Matcha berry pancake half order $9
    Felicity C.

Shout out to Daniela who just made our day. She is sweet and very patient and professional, knows the menu, gives great recommendations, and even has the barista to adjust our latte to make it even better. Everything we have here is Scrumptious! Pancakes: we had match berry pancake and tiramisu pancake. Both are mouthwatering. The pancake itself is moist and fluffy, very addictive. The creamy sauces come with the pancakes are rich and add the flavors to already delicious cakes. The presentation is beautiful and elegant. I can eat it everyday. Pasta: fettuccine with shrimp. Totally legit Italian cuisine. Very authentic sauce cooked to perfection and the shrimps (add on for $7) are juicy and very generous. The toast comes with the pasta is so good. Ranchero: I didn't try it but was told it's crispy and just perfect. Pistachio matcha latte: definitely better than any pistachio latte I had in Vegas even I'm not a matcha fan. You can taste the crushed pistachio with the latte art for dining in. We also to go coconut latte which is dark espresso and with toasted coconut flavor. Love this place, busy everyday but worth the wait. Will definitely come back for crispy chicken sandwich, pastrami sandwich, more pancake and tiramisu latte.

Decided to try Garcia Bros for brunch and boy was it an experience! The place itself is a little small. A handful of indoor and outdoor seating. Although not the most comfortable, the food and drink were excellent! They have a delicious Cafe de Olla and Tiramisu latte but the star of the show, of course, was the chilaquiles. I feel like it's hard to find good chilaquiles but guys... I found one! It was one of those "don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" moments when I reached the bottom of my plate. Absolutely recommend. Absolutely will be back.

    |[ b e r r y g o o d ]| Amazing brekkie/brunch spot w limited parking at back! The berry matcha pancakes are the most perfect fluffiest ever- love that the matcha sauce isn't overly sweet tasting, it's savory af 5/5. Florentine egg Benedict also great and filling 4/5. I abs adore this place. |[ c o n s ? ]| Super crowded both times I've went, and it's located on a busy st that's annoying to drive through. Otherwise they are efficient and food is spectacular! Ambiance is cute/partial outdoor seating. Slightly pricier side but it's worth.

My hubby and I had breakfast here today, and everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, and all the staff were amazing. Our server, Meliza, was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She provided excellent service and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again!

Aside from having to wait for 20-25, everything was great! But of course I'm not surprised it was busy considering it was a Saturday morning and this place is actually good! There's seating inside and out, opted for first available which was inside. Service was really fast and everyone is very chill, very causal spot. Pistachio matcha is a must, it actually has real ground pistachio, not just a sugary syrup. You can ask them to make it less sweet as well. Chorizo Benedict 5/5: big enough to share. Has avocado on it and comes with a choice of side. Matcha pancakes 4/5: the matcha sauce on top was really really good!

Spicy chicken omelet. Was not spicy at all.

It's a small cozy place. Only a few tables inside and some outdoors. Friendly abd quick Service. It was early so only 3 tables were occupied. I sat at the corner but the back door kept open and the wind was pretty strong so I asked to moved to other table. Food were out in a timely manner. Nice presentation. However, the taste was not that great. The salad that came with my food looks like it has been out for a while. Dry and some wilted araarugula. I got a spicy chicken omelet. Was it spicy? Nope. Only a few chopped jalapeño thats not spicy, very little amount of chicken and basil. Pretty unsatisfied with this omelet. Maybe it's an off day, or too early? Not for me? I think so. Stomach was unsettled after the salad. Not coming back.

I came here by myself for breakfast because I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time. It's always packed, so I assumed the food and service would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I was seated in the very corner, and after my order was taken and my food was dropped off, I was completely forgotten. No one checked on me--not once. No one asked how my food was, if I needed a refill, or if I needed anything else. I sat there watching the tables around me receive attentive service while I was completely ignored. The people behind me were checked on multiple times while I couldn't even get someone's attention. I eventually had to wave down the hostess just to ask for a to-go box and my check because my server never came back. It honestly made me feel invisible. To make matters worse, the food was mediocre at best. It definitely didn't live up to the hype, and it certainly wasn't worth the poor service. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Between being completely neglected and the underwhelming food, I have no reason to come back. There are plenty of places that appreciate every customer, and unfortunately, this wasn't one of them.

Ube pancakes looked really pretty and they tasted good too. It seemed like there was ube in the batter as well. I got classic french toast with banana added. It was pretty basic, and I had it with syrup. Chorizo burrito was spicier than I expected because of the jalapeños, but it was packed with filling. Tomatillo eggs with chicken was really good with the crispy tortilla, chicken and eggs together. We ordered a bunch of different dishes to share, and everything was good. Tiramisu latte ended up being my favorite, and mango and strawberry smoothies were good too.

Pretty good food! It wasn't like super special but still tasty, you get a good portion for what you order however it is on the pricer side. I like that they offer speciality coffees that was the best, and they have interesting specials for food as well. A lot of unique options for pancakes which is great if you like super sweet at times. Service was pretty good they were attentive, there was a small wait, they seem to get pretty busy on the weekends. Parking was definitely difficult, they have a back parking lot which is nice but a lot of the spots are reserved for other businesses, street parking wasn't too difficult to find but may need to walk a bit. Overall I'd like to try some more food from here.

After the airport, we came here for some brunch. Our waitress told us that the best items were the chilaquiles and the huevos rancheros. We got both of them, cut them in half and ate those. Then we saw a tiramisu French toast on the sign and gave that an order as well. If you come here, I feel you need to get both the huevos rancheros and the chilaquiles. They actually balance each other perfectly. Both of the flavors are just so well crafted, plus you get so much avocado with each of your dishes. We were really excited for the tiramisu French toast though. Our order came out looking like pancakes, but it was okay, because these pancakes were made extremely well. They don't have the same texture or density as normal pancakes. They taste a lot better. Plus how they combine all the ingredients is especially lovely. Would come back after going to the airport. Service is great and everyone is so kind and attentive. Ambiance is either indoors or outdoors so you get your choice of where you want to sit. Pet friendly too as they'll bring out a water bowl for a puppy. Woof woof!

The cafe is brand spanking new and spotless.

Went back to Garcia Bros. so that my wife could give it a try, and managed to slide into a table just before the big rush of people arrived. Our server was quick and friendly, and kept checking on us despite having quite a few tables. We were seated outside, and the cafe atmosphere led to a nice conversation with the couple at the adjoining table. All nice. Food looked fantastic as always, but there was a tiny glitch this time. I think they forgot to make my wife's Crispy French Toast, because our order arrived after those at several tables who ordered after us. My breakfast sandwich (eggs, bacon and cheddar) was perfectly composed, but a little on the cool side, as were the hash browns -- it seemed as if the plate had been sitting for a bit. My wife's French Toast was picture perfect (see the photo), but very dry inside, as if they rushed to make it and didn't let the bread soak in the batter. The daily special Tiramisu French Toast (also pictured) was ordered by our neighbors, and they said the inside was moist -- that's why I think there was a glitch with our food. That said, this kind of slip-up can happen anywhere, and wouldn't dissuade either of us from coming back. It's a busy place with a very creative menu, and sometimes stuff happens.

From all the reviews and comments about this place, it was about time I tried it out. Mind you I've tried loads of time stopping by but the wait time, it was a turnoff. It was always half an hour to forty five minutes each time I've been. We ended up just leaving instead. Finally today, a Friday late breakfast. There was a group of 6 waiting when we arrived. Checked in at the host counter for first available which they were able to seat us within a couple minutes. The restaurant itself isn't big. A few tables inside but majority of the seating was outside. It was already packed when we arrived. First available was inside which was fine. Service was great when we checked in and throughout the whole dining experience. Everyone was quite friendly and cheerful. They did have a few items on the board for specials. Menu wise, pretty much breakfast and lunch. I think they're known for their matcha pancakes as it seemed to be on every other table. I don't think there's alcohol as it wasn't on the menu. Started off with a glass of OJ and one of the smoothies. Noho smoothie with fresh strawberries, bananas, orange juice and mango puree. It was quite nice and refreshing. Meals, the meat lover omelette served with ham, pork sausage, bacon, eggs and cheddar cheese. That came with a side of fries or hash brown. And the breakfast quesadillas which was on the special. Basically the breakfast burrito but quesadillas. Accompanied by sour cream and pico de gallo. Waitress did mentioned if we would like some homemade salsa as well. Food was good, simple but tasty. Looking at all the sweet dishes, it was quite appetizing but I prefer something savory for breakfast. Finally was able to try this place out and it was nice. The wait time does get pretty long depending on when you come. They'll seat your group when everyone is there. Service was great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal. Oh yeah, homemade salsa could have come out in a bigger bowl instead of the small serving....lol...

    Taramisu ice latte!

My family and friends came to eat here. The food was delicious. All the staff were extremely friendly. The place was just perfect for our afternoon brunch.

When I went up to order a drink, there was a staff member that was just starting her shift-Sunday 7/20/26 around 1200 noon. She looked around the bar, had someone walk in front of me and served them immediately. She never noticed the line behind me waiting to order (about 5 customers). she never smiled, very indifferent and gave a very negative vibe. We will not be back again. I don't tolerate staff like that. She cancelled out the wonderful staff person that helped us first. She was top notch.

There's music that's lively without being overbearing, and the staff is uniformly friendly. But... You have to order at the bar and, though they have runners to bring your food, you do have to hunt them down for anything after the delivery (extra ketchup, etc). While this isn't my favorite system at my age, to be fair, whatever the owners are saving on staff is reflected in the prices, which are absolutely below most places in the area for food that is good-quality and drinks that are generously poured. So yes, my wife's Espresso Martini was served in a deep-bellied Belgium beer glass, and my whiskey neat was a hefty pour. Yay!! For food, I ordered the Smash Burger, which is served with melted American, grilled onions and the house version of Russian dressing (as well as pickles, which I deleted). The burgers had a nice, smashed crust while remaining juicy, the cheese was properly melted, and the grilled onions had a terrific caramelized sweetness, while the house sauce was very well-balanced: ketchupy and creamy without being too mayonnaise-heavy. A very good smasher. My wife ordered the Big Texan Burger because she wanted cheddar and frizzled onions and BBQ sauce, though she deleted the bacon and pork belly that are normally included. This, too, was a very good burger: cooked to a proper and pleasing medium-rare and well-seasoned, with a good, fresh flavor to the beef. The onion rings were less successful, which are of the beer batter type, but seemed to be a commercial, frozen product. The coating was browned but not crisp, and the flavor was relatively nondescript. We didn't really eat them, and wouldn't order them again. And so, to me, The Tipsy Cow is a bit of a mixed bag: reasonably priced decent food and reasonably priced, generously-poured drinks -- but in a mostly self-serve environment that incrementally loses its appeal in relation to your age and your dining circumstances. Certainly worth a try, but you've gotta be in the right mood.

I had the short rib grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. Very good! Appetizer were the Mediterranean plate, and Asian wings! Again both very good. Wife had crap cakes. She loved them. Other orders, flatbread pizza, a breakfast burrito, and eggs Benedict. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Price point was in line with other restaurants. They serve beer and wine, and mimosas. Clean bathrooms. We definitely will be back. Sorry no pictures of the actual restaurant. Plenty pics of the delicious food!!!

Wait. Did you say you can order pitchers of craft beer here? Yes, please!…read more From the moment we entered to being seated and ordering, the waitress was extremely attentive. She brought menus immediately and moments later asked if we were ready to order. We ending up ordering sweet potato fries, a burger with fries included and a double order of wings. Know that if you order a double, you can choose two flavors instead of one. We opted for the root beer bbq and the honey chipotle and they were delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection! Wing sauce options are: -buffalo -root beer bbq -honey chipotle Unfortunately, the food we ordered didn't make it into a photo because we were starving and we devoured our food. Will be back again for sure as the food and service was great. Will definitely take more photos next time!

We ordered the turkey burger and the cheesesteak sandwich, both with Parmesan garlic fries, and everything was delicious. The burger was flavorful and satisfying, and the cheesesteak was packed with tender meat and great taste. And the fries? Back to being a standout, garlicky, and topped with just the right amount of Parmesan. So garlicky, I was glad we both at them so as not to offend the other! They recently expanded their liquor offerings too! Not just beer & wine, they now have a full bar! It's clear there's been a big improvement in both quality and execution. So glad we gave it another shot, the restaurant is BACK!

I wish I had read my last review from 9 yrs ago before revisiting this place today…read more Let me tell you about the good things first... this won't take long. Kelley, our server, was a sweetheart. And the glass of wine was a nice pour and a decent wine. I like that they let you in for something to drink before officially opening for the day. Cue record scratch... now about that food. No, we did not order the wrong thing and no, IMO, they were not just having a bad day. Look at these Huevos Rancheros with "house hash, tostadas and 3 eggs"... those are chips (I think from a bag of tortilla chips) so not really a tostada, no way there were three eggs in that thing (from what I could see)... not sure what the "house hash" is but nothing I could identify on the plate. I know a lot of people might leave a restaurant and say "I could have made that at home" but there is no way I would make something this crappy at home. LOOK at this Avocado Toast with "avocado spread"... that is some thin smear of something green but when you are calling something "Avocado Toast" there should be a substantial amount of the hero ingredient (and maybe not call it "avocado spread" on your menu description. To me, that says, "Look we don't want to call this a "rustic mash of avocado" or "Hass smash" or "hand-crushed ripe avocado" because we know you are actually going to SEE it in front of you in about 15 minutes and "avocado spread" won't lead to a major disappointment." But it did. And this slab of dry plywood that they were calling toast. I turned to my wife and in my best Sebastian Manascalco said, "Why would you do that??" This place mostly failed on food. The food at the other tables looked equally pathetic. Gotta say... all of the cooked egg components of each dish were decent but the rest of the items were like WTF? Ambiance? It's OK... I mean it was a bar with a ton of TVs going. Semi-nice vibe for a sports bar... lots of room. Just can't get over the food. We ate about half of our sodium bombs and left. But parts of the eggs were lovely... as was Kelley.
