Worst service! It is the same price to get both inside and outside of your house sprayed, however, they never call to make an appointment with you. They call the day before to tell you they will be there and it's difficult to reschedule. If you have pets you don't have time to put them inside or even plan to leave the house. Also, they sprayed and I still have a bunch of spiders outside of my house. They can make last minute arrivals but to cancel you have to give a 30 day written notice! read more

I had Raphael of Dewey Pest Control come out for all kinds of bugs including spiders and roaches due to the fact that our Condo Association in Orange is digging up all the gas lines for replacement and now bugs are coming into the condo's.  The condo does have Orkin come out monthly to spray, but they only do the outside. I expected good service from Dewey because I've used them before. However, this time, I have to say they went above and beyond expectations.  Not only did they do the normal spray inside and outside the Condo, but they dusted the pipes going into the walls under the bath and kitchen sinks, which works like a charm and is a long lasting treatment.  Raphael also took a broom and dusted under the patio eaves to get rid of the spiders and webs.   Raphael noticed a wasps nest that had just started under the eaves and got rid of that as well.  So, needless to say, I am extremely impressed with Dewey and highly recommended them.  I have had other pest control services, but Dewey is the best.  Their service is thorough and long-lasting. read more

I made the appointment a week in advance because I was concerned about gnats. Today, 8/23/19, he called to confirm, arrived promptly, and expeditiously conducted the pest control activity! Mr. Cooper was patient, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to "inquire" to determine where I was having issues, he patiently "explained" the process, and he provided me with a thorough "synopsis" of the product he was going to use. Very unprofessional. Took 2yrs to cancel a property we sold, sent numerous incorrect invoices, did call prior to servicing apartments and had tenants disrupted due to not being informed. They have came out twice for roaches. they quickly went through the house in 10 minutes spraying and left. we had roaches all week after that. They came out again and did the same thing.. sprayed quickly and left like they were in a rush. we still have roaches. never use this company if you have roaches.. they told us "oh your house is clean you dont have roaches." read more

Dewey finally got back to me. They sent out the tech I had been requesting since this whole situation started. Quite frankly, the tech, Cooper, is the real reason I am giving them a chance. Every interaction I have had with Cooper has been nothing but awesome. He is a stand up guy and even though I was not his customer, he came to my house to talk about the situation with me, he serviced my house that day and took care of the cobwebs. If I stay with the company it will be because of Cooper as he has always been willing to help out, even before he was my tech, then he came to my house to apologize and let me know he would do what he could to make it right. read more

We decided to go with Dewey Pest Control because it was highly recommended by a company I work with. We had a technician named Miguel. I bought a home for my retired father with Alzheimer's and every single morning I spent an hour fighting ants ,everywhere. I was ruining the new paint job trying to spray them . I bought powder,spray & even tried all of the silly home remedies and nothing worked. UNTIL Jamal and Dewy Pest showed up. Jamal knocked the ants out and they never returned. 8 years ago I contacted Dewey because wasps kept building hives in the eaves over my front door. I have been a customer every since. Alvin the technician that services my account is the best. If you have time to kill for a service that is unsuccessful go ahead and call them. When I called for an appointment they gave me an estimation time of arrival within TWO hour. That is their scheduling routine. This was the second treatment I received. It has not worked! I would definitely go somewhere else. Plus the women who schedule the appointments have NO idea what the pest control man who will be at your house will do. I asked if there would be any special instruction and she said no, but then when the man who sprayed came he made us move EVERYTHING out of the kitchen. When I called to complain about the fact that we still saw pest the lady over the phone says " well I don't know what he did" . Very disappointed. Within the last few months their service has been slacking. Three times they told me they were coming out and there was no show. The third scheduled time I expressed that i was already frustrated that they reassure me someone will come out but yet still no call or no show. We loved our technician he was nice and friendly and am not sure where the miscommunication occurred. Our last service was about 5 months ago but yet we had paid after that with no service done. We spotted a few roaches at our shop and decided to give Dewey a call. They sent a dude named Jeff out to our location swiftly and promptly. Jeff is passionate about pest control. Jeff educated us on the ways of the roach and taught us a great deal about our enemy. I don't know what these insects did to Jeff to deserve the vendetta he has against these vile creatures, but they messed with the wrong guy. These bugs didn't stand a chance against Jeffs tactical moves and non-toxic chemical compounds. Using ancient Native American tracking techniques and the grace of a leopard on the hunt, Jeff quickly located the nest. Ive never seen anything like it. Jeff moved swiftly and efficiently to wipe out the entire population. Men, women and children roaches. Jeff kills without shame, discretion or mercy. He's a killing machine that cannot be contained. I dont know how he turns it off when he goes home. He's like the John Rambo of pest control. I was stoked that the chemicals he used didnt smell toxic and were safe for my dog to be around too. I am a tenant using Dewey because that is the account of my landlord. I have lived here for 9 months, seeing pests since I moved in. I had a bad ant problem that took 2 visits and then roaches that we have treated now 11 times, with three FULL treatments and Deweys is unable to take care of this problem. I am not the client and so they have no allegiance with me so at my last phone call, they cant understand why I have a problem, I have unexplained roaches that they spray for every time I see them and they 'keep moving' yet there is still a problem. They have told me that the roaches do not travel, yet there was a massive infestation at the house 50 feet from me (which created part of my problem) So basically I can get a service only when they come out for the landlord's regular service. Do they think I am lying, even though I have shown them dead roaches? There is NO answer so we are done. Maybe if I was the actual client, they could be in better control of my situation?
