Lovely folks, fast, thorough. I had two broken crowns replaced, and I like these better than the originals. Awesome place.

Trying to find a dentist that I like and trust seems to be a bit harder than I thought. My favorite…read moredentist retired and it has been a couple of years of seeing new dentists trying to find the right one. I think I have it! Every aspect of the customer service was warm and calm and cheerful. I also took my son, who is 9 and was worried about everything - he was treated kindly and respectfully. In the past, I've seen dentists that find all kind of issues that were conveniently covered by insurance. Or, they poke you in the gums with a sharp instrument and say - WHOA you're gums bleed, you need a special deep cleaning that your insurance will pay for! Huh. A sharp dental instrument made me bleed? What a racket. When either of those two things happen I'm not coming back to your office. Nothing of the sort happened to us. First, the x-rays at the dentist can sometimes be the hardest part! I really appreciated the dental assistant's way of handling my occasional issue - she just calmly moved on to the next area (which required a different bite), and then went back to the problem areas later. This definitely kept me from getting flustered and it was no problem when she went back. It had been a year (COVID) since we had been to the dentist. They could have told me anything and I might have believed it. But we both were cleaned up and polished by Dr. Phil. No cavities. No pressure to do anything unnecessary. Good advice about braces, too! Also, the cleaning was that little water pressure deal, no scraping. Thank the lort. Fast and pain free. Naturally, everything was very clean, everyone was masked and gowned and there was hand sanitizer everywhere, etc. It is a nice office in general. Cool that you get x-rays and treatment all in one room. We will be back and I will be recommending Lancaster Dental to others.

They didn't pressure me to get extra work done. Just a very honest & professional dentist & office assistants.

The dental staff and team and great. They're extremely kind. They do a great job. My only complaint…read morewith this office is their inability to stick to a schedule. Two times now I've gone in for my appointment and was seen an hour to an hour and a half PAST my appointment time- resulting in services that I need to get done them not having time for. Now I have to go back for a third visit just to get done the original tooth that I came in for in April. A woman was there about 15 minutes after I got there sometime before 10 AM. She had a doctor appointment at noon somewhere else and after an hour of waiting for her appointment which was at 10:30. She asked if she should reschedule because she wouldn't make her second appointment. I'm not sure who is in charge of the scheduling, but they need to be let go. Over booking an understaffed office is not helping your team or your patient care. The amount of time collectively I've spent waiting in that office I could've driven to my old dentist in Orange County. Got the work done and came back home I understand your time is valuable, but so is the time of the patients who take off work, arranged, childcare, or schedule other appointments in their day. An hour to 2 hours to be seen as crazy work- only to be told " there's not enough time to do the thing you came in here for we're gonna have to reschedule you"
