    Lava omelet fully open.
    Jenn H.

My usual go to is loco moco or corned beef hash. BUT I've never seen beef panang curry with lava omelet. It did NOT disappoint. Beef was super tender. Panang sauce had that creamy peanut flavor with a slight kick of heat with flavor! Lava omelet was beautifully cooked and fun to eat. It is like a Japanese omurice which I've never had before. My only critique is that I would want Japanese sticky rice. Jasmine rice is too loose and Japanese rice would hold up to all the delicious sauce and lava omelet. So much flavor and nothing was needed like salt, pepper, hot sauce. My server Mint (I loved that she spelled her name for me) was super sweet and patient. It's a THIRTY page menu!!! She said beef panang was her favorite and I don't think she was just saying that. The owner is Thai so I love the little hints of Thai decorations. The restaurant is very clean with modern lights and decorations. Everyone is very helpful in keeping everything clean.

Great service, delicious food, and a tasty cup of endless coffee. We got the Boeing combo with My Crepe and a Pink Lady combo. Diner was very nice. We got there at opening and had a hard time getting through the book size menu. Go and try it.

Stopped by for brunch on Wednesday. It wasn't too crowded around 11 am when we arrived. There's a small parking lot for the whole plaza, but I can see it getting full during busy times. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when I arrived, maybe 1/3 of the tables were occupied. The menu was very long and overwhelming.... let's just say I've never seen a menu with a table of contents before! lol I know they're known for their pancakes, so I definitely wanted to try some, but I also prefer savory dishes at brunch. I ended up ordering a custom frittata ($22.95) with spinach, portabello mushroom, and turkey breast for my savory, and the matcha souffle pancake ($24.95) for my sweet. The frittata came out first. The shape wasn't quite what I was expecting, as it looked more like an egg pancake (it was large and thin) rather than a frittata, but it was good. I got it with a side of fruit and plain bagel, so it was a relatively light breakfast. The matcha souffle pancakes came out after ~25 minutes or so, which isn't bad at all. The menu said to expect a 45 minute wait on weekdays, but no one else was ordering the souffle pancake so it came out much quicker than expected. I have mixed feelings about the souffle pancakes. On one hand, they're super soft and jiggly and almost just melts in your mouth. I really liked them from a texture point of view. I also thought they had the right amount of sweetness. However, even though it comes covered in a green matcha sauce and I'm sure they added some matcha into the pancake itself, I couldn't taste any matcha. If I had known that earlier, I would've ordered one of the other souffle pancakes where the flavor comes through more. Also, they are pretty pricey for what they are... yes the pancakes are massive, but it's the first time I paid more for pancakes than for my entree at brunch. My friend ordered the Mama Bea Omelet ($22.95) and really enjoyed it. It was his first time getting an omelet with salsa on top, and I have a feeling it won't be the last! The scalloped potatoes on the side were delicious as well. He also got the house coffee (called Cup of Joe on the menu) for $3.75 and enjoyed the unlimited refills. Would recommend all brunch and pancake lovers to come and try brunch here!

I love this place. They have a huge menu all the items I have ever tried are bomb. The drinks are also pretty amazing. It's small little cafe but I have to say it's run very well. The staff is nice, the place is clean and food is great. Highly recommend their breakfast especially their whipped cream. If you're looking for cute little cafe this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed!

Literally another brunch run with my bestie today. I got the combo steak, eggs and crepes and she got the parang curry plate. Everything was so good. Not a long wait time today and their food always comes out hot and fresh. We ordered an iced cappuccino but it wasn't sweetened. We asked a staff to give us sweetener which they did. Another successful lady C's brunch and will always be our go to in the valley. I crave for their food all the time!!

I'm so happy to see that Lady C's has really stepped up their game over the past year. The food quality has definitely improved, service has been excellent lately, they are still super busy so plan on a potential wait before being seated. We had a delicious breakfast this morning. I'm a huge fan again!!! Their pancakes and soufflés are masterpieces!

From Cici to now Lady C's the great breakfast food quality has not changed and I'm so glad they are here to stay. They have a lengthy menu with various breakfast options including all the typical sweet and savory breakfast items as well as Asian infused breakfast cuisines. I'm always a sucker for green tea pancakes. The green tea pancakes were perfectly made and the texture reminds me of a bite of cake since it comes in a stack of 3, warm, soft, and fluffy every bite. My friends ordered soufflé pancakes. If you are here for the soufflé hype just know there can be delays with making the soufflé pancakes, it states the time frame on the menu too. Another menu item that stood out is the Chicken Curry & Lava Omelet - Great flavor and very filling. I love the big portion sizes, great for girls breakfast and brunch dates for sharing. Service is excellent. Ambiance is casual, gets busy and small plaza parking can get crowded but there's parking available in the back too.

Here's the revised version with the first two paragraphs unchanged and the update reflected at the end: We had a great experience at Cici's Cafe. I ordered the CC Café omelette and it was very good and super filling. The chicken apple sausage was a standout--really flavorful and delicious. We also shared the matcha soufflé pancakes, and wow. They were rich, fluffy, and absolutely delicious without being overly sweet. We did have to wait for a table, so I'd definitely expect a wait during busier times, especially on the weekend. Overall, great food and a spot I'd happily come back to.

Pancakes, this place is all about their pancakes! And long waits... We got their Panang Curry and Lava Omelet along with their Straberry Souffle Pancake and Banoffee Souffle cup. Gave us a good savory and sweet brunch. We really liked it all. The curry dish is a must. Both souffles were good, so you should leave without trying at least one souffle. We had approx 30min of wait and another 45min of wait for their souffles. There will be a lot of waiting. Was it worth it? Even with all the waiting? Yes. If you have a super chill weekend and wouldn't mind a late breakfast, its worth it. I would recommend this place.

Randomly found this place and it was delicious! Big menu and big portions! LOTS of French toast, pancakes, and waffle flavours. They even have soufflé pancakes but we didn't order any. Line gets long so expect to wait a bit but theirs turnover seems to be quick. On our visit, we tried the Aloha Pancakes, Loco Moco Benny, The Chopper (with pancakes), and a Mexican dish that we can't remember the name... oops! But everything tasted great! Not a lot of parking spaces but there are street parking available too. Friendly staff and they seem to be a well-oiled machine so you'll get a typical diner experience here.

    Angela L.

The lines do not seem to be as long as before the name change. Or maybe it's because there's a new rule of only one soufflé pancake per party of 6. We can't have 6 people sharing one pancake, so we had soufflé cups to supplement. The cups are pretty decent in size as well. Food here has always been good, coffee could be a bit better.

Soufflé pancakes. (came with a side of attitude) LOL

The food here is actually good! What's terrible, is the service. Particularly an older Asian woman who seems to be in a bitter mood every time I've visited. My group of 5 was sat at a smaller table (no big deal). She took our order and two people were going to order the soufflé pancakes, she cut off the second person saying "it's only one order of those pancakes per table". I don't see where this rule is advertised but maybe this should be advertised before having all the ads to this restaurant be photos of these specific pancakes. Mind you, it was a weekday at 12:00 pm, and the place was half full. In addition two other people at my table ordered the piña colada pancakes, and again interjected with "those come with 3, are you sure you want to order two". I understand a helpful tip, but the attitude was just so aggressive. All the other waitresses are sweet and nice/ helpful. I hope management can retrain this specific person on better food service/ etiquette. People come to enjoy the food, not to feel pressured with a bitter attitude. Thank you!

We've been coming to Cici's Café for years, mainly for breakfast -- and it never disappoints. The food is always amazing, and we've tried a variety of dishes over time. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and everything comes out fresh and flavorful. Just a heads-up: weekends get really busy, so expect a long wait. Your best bet is to come super early or closer to brunch to beat the rush. But honestly, it's worth the wait every single time. One of our favorite go-to breakfast spots!

What holidays are they closed? Limited hours on certain holidays? Nothing on the website.

    Hi! Vegan options?

4,386,253 possible options for vegan choices here. Maybe not, but you get the idea. You don't have to order eggs and sausage or bacon. You can definitely order the vegan equivalents.

Will you be open Easter Sunday?

They are going to be open on Easter 🐣 Sunday, regular hours. Happy early Easter and enjoy your meal!!😘😘

Do they have oat milk for their coffee(s)/lattes?

    Yes they do.

Does this location still have outdoor seating and do they allow dogs?

A few outdoor seating but not ideal since people waiting to get in stand next to you and watch you eat. No dogs inside allowed I believe.

    Are you open today?

Operation hours are Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 to 4pm

    Is it pet friendly?

There's tables outside for pets. It's shaded in the tent so it should be good 👍🏼

    Are there mimosas here?

    Unfortunately not :/

Do you accept preorder for curbside pickup?

    Yes, call ahead.

Why did you guys stopped making soufflés and pancake soufflés ? Such a DISAPPOINTMENT 😩

At least they are still open..

Are you open for dine in?

Hi! Yes we are open for dine indoors! However, please note that our tables is very limited and only comes at a first come, first serve basis. In the meantime, we also have a lot of our outdoor tables outside in the front.

    Do they take reservations?

When I went it was self seating, placed our order at the counter then set our number on the table in order for them to bring our food. They were friendly, quick, and efficient.

How long is the wait usually? let's say If I arrive around 9 am.

I went on a Sunday morning just a week ago around this time and there was no wait. It seems like the earlier you get there the better chance of not having a wait. You can also call ahead to ask them as well.

Are they doing the outdoor dining again?

    Yes

Good morning, is dine in open today 01/16/2021?

    Yes they are open

Are you guys open for dine in?

Hi, we do not have any indoor seating at this time. We are currently open for outdoor dining, takeout and curbside service.

What payment forms are they currently taking?

I paid with credit card, so I can confirm that. What payment are you trying to use?

Do they have bottomless mimosa brunch?

    80% sure they do not

While two kind waiters originally came to our group to just offer coffee and water, a hostess randomly came up to our group and rudely said "well, your group has been here for 40 minutes now and still haven't ordered and we need the tables". First and foremost, our group had not been there for 40 minutes yet, and if we had been, that would have showed how delayed their service was. Secondly, the hostess came off very rude and aggressive, she could have asked if we were just ready to order. Finally, we had been waiting for someone to take our order the entire time! We kindly advised we had been waiting to order. She ruined the vibes for the entire group, and we did not feel welcome for the rest of the experience. The waiters were extremely kind, just not whoever the hostess was on 5/9/26. Waffles came out first, would have made more sense to have them after the main meal. Eggs Benedict were very traditional, seasoned well but nothing to rave for. They definitely have a different take on chilaquiles, not what I was expecting but decently seasoned. Food is around 6.5-7/10. Well seasoned, flavorful but not unique. Not coming back to this location to due the experience unfortunately.

I also got Deep Fried Oreos since someone mentioned they got some at a fair recently. The Health Nut made me feel great while I was eating and after I ate it as well. It is hard to not eat an item filled with avocado, mushrooms, pickled vegetables, baby cucumbers, cashews, chimichurri and sunflower seeds on vegan telera! The side dish of the chili made it a great combination. As for the dessert, four Oreo cookies that were battered and deep fried with powdered sugar and Ghirardelli chocolate made this wholesome meal one of the best I had in awhile! I really enjoy this place and the variety that the menu offers!

I had never seen this place before or even heard of it until my son brought it up and suggested we…read morego there. He had never been here, either, so it was the first time for both of us. There is plenty of parking shared with other businesses, and immediately upon arriving, I already noticed what a cute place it was. It's your traditional retro/vintage diner type of place but the decor is all related to black bears. It's so adorable and charming, both inside and out. This place has a lot of character. The menus look like newspapers, which I thought were super cute. We were both in the mood for some breakfast and ordered the same thing, the Volcano. It comes with 3 Pancakes, 2 Eggs any style, 2 Sausage Links, and 2 strips of thick-cut bacon. For drinks, we just stuck with water. The food was absolutely delicious and YES, you can definitely go wrong with these simple items! The pancakes were hot and fluffy, the eggs were perfectly fried and the bacon/sausage were nice and crisp. My son always asks for his bacon burnt, and they actually delivered. He was loving every bite. The plate also comes with some butter packets and maple syrup. My son asked our server Carlos if they had any kind of strawberry topping and he brought some out for us. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The menu is extremely extensive and we need to come back to try some more items. They have dinner plates, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and much more! They even have a small refrigerated case at the front counter where they sell a small selection of desserts like pies and such. We used the bathroom before we left and they have one for each gender. Both were spotless clean. We had such a great experience here and we'll definitely be back!
