The customer service at Detail Plus is great. I had been using them for a while for their hand car washes, which they stopped offering for a bit. Recently I found out they're offering hand car washes again. The price has gone up significantly. I was a wee bit shocked when I was handed the bill. The price may have reached a point where it doesn't make sense for me anymore, but that's a personal value decision, and they have to do what they have to do; so, I'm not going to ding them stars for that. They get 5 stars because they stand by the quality of their work. With my recent experience, I noticed a problem the next day. I called them about it and Brian had me bring by my car. They quickly remediated the issue. What more could you want? If they went back to something closer to their original pricing, this place would be a no brainer for me. As it stands, I'll have to think more about if this place is still my go to car wash, but I would at least try them once so you can decide if the value is right for you. I do recommend them highly if you're fine with the pricing. I haven't tried their detail services yet, but I likely will in the future. read more

We were awestruck by how clean our car was afterward -- somehow, I never knew hub caps could be that bright. Our center console area was spotless -- not even a speck of dust, which made it look dark and new. Our mats were so clean, they were slippery. Everything went smoothly. Detail plus finished on time, and promptly called me when it was ready. It was just a little tricky getting in and out of the area since it is behind a car wash, and sometimes, the people using the car wash block the entrance. Scheduled an Inside/Outside Auto Detail (Detail Plus #2). Brian was courteous, friendly, and worked promptly on detailing the vehicle. At the end of the day, the vehicle had issues starting due to a dead battery. They jumpstarted it, but it wasn't starting up. Brian was friendly over the phone; he recommended I call AAA. Called AAA, they brought a tow truck over and took a look at the battery. After looking at the vehicle, they towed it to the dealership to get it looked at. The next day, the dealership identified the issue (incorrect jumpstart) and fixed the vehicle. Brian was helpful, courteous, and fully paid for the repairs. After the repairs were done, Brian and the Detail Plus crew finished the remaining portions of the detailing. Overall was happy with the service, and know that they have your back if something goes wrong during detailing. read more

These folks are class act. Have gone here a bunch of times and they always do a top job. I have a German shedder shepherd. I camp a lot, swim and surf at the beach. Hike in the mountains and commute to work. I'm almost embarrassed to bring my car in to detail.. the dirt, mud, dog drool dog hair, spilled food and coffee is never to much for these superheroes! It's a great deal and price point is super reasonable considering if I tried to make my car look this cool and clean and pretty I would have to take a week off of work and labor for hella hours. read more

Detail Plus has eliminated their hand wash option that they offered for years and are just focusing on full details of cars. I've tried some of these detail options and have been left disappointed each time for the price. There is always a white wax residue on things like door handles and parking sensors of the car. To be fair, when I pointed this out last time the gentleman helped me remove as much of this as possible before I drove away. read more

Brian, Daniel, and the guys here are seriously magic makers. My wife was driving when a car on her side dropped a can of spray paint that she ended up riding over. It exploded and covered the side of her car in green paint. I tried to use my pressure washer within 15 minutes of the incident and the pressure washer wouldn't remove the paint at all. These guys got rid of it in a day for a price that I couldn't even imagine. I thought we'd have to get parts of the car replaced. Instead, Detail Plus, made it look brand new. I love you guys! Just came back (4th July 2022) from Detail Plus. Had a bad experience. I've been coming here for a long time and it's happened a few times before as well but today's experience was just not good at all. I paid for a full hand wash and this time they had hardly put any effort in cleaning with hand. Lots of marks outside, the inside of the car was not cleaned at all. I paid before I checked so gave a good tip too. So I pointed out the issues hoping it'll be cleaned properly at least now. But the guy was in a huge rush. I had to keep telling the spots that needed cleaning. Did not use the cleaner properly and the interior still feels dirty. Could have done a better job my self. Why did I pay for professional cleaning. I am not good at confronting so I gave up and just left since the guy was in a rush to get rid of me. I brought in my car last summer for an interior + exterior detail (package #2). I noticed afterwards that underneath the shiny wax, there were these weird swirl marks all over the exterior but I had to view them at an angle under the sunlight to see them clearly. Well now that the wax has worn off, you can see them all pretty clearly no matter what angle you view them from. I recently stopped by a body shop as well as another detail shop to get some consultation and both of them knew right off the bat that the marks all over my car exterior were from poor machine polishing technique. They were astonished to hear that I paid $300 + $60 tip to get my car detailed by a detail service. Attached are some photos of what those marks look like now that the wax has worn off. For what it's worth, I used to come here often in the past for hand washes when Jeff ran the place and I was always satisfied with the work. However, he wasn't there when I dropped off my car for the detail and it seems like he may have retired(?). I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the sudden lack of quality control but needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed. read more

A few days ago, my friend threw up in my partner's car after a night out and as much as he tried cleaning it, the smell and residue was still there. It's been super hot lately so the smell was amplified when we were rolling the windows up for AC. I knew I had to get the car detailed ASAP. I sent out a mass Yelp request to get interior detailing done for the best rate and also the fastest service because we couldn't deal with the smell. Lo and behold we found Detail Plus. They quoted us a flat rate of $225 for interior cleaning (with an estimate of 3 hours). I thought was a bit steep, but considering the effort needed to get the smell and residue out of the car, it was well worth it. The staff on the account responded very promptly and I felt very comfortable trusting them with the car. On top of that, they gave our car an exterior cleaning on the house! The car in general looked brand new (with an exception of some blotchy spots in the control area) and thankfully the smell is all gone. It took about 5 hours for us to get the car back and they honored the rate they quoted. Thank you for saving us, Detail Plus! read more

They were excellent in restoring my vehicle to new condition as I got the full interior/exterior/engine/headlight detail. Dropped off the car to brian (THANKS BRIAN) for a 7:30 appointment detail package "#1" and the car was ready at 12:20 so almost 5 hours (no complaint about time) but customers double check your wheels next time you get this detail, once i got home I noticed they missed some markings on the wheels from shipping (which the dealership also missed) and some grease/lubricant from when i had a flat repair is also left on (which i hoped they would've seen) but ill admit i forgot to mention it when i dropped it off but after 5hrs i hoped they would've got it....the body of the car looked awesome though The lady also asked if I wanted to pay before i looked at it or after (i don't think you guys should ask that to be honest but i get it you guys are busy so i paid $200 before i seen it) Day wasted, 2 uber rides and $200 read more

Totally blown away. Not only does my (crappy-looking) car now look as good as it's every going to get, but Detail Plus went above and beyond to do things they didn't need to do to make it look even better. Paid for a exterior and interior detail, and was completely surprised to find that they also cleaned the entire engine bay just for the hell of it. I had to double-take to make sure this was even my car when I picked it up, as the engine looks like it did when I purchased it some ten years ago. Interior looks great (goodbye seatbelt stains that have annoyed me for years); exterior looks great. I'm actually contemplating coming back in a few months to see if they can paint-correct my hideous, oxidized exterior. But in the meantime, I couldn't be happier with the results. I came here for the first time last week and got the hand wash for my sedan. It took about an hour and cost $45. My car was super dirty inside and out from lots of camping trips. They did a pretty solid job on the wash. When I walked up my car looked really clean and shiny on the outside. I was particularly impressed by how clean my tires looked. I did notice a few spots on my car later in the day where dirty water wasn't fully rinsed off and ran down and dried in streaks but it wasn't that noticeable. They did a very thorough job vacuuming my trunk and inside of the car which I was happy with. But there were a couple of areas inside that weren't cleaned. I could tell they cleaned inside of the cup holders in the front but they didn't clean any of the other containers/nooks in the front area, or the cup holders in the back. There were also some dusty footprints on the glove box from my hiking boots that were overlooked, but I wiped them off easily. Overall I would come back here, and I would give them a 4.5/5 read more

Last weekend I had my truck detailed, it's a big truck, a 2006 lifted F-150. I don't think I can express how absolutely ecstatic I am with the amazing job these guys did. I'm not easily impressed and am very critical about services I receive. I honestly do not remember ever being this pleased with a service! I know this is a detailing shop, but the attention to detail exceeded my expectations by far. The coil springs, suspension and wheel wells blew me away. The white spots on the bonnet was because of hard scrubbing during the wash by the cleaner. I hav washed by hand last month and the paint was still intact. I have always got an automatic drive thru wash on a bi monthly basis until date. After the wash, I see the paint has come off. The guy at the office didn't have any valid explanation to it. He just said the car is old. I have to go for paint touch up now which is very expensive for German cars. I will never return to this place and I highly recommend not opting for car wash by hand. Brought in my Mustang 2019 here to get detailed and I couldn't be any happier and satisfied with the results! My Mustang had overspray, streak marks, and some odd panel discoloration due to a trip to a bad body shop. The overspray was significant in some areas, light in others, but it was distributed throughout the entire car including my rims, tires, and plastic trims. I spoke with Matt and he said he could get rid of most of the overspray, but he wasn't sure about getting it off the plastic trims. I pick up my car later that day and him and his coworker were able to get rid of it all! Everything was completely removed, even the overspray on the trim and panel discoloration that I thought wouldn't be removed were gone. In addition to that, the car was waxed and was looking super sleek. Matt and his coworker were super friendly, informative, and helpful. Needed a full detail after my husband had my car for a month. Was able to schedule online, and was pretty pleased with the price ($275 winter special for full interior and exterior). My car looked AMAZING when they were done with it! Someone in our complex asked me if it was new off the lot...so, yeah, it looked that good. It may not be for everyone - if you prefer to figure out what to buy and have the time - but many others (like myself), getting a complete detail to restore to (as close as is possible) to cosmetic beauty is now my annual birthday present to me (and my car) :) Management, Brian, is excellent, genuine, and communicative. Great place for self car wash, they got vacuums just need quarters. They got a quarter machine as well. Have used for self service as well as detailing. They do a quality job and if anything isn't right they'll fix it no problem. Great experience. Love what they did. In more detail (you may laugh) I got the package 2 so exterior and interior. Only thing that I'd say is make sure to treat the weather strips over the doors afterwards. Don't really feel like going back just to bring that up. Also had the headlights restored. There's a 2 year warranty? On it so if they fog up/yellow they'll make it good again. The problem they fixed was the first pass failed to completely clear up some of the yellow and the leftover cracking clear coat remnants. They scheduled me no problem to get it redone. And I'm happy with their customer service They've got good people working here including management and point of contact. read more
