Dr. Darby Kaiser is AMAZING she is the best dentist! The minute you walk into the office you know you are special. It's like they roll out the red carpet of dentistry for you like never before...from hand paraffin waxes, to complementary beverages, to a delightful atmosphere full of all the latest ammenities like flat screen TV's, and a warm towel to finish off your dental expereince, not to mention handing you special "goody" bag filled with a beauty magainze, and other dental treats. This place is extraordinary!!! However, those things mentioned above are only the icing on the dental dream cake. The real reason I love Dr. Kaiser, is because she is honest and trust worthy. I went to her, and she told me I needed a tooth filled. A few weeks later, another dentist in my insurance network said, that I needed to have that exact tooth filled, but it was imperative to get either a crown or an onlay that would be $700-$900.00. As a fulltime student with financial burdens, I felt very uneasy, and left that dentists office in tears wondering how I would ever be able to afford it. Fortunately, I decided to go back and consult with Dr. Kaiser about thesituation. She looked again at the tooth, and happily reported once again that a simple filling was all that was required. I was so relieved, and she filled it right then and there. I love that I could trust her and she was completely fair and honest, that made all the difference! I gladly paid for her services, even though they were out of my network, because she didn't try to cheat me like the other dentist did. I feel so fortunate to have gone back to her. I'll be the first to admit I've avoided the dentist for far too long, and unfortunately, that habit caught up with me. I needed a tooth pulled, which is something I dreaded more than I can put into words. Still, it had to be done, so I booked an appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional office staff. They greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly, and made me feel at ease right away. They also do a fantastic job of accommodating last-minute appointments, which is rare and so appreciated. I was introduced to Dr. Kiana, the new dentist, and she exceeded every expectation I had. She doesn't just focus on the procedure--she truly cares about her patients. She took the time to explain what was going to happen, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her calm, compassionate approach made a situation I was dreading feel surprisingly manageable. Ms. D assisted during my visit and was an absolute gem. She was attentive, reassuring, and genuinely kind, going out of her way to make sure I felt cared for before, during, and after the procedure. The two of them make an outstanding team, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I've been to many dental offices over the years, but this one stands out as the best. The combination of skilled professionals, a warm atmosphere, and a truly patient-focused approach makes all the difference. I left feeling not only relieved that the procedure was over but also grateful to have found such an exceptional dental team. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to - and trust me, I've had my fair share of dental visits. An old dentist messed up my teeth royally. Due to this I had to have nearly a year's worth of reconstructive work. After a lot of time in a court room and in a dental chair... it was safe to say that I was weary of setting foot in another dental office. I spent a long time drifting from one dentist to the next. I needed to make sure that I would be in the hands of a professional. I am so thankful that I discovered Montage Dentistry! Dr. Kaiser is very friendly and extremely helpful. I feel safe and at ease in the office. All of my questions are always answered with a smile. Dr. Kaiser is extremely knowledgeable and her methods reflect this. I've been going to this office for nearly a year and it's because I trust this dentist. Dr. Kaiser's office has the most up-to-date dental technology and an amazing support staff. There are televisions at every station, a lovely waiting room with complimentary beverages, and the most comfortable dental chairs you'll ever recline in. (If you're like me and spend a lot of time in them... that's an important detail.) The administration staff is also great. I've never had a mistake made when it comes to billing. Other offices have had mix ups with my insurance in the past, but Dr. Kaiser's office has done a remarkable job. (It's to my understanding that Montage Dentistry will also accept payment plans. I am very happy with Montage Dentistry. Dr. Kaiser has been my dentist for about 2 years. Yesterday, I had the luxury of both Dr. Kaiser and Rhiannon performing together, on a tooth extraction for me. I was amazed at how pain free this was accomplished. When it comes to dentistry work, I'm a wimp. I hate pain. They had the tooth pulled, gauze in place, before I realized the procedure was finished. And NO PAIN. Praise the Lord. My life has positively changed since going to Montage Dentistry!!! I hadn't been taking care of my teeth for years and knew I needed to see a dentist. I was scared to go, though, based on previous visits to other dentists. That all changed when I went to Montage Dentistry. Dr. Darby Kaiser and her staff made me feel comfortable right away. I recently chipped my two front teeth completely in half over a weekend. Dr. Kaiser filled me in when the weekend was over and made sure i wouldn't leave until my front teeth were repaired. She truly relaxed me about the whole situation, guaranteeing that it would get fixed before i left. And she was right, my front teeth weew magically back there and even looking better then before. I was worried that the color wouldn't match and it would be obvious but they were spot on. It was truly remarkable. I couldn't be more grateful and recommend Dr. Kaiser and her office strongly. They are so kind and helpful. She was my savior and now no one would even be able to tell my two front teeth are half bonding. read more

Worst experience ever. Dr. Kaiser is the worst dentist I have ever come across. She is rude and what seems like she has no idea what she is doing. I have friends that have gone to her and there teeth look awful. But I needed a cleaning and my current dentist could not get me so I thought I'd give Dr. Kaiser a try. Omg was it was horrible I will never go back to her again. If you read these review your reading them for a reason and listen to the reviews that gave her one star there telling you the truth. Doug, Sorry to here you have lost confidnece in our office. It can sometimes be confusing to patients when they receive different diagnoses from different doctors. Although if you remember from your visits, Montage Dentistry has only the highest state-of-the-art equipment, like the Diagnodent Lazer Cavity Detector. This allows for the earliest detection of decay and therefore the most conservative dentistry. Regarding your wife's bill, all personal information is confidential therefore I highly doubt personal information being written on the back of her bill. read more

Montage Dentistry is a top notch office and we have contact any patient that claims to have a problem or issue. We always to clarify any issues and resolve them ASAP. Some people you can not make happy no matter what and others make up false statement because they have financial issues and can not fix their problems and blame others for their personal issues or just want make up stories. Horrible dentist!!! Dr. Kaiser was awful. She had horrible bed side manners and her staff was rude. Dr. Kaiser said I had 4 cavities which I thought was crazy, so I decided to get a second opinion.
