The waitress, Margarita (aka Maggie), had a very unfriendly demeanor from the beginning. When I asked a simple question, her response and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I even told her that I was willing to pay the difference if my meal exceeded the value of the coupon. I was not expecting anything special--just basic courtesy and good customer service. I honestly felt as though I was being treated poorly because I was using a complimentary meal coupon. If you are going to provide these coupons to customers, they should be honored with the same respect and courtesy as any paying customer. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.
