can figure it out for you". Went to do all you can eat promo that they are currently doing with eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. Each round kept getting smaller and smaller, which I understand for all you can eat as they may want you to not waste food. But even the second round, the eggs portion were so thin and small that it was barely a few bites. And by the third round, it was just pathetic. It was a single paper-thin egg that couldn't even cover up the 1/3 of the small plate that it was served on. It was legitimately 2 bites worth, and that's being generous. Also could hear the cook make a big stink about me having asked for egg whites instead of with-yolk (I'm trying to eat healthier due to recent health conditions). Made a big audible stink that I could hear from my seat and served a pathetic small portion and refused to give more, even though I am paying for AYCE. I'm usually not a very picky eater at all, especially at a place such as Denny's where you expect pretty basic food, but this was just kind of ridiculous. I also usually don't leave bad reviews for anything but I've never been so disappointed. I didn't think asking for egg whites instead of with-yolk was such a tragedy at a breakfast spot. Also the first server that was taking care of us just got in her car and drove off mid meal, never told us she was leaving either. Eventually we had to hunt down the other server who fortunately was nice and polite and took care of us but that was after our server left us and no one came by for a good 20 minutes. I would recommend this place for lunch and breakfast. They have the most amazing chocolate lava cake! Seriously blew my diet in one sitting. I am a total sucker for hot chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream. I wish I never ever saw that damn dessert menu. Our servers were great. I can't remember their names but they had a high level of energy and took care of us well. Didn't have to ask for a refill because they took care of my cup when it was empty. Great service! The restaurant is totally visible from the freeway but it's hidden in the shopping complex. On your first visit, you will need to follow the signs from the street and head to the back of the complex toward the freeway. It too me a couple of passes to find it. this is a regular hang out place for my friends and i past 1 am. We also used to come here regularly back in high school and i often go there with my family. Needless to say, dennys food is dennys food. You're not gonna get what you want. Things are undercooked, sometimes cold and stale. Whatever. My main complaint is the staff. I work at Arby's, trust me, i know shitty service. I know waiters have bad days but jesus. This is literally everytime i come here. The servers are often rude. Our waiter Steve had tried to hit on my friends and i, TOUCHING us and sitting with us, obviously not getting the hint. He SNIFFED my friends face and at the end of the night tried to give us his number and get ours. Gross. A few months ago, the manager, an older blonde woman, tried to rob my friends and i of our change. The cashier had given us a few cents and we were supposed to get back 5 dollars. We waited FIVE HOURS to even get the managers attention and she ended up lying to us saying we weren't supposed to get change. We did the math on the back of the receipt three times, yet she blew it off. I still have them Lol. The girl at the register and even the cook were trying to convince us that we were wrong. My fellow hispanics letting me the fucking down. After persisting for another hour, and my friend having a few fits and embarrassing rants, we ended up getting our money back, rudely. She rolled her eyes saying "it's coming out of the cashiers pocket, but okay here's your money, now have a good day" and lo and behold there was our fucking cash. This bitch still works there and i hate this place with a passion. Don't eat here. Staff rude and gross as fuckk. YES YES AND YES so so so so so good food is amazing always clean never ever ever hair or nothing people like to make up stuff a lot of the time because they dont like the service or there in a bad mood i have been going to this Denny's since i was little since before covid iv seen it at its worst and best state but there has NEVER been a problem with the food or cleanliness of the restaurant that food is amazing the inside is gorgeous and really keeps clean there has been a couple new mangers but the new one is really sweet and helpful they get your food done and ready fast they all know what they are doing the table cleaner is amazing and fast he deserves a raise over all I rate it a 5 star don't be believing people this Denny's is the best one I think that's around that I have been to everyone is so so so so so nice you gotta come check it out.on Sundays between 11-3 is busy because I am aware there's a church near by and people come after church to eat at this fabulous restaurant. I was out to eat with my mom and the waiter brought the check to our table and the one behind us. I went to the front counter to ask for a pen and the manager very rudely said "what for?!" I said for the receipt and he slammed his hand on the register and said "you pay up front!" When my mom came up to the register to pay, she told him politely that what he said was a little rude. My friend ordered something at 3am and I went to go pick it up at the restaurant. Went inside to see a bunch of orders ready to go so I asked if mine was ready... didn't see the name anywhere or the order. They said they never got an online order with that name so I called my friend and he sent me the receipt. I tried showing the cashier and he didn't pay attention to me at all. I was there for 10 minutes and not one word. My friend then came as I left since we live close and what do you know, the order was ready and the cashier was nice to the guy. He also made a comment to my friend saying: "the girl driver you have should have more patience".
