There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. Both times there were plenty of charging stalls available for charging. The great part about this location is that it's covered especially in the desert heat of 113 degree weather.
