Let"s just get this out there if given the choice I would never go to a Denny's however what brought us here was the location and what made us come back and truly love this place was Tony! We came here as we needed to eat as we had family members that got in on a late flight. This place was open. We park out front plenty of spaces. Once inside we got a table and menus quickly. As we are deciding Tony the server greeter, entertainer all in one informed us this location had a bar. Ok now we are talking my Mother in Law was happy and got a glass of red wine. I got club soda and lime. My Father in law ate breakfast. Tony was on hand for what ever we needed including a request for peanut butter for the toast. Next night after a late night out I needed something to eat. So we end up back here with our dear friend now Tony. Hubby had Budweiser beers I had the Italian sampler appetizer. Large enough to be a meal that I surely couldn't finish. Nice meatballs and mozzarella sticks it did the trick. We would definitely return if in the area, Tony made our visit here special. read more

I've always liked Denny's, some locations are better than others, and the experience can always very even in the same location. I've been to this location many times, and this rating is based on this last visit. We usually go to Ihop, which my boyfriend likes, but I've always liked Denny's better. I feel like the food is better, and has better prices. We decided to come here instead of Ihop today because we had a gift card, which ended up not working, but we didn't care since we enjoyed our food. My boyfriend felt like the food came out quicker, and I thought the pancakes here tasted better. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly. Next time we want breakfast again, I will make sure to convince my boyfriend to come here again instead of Ihop. read more

Stopped in for my lunch break and made it clear to the server that I was on my lunch. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich with fries. Over 30 minutes later my food still had not arrived, but my lunch break was over. So I got to finish the rest of my shift without any food. It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to make a chicken sandwich when your restaurant is nearly empty. They were not busy at all, they had one six top, with three servers. No reason I should have had to go hungry after 30 minutes. Do not go here. They really don't care about you at all. read more

It was late so perhaps this had some influence over the customer service I received. It is a Denny's I do recognize that but it was not friendly. I ordered to go because I was staying at the hotel across the street and really just wanted some filling food. Sadly, what I received was cold, the fries were overcooked, and very small portions. You see a photo on the menu and sure it won't look like that but when you wait over 20 minutes for food you expect at least something that looks decent. It is conveniently located and their space looked great! I just wish I had a better experience and better food quality. read more

my grandson and I were served breakfast and I was offered only one cup of coffee, and the waiter left like if we were not even there. he suddenly, Walks by our table and leaves the bill and walks away and never came back. I was not even done eating, he should at least offered another cup of coffee, instead of leaving the bill and walking away. I felt so disrespected! 5 stars for the nice waitress Stacy. She stepped in to ask us how we were doing and took our order. She was practically running the place by herself and still had kindness and patience. We first sat down and had the waitress Anna but she was very standoffish and she was on her phone when people where asking for service( so unprofessional). Waitress yells out loud, ok so we are out of coke! Received a sprite which tasted awful. Ordered a cheeseburger which menu says comes with fries for $12.99. Was charged $14.19 plus .99 for fries. Waitress was irate when questioned. Took 20 mins to fix and threw new bill at me. I would NEVER return here. Food was marginal at best and service was rude and nasty. We went to Denny's today just because it was across the street from our hotel and the nearest thing. It was mid afternoon and there was only one person cooking in the back and only one out front, but both our service and our food were amazing. The side salad seemed fresh and lettuce crisp. We got a huge bowl of dressing (which my husband used the rest to dip his fries and chicken wings). The burger was one of the best I have had in a while - juicy with nice crispy edges and well dressed. Our waiter checked on us and brought us the extra items we asked for quickly. We could have had one more glass of water each, but we really only finished them as we were getting ready to leave. There were about 4 to 5 tables while we were there but everyone seemed to be getting served fairly quickly. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. Maybe we just hit the right moment. read more

I would give 5 stars because the food was delicious, but the restaurant has to be more aware of the service customers get from the waitresses. I brought my family here and right from the git go our waitress LILIANA was pretty much a Bitch, really bad attitude towards us. We had to request another waitress. I carried my 7 months old baby for a second to give him his bottle and she took the baby's stroller and took it the other side of the restaurant stating that it was "in her way" like wtf is wrong with her? As you will notice. Below. The company sent a message pretending to want to make things right. As they requested more information. I followed up with them at the email address they provided. In an effort to save this from happening to someone else. To take the entire scenario as a learning experience. The company never responded. I followed up about a week later with another email. Still no response. It's been 23 days since the review was posted. They wish to portray a facade of taking care of their guests. However. To me this is even worse. You "try to fix things" and that attempt falls on deaf ears as well. This is a perfect example of when the top treats guests in this manner. The rest of the organization follows suit. I will genuinely avoid this organization permanently. These are all franchises. Save yourself the hassle of this one. Go down the street to a different one. read more

I usually like Dennys, but I have to say this branch was terrible. We were 5 people around 5 pm. 1 - It took forever to receive the food 2 - All the orders came with something missing, and two of the orders came with things that specifically we asked to be removed. 3 - I ordered coffee, and after receiving the first I had to call the waitress each time I wanted refill (I am used from other Denny's that the waitress fills again and again the cup without asking). 4 - The food that arrive was smaller than usual, and part of the food was burned. 5 - Two of the plates took so much time, that they ate after the rest finish eating (Eat or wait until the food was cold). Anyway, I really recommend to stay away from this branch. read more

The stars are for the SERVICE! When we went in here, about one table in three was in use. However, there was ONLY ONE server / manager / cashier on the floor the entire time. Despite staffing shortages, "MEME" had the whole house well in hand. She got everything done on time and in the right time and done properly the first time! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! As for the menu and food quality, it was the usual Denny's menu and at the usual prices. It was delivered temperature--appropriate and in an appetizing manner. No complaints. We had arrived into Seattle with just enough time to eat before falling asleep. Denny's was one of the few places open late and within walking distance to our hotel. We walked in to be greeted and seated immediately. The place was actually quite busy. Service here was pretty good. Our waiter was very attentive with a positive attitude. We ordered the quesadilla and the Sriracha spicy chicken sandwich to split. The quesadilla had a good filling of chicken, sausage, peppers, onions and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and amount of filling inside. The chicken sandwich was ok. I would have thought the sriracha would give this sandwich a kick. Not the case. It was bland and very greasy. Denny's has always been hit or miss on their items. This location did an ok job. I always appreciate the late night dining when I need it. read more

It's 4/15/23 walked in 10:45pm and it's now 11:09 so now you can tell who's working tonight, the male individual with a accent has a bit of an attitude and has not acknowledged us since he sat my wife and we have yet to see a server, just got back from our vacation and just landed and stopped to get a bit to eat, this is our first and last time to come here, very very bad service it's is now 11:17pm and after my wife had to walk up and ask for service we we're finally given a chance to order, no apologies was given for the long wait, we were very polite ordering in fear of possible retaliation of our food, our tip will reflect our customer service, hope everyone else gets treated better than what we received.
