The guy bar tender was great. The girl was a little focused on phone. We initially came for a different place that opens later in the evening which was not advertised appropriately. We order a beer and the Betty boop w/tequila and whiskey. I prefer the whiskey. The place was not that busy family oriented until a certain time. The music was nice very nostalgic. Also, had the wings buffalo. The food was definitely tasty.

Always a good time at DeWolf. The staff is always nice. And the food is good . Nice place to have parties, but they need to upgrade furniture but overall it's decent and cool.

I will never come to this place again. We were here for the Mexico game and I just wanted to order food but because we didn't have a table, they didn't let us order food.

September 20, 2025 | Pasadena | Game night, great vibes & delicious bites on a Saturday Night! Yes, please! A night at Der Wolf made for a fun Girls Night Out! Oh, yes! Let's go! Games | A wide variety & so many, over 100 games! Some games are even life size & others were childhood favorites, which were fun to play! Fun! Uno being one of my favorites! There were several games I had never heard of & others had a title that made my friend & I laugh outloud! Hahaha! There was a game of Musical Chairs like I've never seen before! Hahaha! Special Event | Game Night was by Mingle & Plei! Fun events, as I've attended another one of their events at another location! Grateful that my friend found this event company & she invited me! We always have a blast! Shrimp & Fries | I was amazed at first bite by the crispy & flavorful shrimp & tasty fries, no ketchup needed! The portions are a nice size! I almost ate it all; didn't make it through the fries! However, the shrimp were gone in a hot second! Hahaha! Very tasty! DJ | Music | Incredible!!! A variety of music that will definitely have you dancing in your seat or even get you up from playing games & dance!! The DJ is a vibe! I love it! Atmosphere | 21 & over! Upbeat, friendly & excitable! People are in a playful & fun mood and clearly love playing games & great music! I love enjoying life to the fullest & the crowd is a whole vibe! We had even more fun once fun people came over to our table to play games or to simply stop by & say hi! There were also fun birthday celebrations going on! Parking | Nearby! Paid in a parking garage! Overall | Yes! Der Wolf is a win, a fun experience, especially for game night! Let's go!

Celebrated the first half of my birthday here with friends- had a blast and got a free birthday shot from the bartender. Great for big group gatherings. My favorite is the watermelon candy - if you enjoy tamarindo, this drink is for you and I

Was supposed to come here for the bar next to it but it was closed, but was pleasantly surprised by this bar. We came a day before Christmas Eve and they had karaoke night. The vibes were fun and the flights were good, and strong. We got some food as well, I enjoyed the pretzel to help absorb the alcohol. Not a fan of the tots...I think it needs salsa or more sauce. The service was great.

This is a cool little spot to check out for either boxing or ufc events, grab some food with your friends and have a drink or two or three lol. The place is pretty big with the main bar area at the entrance, an outside patio section and a small bar downstairs. The servers and owner are always friendly and they are pretty good at checking to see if you need another drink. We haven't been to check out a fight in a while but we recently stopped by after a hike on a Sunday to grab a bite to eat. The cool thing about Sunday brunches at Der Wolf is, it isn't crowded and they have a DJ who plays some dope music. As for the food, I ordered the huevos rancheros and a black berry mocktail. The food was delicious and definitely something I would order again. However, I wasn't really feeling the drink. I've never had a mocktail and I had no idea what I was drinking but it did taste exactly like a cocktail with no alcohol. It's not their fault, I'm just not a fan of it. Overall, it's a fun place to hang out and I did notice that some of the table (cloths?) were ripped, so just remember it is a bar. However, the place is clean, people are friendly and you're there to just eat and have a good time (nothing fancy or romantic). they also have a beer pong table in the middle of the place so it's always fun to watch drunk people playing and dancing. Great friendly & professional service. Clean, not too dark, fun! With good selection in tap & good food. Great happy hour! I Came to hear Scott Rocco play on Monday night & was pleasantly impressed with the acoustics! Wonderful live performance!

Stopped by on Sunday, 07/06/25 to watch the Mexico vs USA soccer game (Mexico Won!). Grabbed some drinks and my boyfriend got them for free as he apparently had rewards. This is the second time I've been here and this place is super duper special to me :)

Okay bar/restaurant in the area! Came by with a friend after a stressful day and it was an okay experience, drinks were good ,but the food was pretty mid nothing specifically stood out to me. Service was also okay it took a little longer than I would have liked for it being empty but I believe the serve might have been alone so I understand.

I came here due to a mixer but wow. The whole bar is a vibe. They have karaoke, great drinks, the service is top-tier. I can't complain. I'd go for every event they have. It was incredible.

Plus they have an awesome dog-friendly patio! Love this place. The only negative thing I'd say is that the roar of the customers against the hard-surfaced walls and ceiling can really get overwhelming at times, but whatever. Not usually a big deal. Just hit the patio if it's too noisy inside. Definitely check out the place if you haven't yet.

It was a great place for some casual, mildly literary drinking on a Thursday night. The bar was in an alley, and I was happy to find free, easy street parking right outside the alley entrance. The alley was well lit enough that it didn't feel sketchy, though if I were inclined to beat someone up, this would probably be a convenient place to do it. The space was slightly below ground, down a flight of stairs from the alley. It felt like an Irish pub/sports bar with a tap list of California beers in addition to Coors Light and Guinness. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. I had a Made West Hazy IPA and a Pizza Port Amber, both of which I've had and enjoyed several times in several places over the years. I also ate some fries that were lying around, probably but not certainly by someone I at least sort of know. They weren't bad. I live kind of far from Pasadena and T. Boyle's isn't a destination bar, but I'd come back for another round or two after Vroman's. It's a comfortable spot with good draft beer, where you can relax and have some conversations.

When we walked in, there was a tall, bald male bartender and a blonde female bartender working--neither of whom I've seen here before. We ordered two drinks, but the service from the male bartender was inattentive from the start. At one point, my friend tried to get someone's attention to ask for a lime and wasn't acknowledged. She ended up grabbing a lime herself from the garnish tray--which I understand isn't ideal--but the response we got was completely out of line. The male bartender became immediately hostile and started aggressively cursing at my friend. When I calmly asked the female bartender if this was normal behavior, he inserted himself into the conversation and said, "she put her fucking hand in the fucking jar," in a very confrontational tone. I tried to de-escalate the situation and respectfully explained that there was no reason to speak to us that way, but he continued the hostility and ultimately told us to "get the fuck out." At that point, I paid for our drinks and we left. What made this especially disappointing is that this has never been our experience here before. We've always enjoyed this bar and have had positive interactions with the regular staff. If this had been my first visit, I would not come back. I understand that what my friend did wasn't appropriate, but it absolutely did not justify being yelled at and cursed out. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of behavior is not reflective of the bar I've come to know.

I came in to try a 2016 Imperial Russian Stout I saw they had tapped and ended up trying taster size portions of 6 beers - all very solid. I'm biased to love deep cuts so the 10.6% Imperial Russian Stout was my fav of the day but I also enjoyed the lightness of the Stone Wil Power, a 4.5% fruited kettle sour with mango, tangerine and lychee. They have a ton of indoor seating but also the patio is just so nice & relaxing here. Very chill, quiet vibes and they open at 12pm on weekdays. Service has been friendly, but it is lightly staffed and pretty slow, so it's not a good place if you are in a hurry. They don't keep an eye on the patio, so if you sit out there, it's best to go inside and let them know. They also seem to have more rules than before - but I have to imagine these have come from experience. I don't think this is an ideal place to go with a large group. If it's a quiet night you might be able to pull tables together long-ways, but most tables seem ideal for 2-4. We come with our dog and sit on the patio when it isn't busy. The dog meals are massive (more food than ours eats in a whole day and she weighs 60 lbs). It's a good value, but beware if your dog is on a diet! I already had my 21+ wristband on when I walked in, but this server still accused me of lying about my age and demanded to see my ID in front of a crowd of people. It was needlessly humiliating, and she was also curt to my entire party when taking our orders; she just seemed annoyed and irritated. That said, it was insanely busy, and I'm sure it was a frustrating shift. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, being singled out and treated like a child in front of people for no apparent reason.

Super friendly staff will find you a great table and, from there, you are on your own. All ordering by tablet! Soju and Cass beer of course, and bring your appetite. Bar food galore which is actually pretty good. Must gets are the corn cheese, tteokbokki (chewy rice cakes in spicy sauce), steamed egg, fried chicken and seafood pancake. This place is perfect for groups or just a date for two. Dang, I could eat a whole tray of that corn cheese. City lot right across the street for hassle-free parking; that's one thing about the "real" Koreatown you won't miss.

Plenty of TVs on the wall to watch a game with kpop playing. It's a large space with plenty of seating. There's low tables in the middle and tables and booths on the side. It's a good place for groups. It does get pretty loud in there though. The food is good bar food. I liked the fried rice and wings. The seafood pancake was good but not as crispy as I'd like. Service was good. Friendly staff. You order on the tablets on the tables. It's pretty easy but older folks might need a minute to get used to it. You have to ask the server for the bill though. There's street meters or a parking structure within a few blocks on Delacey.
