Arrived at this Denny's again looking forward to the Internet advertised Grilled Cod. Denny's didn't have it anymore so my wife settled for Salmon with two sides; Broccoli and a non- advertised grilled Zucchini and Yellow Squash combo. Looked good BUT, the Salmon was very dry, the Zucchini was not done and the Yellow Squash had a dark brown color that would have scared even me! The Gluten free bread was not toasted but drenched in a butter substance and slapped in the microwave oven to heat. Not ok! I ordered the Senior Breakfast of One Egg, one slice of bacon, hash browns and a toasted English Muffin! The Hash browns were stomped flat by a Bacon Press to expedite cooking which resulted in flattened and burnt hash browns. The over easy egg was busted in the bottom but was nicely covered up by placing it on top of the burnt hash browns. The bacon was half raw! The English Muffin was not toasted but appeared to have been placed in a Microwave Oven, heated and slathered with a buttery substance. Very disappointed! However! After a day of working on the yard, even a fried Bat wing would have tasted good. The only bright spot was our very efficient and superb waitress Andrea A. A 20% tip was in order! First time since they opened. The place is nice and our server was also very nice. I had the veggie omelette and it was ok. It has huge pieces of zucchini and although I do love zucchini, to me veggies in a omelette need to be cut small. I couldn't get a piece of veggie and omelette together because those pieces were so big. It was ok and honestly I don't know if I will be back. Might give them another chance for dinner or lunch. Also my husband had the ultimate omelette which consist of vegetables and meats. But when he asked for no peppers, our server told him that the peppers and onions all came together and if we told the peppers of then he would t have any onions. So my guess is that they have frozen vegetables. read more

The suits at Denny's headquarters or whoever is franchisee for this store should know that you don't get a second chance to make a fiirst impression. Nine of us were there on Easter Sunday. Half of us ordered tea. It was terribly weak and tasteless. When we complained, we were told that higher-ups had them cut from two tea bags to one. Due to a "computer glitch" some of us were served before they even processed the other's orders. And we finished eating as they were being served. And their "sizzling skillets" were luke warm at best. Apparently, the vegetables are microwaved in faux skillets with meat added on top. We received %20 off our bills. If you're going to be eating here any time soon, ask for Noah! The food was good, the restaurant was clean, but the 5 star review is all due to Noah -our server! My family and I (6 in total) have eaten many times at this particular location and we have never had a server do so well. He got everything right, even the small stuff... extra napkins, straws, etc.. he handled all the jokes and sarcasm with class. RE: Store 9334 - I placed an online order arriving to the store at the indicated time, I was told there was no such order. Upon returning to my home, I received a call from the wait person saying they found the order. Knowing the order had been sitting for several minutes I requested a refund, at which point a shift supervisor came on the line. When a refund was requested, the individual stated, "that would require 3-5 business days." Reminding the supervisor that a refund would be paid if I was there in person, she stated she had to "go to the back room" and could not do so today. Failing the attempt at obtaining the meal as ordered at the time indicated nor being offered an immediate refund I shared with the supervisor that I would call the Better Business Bureau on Monday. Her response was "all businesses require 3-5 days to facilitate a refund." Indicating to her how absurd she sounded, I responded with, "You folks are real Corkers.", she hung up her phone. UPDATE: On the evening of the incident described above, I received notice that my debit account had been credited for the amount charged earlier in the day. read more

Went yesterday for brunch and for once it was amazing food! fast service as well the new manager is doing great. We spilled a drink as we were getting ready to leave and it spilt on my baby the Manger helped us get our stuff and my baby out of rhe way before it got on him! 10/10 would recommend! read more

First time ever eating at this location & had a great experience! We were greeted by the friendly staff as soon as my friend and I walked in. Our server was amazing!! All smiles & super sweet, always on point with drinks and our meals. We decided to try this Denny's today because it was new and we figured it would be great. The new restaurant looks clean and great but we had a server who ruined it for us. Our food took 30 minutes for breakfast food and there was only 3 tables on our side of the restaurant that were getting their food in a timely manner. We saw our food in the kitchen window and our server walked by it and let it sit there until we had to to tell her to get it. I really want to try this dennys again in the future but if we have that server again we may have to ask for another one. read more

After receiving terrible customer service at the IHOP we came to the restaurant in hopes that it would be better. Might I just say the customer service was excellent!! Our waitress was extremely sweet and very helpful. She was also very patient with my party, mind you she was the only waitress working and she also had other customers to tend to. Reviewing Denny's in Logan, Utah. Two comments. First, my waitress, Amber, was one of the best that I have ever had. The place was ridiculously busy but she was running around helping everyone, yet found time to stop by frequently to see if everything was alright. Hard working and excellent customer service! So, why a four instead of a five? Because of another employee, whom I believe was called Grace. When I entered she directed the hostess to seat me along a row instead of a booth. I took a seat there and then she came to tell to move off the cushioned bench seat to a chair in the aisle, because even though their was a plastic screen and i had my back to them I was to close to the people sitting behind me. The couple behind me was seated at a booth in the back, and later another couple was seated at another booth in the back. In the entire time I was there I was the only one seated on a chair. I felt like it was discrimination because I was not one of the college crowd and because I was alone. If not for the excellent treatment that Amber gave, I would be leaving a very different review. Long wait. Lady took our order came back to double check on it making sure she got it correct. I watched our food in the window sit for several minutes as the waitress looked confused. After a long time she delivers our food & of course everything is wrong she leaves the food there on the table with no silverware. No apologies. Management never came out to address the issue. No one ate except my youngest which they still tried to charge us for the horrible service our meager meal should've been comped. They recently renovated this location I think and it looks really nice. I came here on a Friday night, so of course it was busy. The waitress, Jennifer I believe, informed me that the kitchen was backed up due to the rush and that my food wouldn't be out for about 30 minutes. I was fine with this and she offered to even give me a soup or salad on the house while I waited. I didn't take the offer, ordered instead what I wanted and it came a little quicker than usual. I decided I wanted dessert afterwards and she went ahead and gave it to me! She was really sweet! Would definitely come back to this location! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Took my boys there a few days ago for some lunch. I ordered the super bird sandwich, they ordered steak and eggs and Mac n cheese (kids menu). It took a long time for our food to make it out and when it finally did, my sandwich had only cheese and a tomato in it. They forgot the turkey! My youngest son's plate of Mac and cheese was very small and not filling at all. The waitress took my plate back to be fixed and it didn't make it back out for a while. My kids were finishing up their meals by the time mine finally made it back out. My fries were cold and I found a human hair stuck to the turkey bacon in my sandwich. As my youngest was finishing up his Mac and cheese, we saw what looked like a cat hair stuck to a noodle. I had placed a to go order with our order which included a drink I never got. This was some of the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. There were several tables dirty. People would just walk by. Not even clean them. Went to celebrate my son's birthday before school. Arrived to a nearly empty restaurant (3 people in there), waited nearly 10 minutes for our server to come get drink order. She arrived at our table exasperated, brought back filthy coffee cups and blamed their machine, which could be legitimate. For being a new restaurant, you'd think that our total time from being seated until leaving would be fairly brief with how dead it was. We were late getting kids to school, as it took nearly an hour. The food was okay, coffee was miserable. Cook staff and wait staff argued with each other loud enough for the whole place to hear. Fellow patrons were seated at unbussed tables. They need to get this thing figured out, because the coupon mailers aren't enough of an incentive to come eat there. Still new (5/2018), so there are probably kinks to work out, but there's a lot to work out right now. read more
