The architecture is beautiful, and the parking lot is large and accommodating. The entrance is accessible with a wide ramp and no stairs for anyone using a cane or wheelchair. Inside, the facility is pristine, almost looking like a high-end luxury spa instead of a dental office. The waiting area features a mixture of seating, including plush, cozy seating as well as unique clear chairs. The receptionist area is wide, and the staff is wonderful, consistently kind, and respectful. Even the bathrooms are unique with modern see-through sinks! During my first visit in September 2025, I was given a tour explaining their equipment sterilization process, and I was shown the different procedure rooms. As someone who deeply values transparency and honesty, this immediately made me feel safe. The hygienist, Cara, was amazing. She was incredibly gentle with a wonderful bedside manner. Her gentleness was not only a compliment to her technique, but it was a sensory relief for me. Over the next few months in late 2025, I returned several times for a crown, a filling, and a few quick, complimentary bite adjustments to resolve some misalignment headaches. The high standard of care was always consistent. I like to understand what's going on with my care, and I felt safe to ask questions about my treatment without ever being made to feel silly. However, my recent experience as a VA patient showed an issue in communication. After receiving automated email reminders in early 2026 stating it was time to schedule my biannual cleaning, I reached out to Glenn Dental to initiate the request. Because the VA Community Care authorization process takes time, I expected a wait. What I didn't expect was the lack of communication during that wait. I called Glenn Dental twice over the course of two months, once on April 6 at 1:43 PM, and again on May 1 at 12:36 PM, and left two separate voicemails to check on the status of my cleaning. Unfortunately, neither of my calls were returned. Ultimately, on June 8, 2026, I chose to stop by the office in person to follow up. Since I had previously contacted Community Care and brought my authorization number with me, I was able to successfully get scheduled. The front desk representative remained professional and apologized for the inconvenience. The explanation provided was that the VA Coordinator handles those specific callbacks. However, I thought a business phone belonged to the entire front office. When I left those messages, anyone could have returned my calls. Whether it was a system glitch, a tech outage, or messages simply getting overlooked during a hectic day, the ball was dropped. I understand that third-party approvals take time and that the office has to wait on the VA. If someone had reached out with a quick, two-minute courtesy call just to say, "Hi Melissa, we received your messages and we're still waiting on the VA paperwork, but we haven't forgotten you," it would have felt like I was seen and not ignored or overlooked. I consider that an extension of my care and dental relationship. I am grateful that Glenn Dental contracts with the VA to serve veterans like me, and I truly hope this communication breakdown was just an isolated blip. Because the clinical care and the staff have otherwise been top-tier, I still recommend this facility, I just hope to see their communication updates improve for patients in the future.

WARNING. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE…read more Not kidding when I tell you this dental office ruined my life. I was told I need a bunch of fillings and had a bunch of cavities, needed multiple root canals, wisdom teeth removal, and needed to spend a LOT of money. I had two dental insurances at the time. They drained both of them quickly. They split every single thing I need done up into individual appointments. I had to come in 3 times to get all four wisdom teeth removed. I had two root canals done and was told I needed one more and had multiple cavities. They drained my insurance to the point that it wouldn't be covered and told me to wait until the next year. Lo and behold, I visit a very reputable and kind dentist who sees my teeth and tells me I didn't need a root canal for the last one that Jess Ranch Dental said I needed, only a small filling, and that I didn't need any other fillings or have any other cavities. I was shown how awful and oversized my crowns were for the root canals I did have done by Jess Ranch. They are MASSIVE and do not match my teeth at all, and one of them is causing my gums to recede. My doctor also believes I may have metal poisoning from the crowns, which can impact your health in other ways. At the time I went to Jess Ranch, I was under the age of 26 and covered by my parents dental insurance. I also badly needed braces to get jaw surgery, and Jess Ranch knew this, but would not sign me off as "clear" to get braces for my orthodontist without me having more work done. Now I am 27 - do not have good dental insurance through my family's job anymore and am going to have to come up with the money myself for braces, still no jaw surgery done. My jaw causes me pain and clicks all the time. It's a daily reminder that I'm behind on taking care of my health due to this dentist. If not for them, I would have had braces followed by needed surgery long ago, and they would have been covered. I also can't afford the replacement crowns right now, the ones needed to replace my awful massive oversized crowns that they installed. My dentist showed me how my teeth/bite is messed up and not aligned due to the size of the crowns. My bite feels off and I constantly notice it. Oh and as if I needed to add another thing, the front desk here often had a horrible attitude. Often. All the time. I will not bother even going into that. See other comments from other reviews. I have never hated an establishment *so* much in my life, it's been years and I needed to leave a review because I cannot believe there are places that will PERMANENTLY mess up your mouth and drill holes and remove teeth just to get as much as money as possible out of you. They got as much money as possible out of a vulnerable girl in her 20's who didn't know to get a second opinion and blindly trusted what was told. According to other specialists, I likely did not need any of the root canals I had done here and now there are teeth gone and awful crowns in my mouth ruining my face that may start causing infection. I also could have had my jaw surgery taken care of by now and would be getting my braces off already if they had signed me for clear to get braces instead of making me wait to get a laundry list of work done by them first. I have cried multiple times over how frustrated this makes me feel. It makes me feel violated things were done to my teeth/mouth that could have been avoided. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
