He let me know that I didn't need to do all of that and I just really needed to add a subwoofer to get the sound I was looking for. I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure that would give me the results I was looking for, but WOW it was exactly what was needed. The sound system sounds amazing now. Very clear highs, great lows at any volume. I am only using the subwoofer to about 1/8th of it's ability and it's amazing. The woofer is completely hidden under the cover in the boot of the vehicle, so it doesn't even change the look of the car.

I had Audio Extreme install an amp and stereo in my car. They installed the amp next to my battery…read moreand placed a small piece of wood to separate the amp from the battery. Then they installed it in a way that the battery can't be disconnected for winter storage. It disabled everything in the car and I had to have a tow truck come to unlock the door to my car so I could get in. All Troy had to say is why do you need to disconnect the battery and then threw the piece of wood to the floor. Whatever happened to customer service and providing quality service? I'm so disappointed!!!
