You're too far away, so I don't have anyone to drive the gravy to you. I can't give you the gravy. What would you like me to do?" The tone came across as annoyed and dismissive. I let him know that I was already planning to dispute the missing item through Uber Eats, but that I was calling because I wanted to understand why this issue keeps occurring. There was no offer for me to pick up the missing gravy or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond saying he would speak with the staff. What surprised me most was the contrast between the helpfulness of the employees and the manager's attitude. The staff members were courteous and understanding, while the manager seemed to assume I was exaggerating or making up the issue. Unfortunately, because of both the repeated order mistakes and the poor customer service from management, I won't be ordering from here again.

They have an amazing catering menu that is in increments of 10. The choices were chicken with rice and the other is chicken and pasta. The meat is separated from the chicken so if you have any vegetarians, this is easily accommodated. There is also a salad and desserts. And of course, tea and coffee. The food was kept warm on a warming tray and served as a buffet at the back of the room. I was really impressed with the rice. There were a lot more ingredients in just plain rice. The whipped creme in the martini glass is super dense and fluffy, perfect pair with this hot chocolate. And with some added substance, a fluffy soft mini croissant and sweet starberry ! My co worker and I kept looking at each other with excitement over this. Make sure to end your meal with this while it is here for the holidays!! Overall, this location is great for small gatherings.
