The guy named Richard did a great job! He is easy going and made perfect cuts for my big size mirror, but the front desk lady was terribly rude! I politely asked her about possibility to talk to a person who is going to do the work, but she cut me off. She demanded my card first and told me that I should pay first. I ended up paying for 3 cuts instead of 1 (originally planned), because I needed to discuss the work first. She rolled her eyes, looked very unfriendly and almost yelled at me! I don't understand why they keep that lady at the front desk - 0 social skills. She hates people! read more

If you want bad service come here. We took a glass in and the 2 ladies at the front desk were not nice or helpful. Terrible customer service. After figuring it out ourselves, we paid for the glass cut. When we came back for it - they said they couldn't do it but they did not return our money. How sad. The person I spoke with on the phone initially was incredibly short in communication and rude. They put you on a list for someone else to reach out to schedule a time to come out and give an estimate. If they come out to give an estimate and you don't end up going with their company they charge you $150 fee. Would not recommend. read more

We had the exterior pane of glass break on our double pain window. I called in to get an estimate and they were friendly and helpful. They told me to drop the window off for official measurements and they'd order the glass. At drop off they took the measurements and matched the glass type and even offered me a Diablo Glass hat. One week later my glass was in and I dropped the window off for installation. 2 hours later my window was ready and looked as good as new. Would certainly do business again. read more

It's terrible! We put a scratched glass had to wait two weeks until they change it again and when we realize they did not put another frame in the window leaving it different from the rest. We call to claim the error and they lie to us saying that they do not put the protector on the durability when all the windows have it. They are liars! The poor people in front of me were trying to buy a part. The man kept saying, "but it's right there." The women kept saying, "but I can't get to it because it's behind this glass." I spoke to both a woman earlier and Richard today. They knew I got off work at 4pm and would come right over with a table to measure. This had been discussed twice! When I arrived I was told all the people who can do measurements leave at 4pm. I wasn't happy my time was wasted. I said I would go on Yelp and the woman only smiled and said, "That's OK we respond to all the Yelp reviews." She's right! A friendly sorry probably has most people pass up a bad review. Called for a leaking window, was told someone would come out to look at the window. Gave them the measurements over the telephone but received no price quote. Installer came out and he was just there to measure the window not fix it. Didn't like the price quote and was told they gave me a price over the telephone which they didn't. Charged me $75.00 for an estimate and the installer did not leave a copy for me. I told the installer they replaced a window previously at a cheaper price. He told me that window was not 'low e' glass. Found my old receipt and found out they had charged me for low e glass. Horrible customer service experience, I will never use this business again and I would recommend no one else use them either. read more

Diablo Glass originally installed the all glass shower enclosure about 10 years ago and they did a great job. With time, brass will start to get black spots so decided to update the handle and hinges. Installers, Bob and Steve, came today to make the replacements. I wanted a new handle with class, pizazz and with the wow factor. In their showroom there are many different shower/door handles to choose from. And there it was, the most beautiful WOW handle. Bob and Steve were very professional, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked very well together. I have always been happy with all the work Diablo Glass has done over the years.
