Turkey sausage, mushroom, spinach, and cheese scramble with tater tots.

I've been coming here occasionally for the past 20 years or so. Food is always good, service is always quick, and the place is very comfortable. Very nice diner. I had a turkey sausage scramble that was really delicious. Henry provided excellent service once again, underlining how much I like this place.

This has been on my list of local places and I finally got a chance to dine here. So glad I did. This place is exactly what a neighborhood diner should be. Simple, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Nat's is always busy especially on a Sunday where we waited 40 minutes. But it was worth the wait. Breakfast was delicious and not fancy. The food came out fast and hot. Coffee was severed hot and was always full. The pure definition of comfort food. And the vibe was like home. Service was super friendly and attentive. Locals and staff were friendly, full of smiles, and very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Parking is difficult. If parking in the neighbors, be mindful of the signs.

I initially found the ravings about Nat's hard to believe. Just how good can diner food be? Well, it can certainly be very tasty, that's for sure. Especially if you get the bran muffin which was generally the best I've had. Must be grilled! The chilaquiles were also great because of the flavorful house salsa. Got my hash browns extra crispy which may not have been the move. My friend got the scramble with hot turkey sausage which you can skip because it's not seasoned. This is a real diner so your coffee mug will always be filled. There's a small parking lot so street parking may be necessary if you come during a high traffic time.

Simple shop with delicious breakfast. We came on a Saturday morning and waited around 15-20 minutes for a table. There was a quite a few people waiting, the parking lot is small so had to park on the street nearby, had plenty of parking. The food is amazing, everything from oatmeal to Benedict's to skillets were offered. Their breakfast burrito was solid and their Mexican omelette was fantastic. Service was fast and kind!

This place absolutely rocks, and I had no idea it was such a legendary spot until we got inside! It was about a 20 minute wait at noon on a Saturday. Our waiter, Marcus, was so kind and attentive. We told him it was our first time visiting, and he happily told us that pretty much everything is made fresh in house. Definitely made it hard to decide what to order because it all looked so good. We started with a pecan roll, which was served warm and was only $2.75?? Such a perfect way to kick things off. We all pretty much went for lunch food, but wanted to sample the housemade sausage so we ordered a spicy turkey patty to share. It was so flavorful! I went halfsies with a patty melt/curly fries and a cajun chicken sandwich/regular fries. I was easily able to swap the rye for sourdough and jack for American cheese. It was hard to pick a favorite, but I think the patty melt won for me! It was perfectly grilled, delightfully melty, and so juicy. And the curly fries are definitely worth the $0.35 uncharge. We were in and out pretty quickly, but now I just want to go back to explore more of the menu. Such a gem!

Nat's Early Bite Coffee Shop is the community's diner! Forget IHOP and Denny's, come support a local business that does everything right. The food is made in a timely manner, the price is reasonable, and of course the flavors and portion size are just right. You can expect diner style booth and table seating, it does get a bit louder during peak breakfast hours. However, do not be swayed if there is a large crowd outside the diner. This is because service is quick and the wait has always been 10-15 minutes in my experience. Nothing beats a cup of joe and some reasonably priced breakfast items on a weekend morning (or any morning!). They have a pastry menu that is made fresh daily - in particular their pecan roll is one of my go-to's but they also have a great arrangement of muffin varieties. They have their own separate counter/clerk for pastry orders if you want any of them to-go. The #4 Large Scramble has been my repeat order and I must say it pairs well with their homemade salsa (please ask for the salsa at tableside!) Parking: Nat's Early Bite is located on the corner Northwest corner of the intersection between Burbank Blvd. and Hazeltine Ave. The parking lot is quite small - parking space is limited. Fear not as there is ample street and neighborhood parking within the vicinity. I am a repeat patron and recommended this to friends and family - the consensus is that it's simply delicious here.

Large portion of chilaquiles . I had to stop eating to take a photo because a review was necessary. It comes with two eggs and half an avocado and frijoles . The spice was perfect . A little more than mild . Plenty of machaca on it . Only thing the beans tasted a bit canned . The service was prompt and friendly. My butt had just touched the seat when I was asked for my drink order , 2 min later and coffee arrived . A min after that my food order was in . I was finished in 25 min. I'm not a fast eater . I had half my plate left for the next day. Definitely an old school coffee shop vibe in a very positive way. It was busy . I didn't wait . The muffins looked tasty but that's for later .

Legendary breakfast spot. I've been coming here for over 20 years. On weekdays, you could still get a table, but on weekends, be prepared to wait for an hour or more to be seated. Yes, this place is that busy and yes, this place is that good! Nat's have a nice selection of yummy lunch and breakfast items, but for me, their Benedicts are the most epic. The Lox Benedict is just phenomenal-- eggs runny to perfection, English muffin nicely toasted, the lox is very good quality and their Hollandaise sauce that's topping Benedicts is just out of this world. Perfect in smooth texture and consistency, and with flavor notes of lemon juice, egg yolk, some salt and cayenne pepper, their sauce is the true headliner and completes this amazing breakfast dish. All ingredients work so well together and as you take your first bite, you know you're now in the territory of a very pleasant morning. My Benedict was accompanied by super tasty freshly made breakfast potatoes. I like to order mine slightly well done, with a bit of char on them. And as a side note, their black coffee is strong and very flavorful. I normally finish out my breakfast with that cup of coffee and their home made strawberry and apricot jams that they serve you complimentary at the table. Nat's has vibes of an old school diner with waiters who are still genuinely smiling, which is pleasing and rare. The customer service is excellent and they have about 15-20 comfy booths with a few additional tables for your dine-in pleasure. Just a great spot and I will definitely be back soon!

This is a solid diner with location through the San Fernando Valley. Came in at 9:30 on a Thursday morning and Breakfast Specials were still in affect. Hubs went with the 2 eggs, 2 bacon(or sausage), home fries, toast(or homemade muffin) and coffee for $13.95 - NO substitutions! I chose the 3 pancakes and MEAT(ham slab, dontcha know). I also was too tempted to pass up their in-house made muffins and requested a carrot muffin. Everything arrived at once, steaming hot and, looking at the time stamp, about 12 minutes from ordering. Pretty fast! I couldn't wait to dive into the carrot muffin, which I noticed was placed into a steaming bin before serving it, so it was moist, steamy and HOT. Butter placed inside melted quickly and deliciously. It was packed with shredded carrot, raisins and black walnut pieces - delicious! The ham was tasty and a simple, maybe 4oz cut. The pancakes were slightly chewy, which would please some, but I found it challenging to cut through them with a fork. They were tasty, but not as cake-like as my fave spot in San Fernando. Hubs was happy with his breakfast. The bacon looked good, but the potatoes were just flat top cooked in grease, traditional chunks. I still can't figure out why places don't add some Larry's seasoned salt or pepper to potatoes. Other than you're welcome to add the hot sauce provided upon request. A little seasoning goes a long way, but I have yet to find a diner that will add any. But I digress.... The place was bustling! Lots of seating towards the back of the restaurant and some counter seating for solo diners who prefer the stools. The booth we sat in was very cushiony and comfortable. Wall decor featured farm motifs and fresh food references. Everything was kept tidy, service was friendly and efficient. It was obvious they have lots of repeat, regular diners here at Nat's. Like a lot of places, Nat's has a slight surcharge for credit purchases, but discloses everything up front, and prints it on the receipt before you pay, in case you'd rather pay cash. Parking for this busy strip mall is free. Like I said at the start, a solid diner. I would be tempted again by their muffins. I noticed the added charge for my muffin was just $2.25. I'm not sure if that's the actual cost of a single muffin, or the +muffin price, after ordering two breakfasts. No muffin prices were listed on the "Muffin Board" or the menu. I might have to check that out with a "to go" muffin order and update this review with the answer. That is a great price for a quality muffin. Cheers! "CC"

First time visiting the gem of a restaurant. It is located in a small shopping center with limited parking; however, be sure to locate parking wherever you can and walk as far as needed, as you will love visiting this place. The vibe here is retro, reminiscent of the 1950s--enjoyable and positive vibes. The one thing I noticed upon entering the restaurant was that every single table was occupied. This is obviously a very popular restaurant. Once seated, our waiter, Marcus, introduced himself and immediately took our drink and food orders. We waited all of nine minutes before our food was delivered to our table, and we were genuinely impressed by the lightning-quick service. Our dishes were very appealing and absolutely delicious! Each item was tasty, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Marcus, our waiter, was AMAZING! He checked us five or six times to ensure that we were enjoying our food and was ready to assist us should we need anything. Overall, this was a very positive dining experience, and we will gladly return here within the next few weeks.

I almost never find parking in the lot. Decided to grab a late breakfast. Was a bit loud considering the place was full, but was able to get a table within the first two minutes. Staff was very friendly. Went with the turkey sausage omelette with fruit and a muffin. Food was excellent came out quick. Definitely recommend the bran muffin warmed up.

This place is legit! My buddy recommended Nat's, and after trying it, I can't believe I hadn't come already. The breakfast is outstanding. I had the chilaquiles with home fries and added machaca, by the server's recommendation. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend getting the green sauce with that dish, and don't skip the coffee, which is great quality as well. The place has great vibes and a line out the door. Service was helpful and kept the coffee coming. Can't wait to make my way back!

Really nice. There was a short wait but it really is a nice diner. Would definitely come back. The parking lot is ok, a little on the smaller side considering it's a shopping center. The food was great as well. Loved the tater tots!

Underneath the music selector box(es), someone needs to clean there too. Under mine, were crumbs and tidbits of dust and such. The table next to us, has a balled up piece of paper. :( We ordered, about 15 mins later we received our food. I got handed my toast with either my husband's or my son's gravy under the toast plate (he explained that it probably dipped into one of their plates) and now gravy on three of my fingers. (I had this once happen to me from another restaurant where it was avocado and none of us ordered avocado.) So I'm traumatized with how food is served to me, like in a "were the dishes washed" aspect. This accident happened luckily in front of our server. He changed/cleaned my toast plate then gave me back my toast. We all had coffee. Coffee service was above and beyond and always topped off. Food was very nice and exactly as requested. This place is very expensive. You might think, it's comparable! I say it is not. I believe it's slightly above, where adding a side of meat, was 5.49 (which I refused to do) and for the money people are spending there, they should be "spotless clean". That's my take and my rating averages 3 stars, with the clean being a one star. They can do better with all the worker bodies moving around. This appears to be pure laziness.
