Me and my family hardly go to Dennys because for us the past decade the food has been crap, well at least for the one that's closer to my house. We were headed to the mall but wanted to stop for breakfast first. Let me tell you the manager who was their ( didn't get a chance to get his name) was so nice, friendly and very outgoing. It felt like we knew him for years, my kind of people. Then on top of that we were seated in a booth, Gissel G came over and asked us for our drinks. When she back back we ordered our food. We were shocked because we waited about 10 15 minutes and she already had our food. She was also friendly, very efficient and spot on with our food.We didn't even have to ask for refills or extra cream for the coffee because she already knew. Our food was so good, fresh and hot. I hope We see both of them in the near future because this is the best Denny's we have gone to and will continue to go too. I think I just made new best friends read more

Came to this location for the first time and had great customer service, our food was ready preety fast and it was delicious. The waitress was very attentive, she brought me nicely all the condiments I had asked for, sorry can't help it I'm a sauce kind of girl, love me some ketchup, Cholula and Tabasco with my eggs. Stopped by really early to have breakfast and was greeted at the door by Daniel. Myself and others were told the cook had an emergency and he (Daniel) was the only there. He asked if we wanted coffee in the meantime, so we all agreed. He served us and after a couple of minutes of waiting Daniel stepped up to the plate and cooked for everyone there. We all had the same thing but let me tell you...it was good! I admired Daniel's commitment to his customers, he never complained or said anything negative about his team. Wow! I had breakfast with my family at the time of paying I gave the cashier my discount card from shopRiverside she only gave me a 10 percent off I asked to speak to the manager by the way her name Isabel I ask her should I get a 15-20 percent off she said only entitled to 15 percent off the price before tax well I said ok I got home and I knew I wasn't getting my discount. So I decide to look for my discount book found it and now in April these people don't know their discount from crew members to management just posting pictures.
