I contacted Dent Service Experts today became I acquired a dent on my car. The way I got the dent is tearing me up inside, but I digress. Out of all of the quotes I received today, Ramiro's was the most reasonable. He assured me the dent would barely be noticeable. Me being me, I asked how noticeable is barely noticeable. . This is the second time I've used their services. The first time was last year, they came to my office and fixed my car that had minor dents. This time, my minivan was bumped and the tailgate had a dent that was not so minor. I texted them pictures of the car and they gave me a quote. This is my first review, but I use Yelp all of the time. I felt particularly compelled to write a review for Dent Service Experts because Luis just fixed my dent and I'm beyond impressed. On a roadtrip to Las Vegas, someone opened their door into my Model 3 and left a sharp dent. Asking for quotes around Yelp, most said either they couldn't do it because it wouldn't look that great or that they would have to drill a 3/8" to 1/2" hole in the door jamb to replace it. On my 3 month old Model 3, that's a no go for me. Ramiro was up front and said they might have to do the hole to fix, but said they would try to use silicon to pull it (not sure how this works). Luis arrived today and said it would take about an hour. He took about 1.5 hours but the results are amazing. He is very familiar with aluminum bodies. The pull method wasn't going to work so he found a way to access the dent and used the typical dent tool only to fix. He took extra time, but the care with which he did the work meant a lot to me. I wholly trust these guys and will go back to them again when inevitably some other jerk will open their car into another one of my doors:). Their prices are very reasonable and they were the most responsive to my queries. To other model 3 owners, use these guys to take care of your precious. read more

Ramiro scheduled someone to come directly to my work to fix my son's car that I accidently fell and dented the passenger front door. Luis showed up on time and in just a little over an hour, he had the dent totally removed. HE IS THE MAN! I called 45 minutes later and the guy said his technician had car problems and needs to come another day. No thanks. I parked my car to run in front of grocery store to pick one item on Sunday. When I came out, walking toward my car, I noticed a dent on the passenger side above the door, near the windshield there are 2 panels, the first panel had the dent and the second panel had 3 scratches.
