Meh. I wanna start out by saying there is nothing wrong with our Waitress. She did the best she could and did nothing wrong, and was very kind For that reason, I'm giving two stars.. However... the food was not great, nor the wait. We came in as a party of 2 on a Wednesday night at 1:30am. We didn't check out until 3. We had a relatively simple order, and it took over an hour to get it. Food was just not as good as it was here before. Chicken was pretty burnt and odd tasting, as well as the the pancakes. Ok look the food is good. That's not why I gave these guys a one star review. I ordered a meal that had included toast. I did not receive toast. Small trivial toast. But I paid to get what I ordered: the whole meal. It is a principal issue. I paid for it, I should get it. So I called grub hub customer service, which was very helpful; The representative I spoke to called both the driver and the restaurant. The driver said he left everything for the order outside my door. The bag and the food were neatly arranged, sans toast, when I got them; It did not look as though somebody had gone rifling through my order, pilfering toast. The restaurant claims the toast was with the order. I did not ask for a refund. I don't want one. I wanted accountability, someone at the restaurant taking responsibility and saying 'yeah oops I made a mistake I forgot to put the toast my bad.' Simply because I paid for it and I want some acknowledgment that you don't just take someone's money and not give them what they pay for. Surprise! Denny's has the best burgers in Rancho Cucamonga. I've tried, I believe every burger place here and they win. I only gave them 4 stars because I always ask for the toppings on the side and they always have to remake the order. Who doesn't love Denny's. Well, if you're hungry at 3a.m. Don't bother with this place. Went a few nights ago at 3 am and was told the cook was on break so they can't cook our food. The waiter told us we can stay if we want to wait. Then he told us they don't have a manager on duty at that time. Fast forward to last night. My friends go for a late night dinner. They actually had a cook that night. But before the food arrives, they have roaches crawl on the table. When it was brought to the attention of the restaurant, they said they know about the problem. People trust that this is a clean establishment and bring their families here. You guys should be ashamed. Get a manager at night and hire 2 cooks. Or does the owner not care??? Either way. Worst meal I've ever had. I can't believe how bad it was. I got a bad egg over easy. Yolk was a strange color. Looked rotten. Got all over the rest of my food. I asked for replacement. GREAT outdoor seating experience. I came around 8pm on a Thursday night and the weather was nice, and the restaurant wasn't too busy. The dining area was set up in the nice walkway outside. Shoutout to Joe! Literally the funniest and most charismatic server there ever was! My friends and I piled into this Denny's at about 1am and two of them were drunk. The Denny's we normally go to in Redlands has very bad vibes and we can tell the wait staff hate us. This Denny's has such a great environment. Everyone who works here is kind and sociable and hilarious. Such a great atmosphere! Joe was our server and he wowed us with jokes, impressions, and quick remarks. I really never go here but my boyfriend was searching for a patty melt. I went in and placed a to go order. The patty melt came with fries but no drink. It costed $15.00 which is very pricey for a Dennys meal. I had to wait 45 minutes for a single meal to go. I can't believe it took that long. It wasn't even that busy. People were being seated very quickly. I would have probably gotten my food sooner if I was staying. I guess to go orders don't matter to them. I will not be coming back. There are better places in this city that cost less and will definitely not take that long. read more

I really like the location of this Denny's because it is close to Victoria Gardens. The food was served to us hot and fresh but I was kinda disappointed how I can't get banana nut muffin instead of toast because they let me do that in BC CAFE. I enjoyed my ULTIMATE OMELLETTE with hash browns. The service was nice and efficient. Our food arrived on our table on a very reasonable time. This is a one star towards the owners of these restaurants Especially the owner that owns this location and the location in Ontario Mills...yes he owns both restaurants If you turn on the TV and you see 599 super slam and then you walk into these restaurants and they charge a dollar more... that kind of gets you upset? In these trying times.....U would think these restaurants would try to please the customer at all costs?? So when I get to this restaurant I tell the person that super slams on TV or 599 and she's like we cant override the system...it's 699....that's just pure BS and then I told her that if I go down to the Ontario store they're willing to do 599 for the same breakfast...... So, we had a horrible experience the first time we visited this Denny's location. Long story short, we were never supposed to come back. For some reason we decided to give it a second chance and I'm glad we did. Our server Mark G. Was awesome. We could see him keeping the entire place clean and organized. Every request we made was taken care of instantly. He is doing even more than he is supposed to. Staff feel like they're happier, more proactive and nice with the customers. Food was great, it was served quickly and everything tasted perfect. Good job, Denny's. Good job, Mark and the rest of the staff. We'll be back. read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I went here after Easter 4/17/2022 and the service and employees behavior was ridiculous. The employees, which I am not sure if they were employees because most of them were wearing regular clothes, eating while serving food and yelling and cursing, had their children that we realized which were under 5 years old sitting in a booth by themselves. Also, when we left all of these employees and possibly friends of the employees were outside smoking and eating and going right back into the Denny's to serve food. I have never been to a Denny's with service this bad. I will have to contact the heath borad about this particular Dennys. It was that bad. read more

I'll start by saying it's a Denny's, what do you expect. I've ordered food from here multiple times, always order the same plant based burger and every single time, they give me real steak. It's inconsiderate and disrespectful. When I've addressed them about how my order is incorrect the staff gets argumentative. Staff has no customer service even when they are in the wrong. People, especially the staff at this Denny's should be more considerate and careful with food, you never know why someone can't eat something. read more

This Denny's is literally the only "24 hour" eat-in place around.... so there are times when I want to go at 3am. The reason for the low star rating is the inconsistency with the times they close to "sanitize". Depending on who's working, it will either be 2am or 4am or who the hell even knows? They let some people stay inside and sit down and continue eating, but it must be their special friends only. Quit blaming your bad behavior on Covid! If you're going to close for cleaning, that's fine I get it. But closing at 2am, right when the bars are letting out (yes, they're open again) is a lame duck move for the only place open for people to go sober up, whatever. I walked into this Denny's like anyone else does, not because I wanted to go to Denny's but because it was open and I was hungry, I walked in and was greeted by a man in the front who wrote down my party's name, it was pretty busy for 11 at night but after a 20 minute wait we were seated and greeted by quite possibly one of the best waiter's I have had the pleasure of meeting, his name is Justin and he was quick to help and answer questions about the menu, even going so far as trying to help us with an order that was removed from the menu years ago, he was incredibly kind and helpful, every single person at my table enjoyed him and his helpful service, if he was there to greet me every time I walked into a Denny's I would eat there more often read more

This is the best ran Dennys I've ever been in. If you knew my wife and I you would know we are not easy to please when it comes to resturants or fast food. But this place was amazing. Not only was the food great and the service but this place was packed and we were in less than 15 mins. There were like a well oiled machine. There staff was friendly, fast and very efficient.
