New panel parts were needed (and were in short supply) and it was deemed the "homeowners responsibility". If I could leave negative stars, I would. We had our panels installed in April of 2023. It is now April 2025 and they still have yet to be connected to the power grid. On top of that, they installed the electrical panel upside down, forged my father's signature on a contract they never provided us, and left an open trench on the side of my yard for the last 8 months. We haven't seen or heard from them since August of last year and they screen our phone calls constantly. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

Jon did a great job of installing a set of lights for us and added lights to our master bedroom. I set up my appointment with Dante and I completely misunderstood the amount of time our project would take which was completely my mistake for reading the text incorrectly a project I thought would take 3-4 hours was actually 12. I was like oh man how do I tell my husband I spent that much for a set of ikea lights?!! Jon very much understood and tried to work super efficiently for me and got the job done in 6.5 hours. He also changed out 3 lights for my art wall. In the end it all worked out I have no regrets on my lights as they really set our master apart from other rooms in the house. I'm very impressed with the customer service that Antonio provided. He answered his calls promptly and professionally. However, the service provided by Dante and his son was incomplete, which costs me $1,540.00, and I had to let them go. The issue for the Electrician: crossed electrical wires between 2 units(I found out when a tenant moved out). Electricians need to unwind the electrical wires that shared the same wall and connect back to the correct unit. On the first day (Wednesday), they arrived 10:15 am (Dante called to apologize that they would be late and would arrive at 9:45). My tile person already started working and planning to have my plumbers work too. When Dante and son arrived, he said he needs all the space to be clear for his work and preferably the tile person and plumbers can take a day off. I told him I will let the tile guy work at his corner. So, they worked till 4:15 pm. They left my tenant without electricity in the kitchen which my tenant had spoken to him before she left her apt, and I also did that day. They told me that they will complete the next day. On the second day, they came 1:15 pm and worked till 4:15 pm. We had a long conversation. He informed me that my apt is really old and needs lots of work. First, he said he needs an additional four hours to complete what we agreed on a written invoice, and then up to 8 hours. He argued that if I had given him a key to access the apt he would get more work done. My guts told me otherwise. So, that late afternoon, I told him that they can work till later if they need. They wrapped up before 5 pm. He informed my tenant they will be there around 9 am and told me between 9-10 am. They opened so many holes and switch boxes in the walls in the kitchen, closet, hallway, and bathroom. On the third day, they arrived at 10:48 am. They told me they need 8 hours of work. I don't think they would finish it and will come back the next day. I would not want that, so, I had to let them go. I wrote them a check for $1,040 ($840 for the hours they worked and $200 for the materials). I don't see much materials used beside the yellow wired. Later I found out I have to pay $500 to patch all the holes. I have a terrible experience with them. I'm not only lost my money, but I also lost the time (the plumbers didn't come because he said he needed the space), I have to delay my tenant move-in, I have to call another electrician to start the work again. I have to spend time writing this review as well. Dante is a good articulator and very defensive of his work. When the new electrician came to see all the holes and openings, he asked me what's going on? I just shrugged, because I thought I hired a reliable electrician. Yes, the new electrician is able to fix the problems and will help me with my electrical needs in the future as well. read more

I had a terrible experience with an electrician name Dante from Power4Ward, he was hired to replace one breaker he disassembled the entire electrical panel for no reason , removed the meter and left the job with the property main breaker. On the same day he called and said he wasn't sure he could find replacement breakers because of Covid19 and suggested to replace the entire electric panel for min $3,500.00. In addition he lied constantly and harassed my boss with dozens of threatening text messages demanding payment for services that were not rendered. He left the property without power uninhabitable. are you all talking about the same company? My panels were installed in October 2022 and I was told they were operational. I left for the summer they were still not operational probably 100 calls either no response or total BS then I find out the panels won't even final until September. Even after they were final, they couldn't get them working. I finally had to hire an outside consultant to get the panels working in October sold the house in October with a gaurentee from the company they were working. New owner just called me and told me they're not. This is the company from hell run don't walk away from these people as fast as you can they are bad news . they promised to reimburse me for my electric bills from last October through this October after 26 promises I'm getting a lawyer. read more

Very knowledgable with his electrical work. All of my outdoor outlets went out in one go but I could not figure out what was wrong. My GFCI outlet had a faulty connection on the common wire of the load side. Power4Ward was able to help me diagnose and fix the issue. Everything is working now. Scheduling is hard in this area as it seems contractors are crazy busy out here in the Palm Springs area, but that's ok we weren't in a hurry. I was very disappointed. They missed their 1st appointment and we had to reschedule for another day. We rescheduled and the contractor left my lighting worse then when he arrived. He was not able to diagnose the problem and could not return the lights to how they were before he arrived (problem was light switch was hot and when he left 2 lights would not turn off). He left and never called to follow back up and no one from the company called to offer to fix the mess that was left behind. I had to call another electrician to undo the problems created by the first electrician and then fix the original problem. I know problems happen and I understand that but the crux of my unhappiness is no one followed up to fix the problems they created. read more

We had an ongoing electrical problem in the house that we rent. The landlord kept sending out the same unprofessional man,who, Only seemed to make matters worse. So when Will arrived I was thankful to see he's polite,professional and was even wearing a mask.when he spoke and asked all the right questions I was thankful he was a real pro and had an enormous amount of knowledge and explained what exactly the problems were ,as it was a few things. As with other customers, we had some problems with the scheduling, first because the initial appointment was made on Labor Day (which was a holiday) and then because the electrician, Dante, clearly hadn't been told what the job entailed or when the appointment was supposed to be.
