Love that this Denny's has a full bar. You don't see that as often anymore. Only downside to this is parking can be brutal on a Friday/Saturday. The bar has it's own separate entrance, and you can order from the full Denny's menu there too. Want some french toast with your rum and coke? They've got you covered! This is one of my favorite diner chains. While service is sometimes hit or miss, it doesn't deter me from having country fried steak and eggs at 1am. read more

I arrived to pick up my order and called the number stated on my email confirmation but nobody was answering. I called a total of 5 times and never received an answer so I ended up having to walk inside to find that my order had just been sitting on the counter. This place is absolutely disturbing. First of all waiting for my food to be made on the phone was 45 minutes then I got to the store and there was one cashier and 20 people in line. I moved my way to the front and started complaining because I'm basically waiting 2 HOURS for my food. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Especially the food is soggy and cold by the time I got it. I am beyond DISSATISFIED AND ANGRY. I ordered a steak Medium and they first brought it to me Rare, I had it sent back and they bring it again and it was Medium Rare. At this point there was so much blood on my plate I ordered something completely different. When I was ready to pay I asked to speak to the manager. She had the nerve to sit there and argue with me about how the steak was medium when it wasn't, I explained to her that I've had steak all my life and been to Denny's a number of times, I know how the steak was cooked and she told me "Well next time you should order medium well." Came in with my family for breakfast, when we got here the place was full of open seats and a line out the door of people waiting. When we got seated we couldn't tell who was serving us the waiter took our order and 2 different people brought us our food they have horrible service and don't check up on you, the silverware still had food residue on it like they didn't even clean them. Once we ordered and got our food I got the ultimate omelette and the bread was drenched in butter the omelet had no flavor and the inside was watery and soggy. Came in on a Sunday morning for just a decent breakfast, were pleasantly surprised when we called into to a full bar. We walked through the bar to the main restaurant. We noticed the long wait & put our name down anyway. We walked to the bar & I ordered a mimosa. The kind bartender Jerry asked if we wanted to eat also. It was a no brainer for us. We sat at a nice table in the corner, and enjoyed our breakfast with music from the box playing overheard. I was honestly very disappointed last night I made an order to go not only was I missing items but I was over charged for orange juice that I had already paid for! I asked the lady who did my order that she forgot my second orange juice, she didn't even check my receipt and told me that I didn't pay for the second one!?! When I did with my meal and a receipt to prove it! So she wouldn't give it to me until I paid for another one! So in total I had paid for three orange juices and was only given two! I was so unsatisfied at that fact that they thought I was only trying to get free items right away instead of checking to see if there was a mistake. I came for early dinner with my boyfriend around 5:30pm. The parking lot is spacious and there are PLENTY of open tables inside. The two waitresses attending to us were so patient with us. Been to several Denny's, and this one has been the best by far! Victoria P has been are server twice and has always been very pleasant and helpful even when it's a busy morning. I really recommend this Denny's haven't had a problem so far... I review Denny's not because of the food, but the service they give. We walked in with a large group, only 2 waitresses on duty. However our waitress gave us good service, inspite of the fact that they were short on workers that night. Her raising a handful of children, was probably her training and succes in helping us out. Great job! We all enjoyed our typical Denny's food at the same time and the refill procedure was also consistent. This is one of the Denny's I would return to, just because the serve you right. Here goes... visit 1...It took 18 minutes for the waitress to come take my order. Mind you I was 1 of 3 customers. I order my appetizer a bowl of the soup of the day and my meal. My meal came out 12 minutes before my appetizer..... my bowl of soup came out 12 minutes after my meal was cooked and plated and served to me...... ‍ I finished my first drink so I asked for a refill.... It took 20 minutes to get a refill..... 20 minutes!!! Visit 2.... The kid who seated me took my drink order and brought it right away like normal..... he came back 17 minutes later to take my food order. I ordered my food with a refill... 10 minutes later my food and refill came out to me. 38 minutes later he comes back takes my empty plates and empty cup and says do you want anything else I said just the check..... 14 minutes later he brings my check and says take your time no rush.... I say that's how it's done around here right no rush take your time he laughed........ ‍...... visit 3...... I was seated right away my food and drink order were taken right away. My drink came out right away...... same waitress as visit 1..... so I'm thinking ok maybe the first visit she had a bad day...... ‍...... I was wrong..... my appetizer order was a bowl of the soup of the day... she brought gas me a cup of soup..... I asked for wavy fries she gives me seasoned fries. I asked for plain wings and sauce on the side she brings me wings tossed in sauce....... By this time I'm not surprised..... only thing that surprised me was she wrote everything down and repeated it back to me........ so how did everything come out wrong!!!!! Anyways..... I didn't eat all the wings because they had way too much sauce on them and the sauce was super salty which is why I ask for them plain and sauce on the side....... I asked for a refill of my dr. pepper she brings me a sprite ‍...... I said my drink is dr. pepper she says oh yea I forgot!!!!!! There's still dr. pepper in my cup it's dark not clear....... The food was great and I enjoyed the outdoor seating because it's a beautiful day. One star rating is because the waitresses have no customer service skills. Purposely skipping over us to help other tables, going inside for long periods of time and not coming out with trays of food/etc that would explain why they went inside. This restaurants customer services is trash. The only reason why I ever come here is because it's close to my house but that will probably come to an end. I went inside one day to pick up an online order I placed and it took about 10 minutes to get help from someone. After that they tell me that my order isn't even ready when it was supposed to be. I'm not a huge fan of arriving when I'm supposed to and still having to wait 25 more minutes after the scheduled time of my food.
