I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. So even if it was a bit out of the way, I decided to give them a try. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at.
